Today's schedule of events,

We are going to ground in,

Per us,

Regulate our nervous systems,

Calm down together.

We're going to really look today at fears,

Beliefs,

What is in the way of us and receiving this abundance and this information and this divine channel that is within us.

So,

We're going to do some EFT,

Some energy clearing to actually clear old gunk from our system.

I'm going to talk to you a little bit about a compass of our bodies and our minds that's really helpful when navigating life,

But we're going to practice it together a little bit and I'm going to teach you how to actually process and move energy through your body,

Which is really cool.

And then we'll do some,

I'll teach you some regulation,

Nervous system regulating resources that you can do when your money triggers come up,

When your abundance triggers come up,

At anything,

Your creative triggers come up,

Anything that blocks us from living a life of inspiration,

Joy,

And desire.

I know that does,

I know that sounds like a lot,

But it's actually not a lot of things.

We'll have plenty of time today.

So let's ground in together.

Let me pull up some music here.

It shifted me on a cellular level.

So let's,

Let's ground in.

So just repeating out loud after me,

Everybody's on mute.

I release any energy that I innocently picked up that does not belong to me.

Just take a deep breath.

I call all of my energy back to my body now.

I am me and only me.

And I am only responsible for me and any children I may have.

But other than that,

I release responsibility of other people's feelings and I turn my attention inward to my own joy and my own wellbeing today.

Closing your eyes,

Just let your awareness slowly drift behind your eyes,

Grounding into the body.

I'm starting to feel my Reiki flowing for the group.

I'm just going to let it be for everyone's eyes.

Good.

Deep breath,

Grounding your attention into the body.

It's uncomfortable when we've spent a lot of time out of the body to come back in.

It hurts.

That's okay.

It's actually a higher frequency to have our awareness on pain than it is to try to suppress it.

And let's bring that breath into the belly,

Expanding the belly like a balloon.

Chest,

All the way up.

Pause,

Slow exhale.

Source is my source.

Others are not my source.

I am resourced from within.

I release the need to please.

Control.

Hide.

As source is my source.

Source is my source of approval and love,

Validation,

Belonging,

Vitality.

And so I need to contort myself.

Breathing,

Releasing.

Good.

So calling all that energy back from past,

From future,

From other,

From identity.

Into the center of the head,

Calling that energy down to the heart.

Breathing the energy down to the pelvis,

The root of our bodies.

Breathing in and out.

Release that which is not mine to carry.

I take up the shape of my soul in my body.

This is the safest place to be.

Just breathing,

Deep breath.

Let the body soften.

This is welcome here.

Whenever you want,

You can open your eyes.

And we're just going to do a little shake of the body.

Maybe it's a subtle shake or a bigger shake.

Just shake out the day.

Come back here,

Shake out other people's energy.

All right.

Inspiration as a portal connected to money.

How many of us were taught that a feeling was connected to money?

That a feeling is connected to abundance?

I'm usually not taught that.

We're taught hard work,

Struggle,

Suffering,

Proving ourselves.

Not that this little feeling of inspiration that bubbles up.

Or this feeling of joy or this feeling of desire is money in the bank.

And I remember one of my mentors explaining that when something is a contribution to us,

It's a contribution to our business.

So whether you have a business or a career or you're working for someone else,

We usually see that as a separate entity.

My friends,

My hobbies,

My career,

My business,

My body.

It's all the same thing.

It's all the same energy coming up as different things.

Right?

Showing up as different things.

That's what it means that we're connected to the quantum field.

We're connected to a frequency,

A grid of energy.

And it spreads across the board.

It's like a chessboard,

Right?

That's our lives and all the different characters on the chessboard are all infused with that same energy running through them.

So if something feels joyful and I'm like,

Wow,

I want to go take a break and go to the park.

Oh,

But I can't because I won't make money.

It's taken away from my relationship,

Etc.

,

Etc.

We don't realize,

Or at least I didn't until I was taught this.

And I was like,

Wow,

What a weight off of my shoulders.

That when a joy arises,

A desire arises,

An inspiration arises,

And I follow it,

It adds to my business.

It adds to my family.

It adds to my relationships.

This is looking on a quantum level.

This is understanding that,

Well,

Of course,

If I'm doing the thing from the source of joy,

Well then,

Energetically,

Frequency-wise,

That's going to attract more joy in all areas of my life.

So it affects every part of our life.

So how amazing is it to give us permission then,

Because that's how my mind works now,

Where I'm like,

Oh,

Wow,

I'm taking a nap.

This is adding money to my bank.

If what we're doing is coming from love,

If what we're doing is coming from a need,

Right?

I need a nap.

I desire a nap.

I desire going outside to spend time in nature.

I have non-negotiable nature time every day.

And I know that it directly affects my bank account,

My relationships,

Whatever it is.

So that when you're doing something that lights you up,

It is a contribution to all areas of your life.

That may be a completely radical way to live,

But all you have to do is answer me yes You have to move into this frequency with your hand on your heart if you want.

Could I be open to the possibility that when something brings me joy,

Etc.

,

And I choose to follow it,

It's contributing abundance to all areas of my life?

Could I be open to that possibility?

And could I be open to not timing it,

But over time looking around and seeing that my life is actually more beautiful,

More abundant,

More inspired,

More aligned living this way?

Yes.

Or no.

Like why it couldn't be possible to follow joy and be provided for at the same time.

And when I say joy,

You guys know I'm encompassing desire,

Pleasure,

Inspiration,

All in that.

When I contribute to me,

It contributes to all areas of my life.

What comes up for you with that phrase?

Feel many have tos for family and house.

Yeah.

Not that easy.

So much darkness.

Yeah,

Not that easy.

So much darkness to be thinking of that.

Elaborate on so much darkness to be thinking about.

Like it's shameful to think that way or because I know what you mean by not that easy.

Gay Hendricks book,

The Big Leap.

There is a chapter on there that is about time.

Changed everything for me.

I'll try my best to explain.

It feels intuitively right to me.

There you go.

That's what you bank on.

But it's often difficult to find the time.

Oh,

So much to do and responsibilities outside of this.

Yeah.

If I do that,

I take care of me and my kiddo.

Is it the right call for her?

You'd appreciate.

So my mentor,

One of my mentors for years speaks to this because she has children where anything you do that is a contribution to you is a direct contribution to your family.

Including boundaries and self-honoring or direct positive contribution.

The stories I've heard on there of like kids with chronic ADHD,

Gastroenteritis,

Fears,

All the things.

And they didn't even work on healing the children.

They worked on the parents and the children being in a different energy field of their parents healed.

Really interesting.

So you guys are doing the work to watch the effects happen in your family.

We always think,

Especially if we grew up with codependent patterns and then being empathic women,

Most of us on this call are.

All of us on this call are.

You believe that,

You know,

If I give to me,

It takes away from other.

And could I open to the possibility when I give to me,

It adds to other.

Because let's look at it from a scientific quantum level.

When I give to me,

I'm more joyful.

I'm more rested.

I'm more happier.

Well,

Aren't you going to be in a higher frequency?

So aren't those who are in your frequency just going to feel better around you in the simplest sense?

Aren't you going to be more pleasant to be around and then they're going to be happier?

So these are good.

We're going to go through these in the healing.

You guys,

These are amazing.

We touched on this a few weeks ago,

But money provision,

Et cetera,

Feels so dependent on the external.

Yeah.

Like I can be open,

But it depends on so many other people,

Opportunities,

Et cetera.

Oh,

This money call I did yesterday,

Queen,

That's we went into that.

But we'll go into that a little bit more today to feels out of my control,

Whether I'm open to it or not.

Yeah.

And so the solution for that is a source is my source,

Not jobs,

Not up it is not people.

What do I mean by that?

The way I explained it is that people,

The world of form are channels to source.

So there's many.

So when we're little,

If somebody says,

No,

I don't have that amount of money to give you,

We just assume,

Oh,

Wow,

Not worthy and deserving of money.

Our little brains don't know that was one channel of source.

And so I see all these rivers and estuaries from source coming out as different people.

So our little brain doesn't go off.

Dad's got a bunch of fucked up limiting beliefs around money.

Let me go to neighbor Joe and see if I can manifest from that estuary or that channel.

So we stop.

Right.

We look to the world of form and we go,

Oh,

Well,

Dad's my source.

He couldn't show up for me.

Period.

Defeat.

We can't see the quantum grid,

Nor does anyone explain this to us.

That source and energy and infinite energy that's supplying resources through me can manifest in the world of form as different people and different opportunities.

When I don't place it on a person or an opportunity,

I look bigger and I see them as channels.

So the next time someone says no to us,

That wasn't a willing channel to meet me in the energy.

I'm open up to another willing channel.

Stay open.

Okay.

I constantly experience what you are teaching,

But when I'm in it,

I have to embody it and accept it.

Part of me says,

Who am I to have such a magnificent life?

Yeah.

I constantly experience what you are teaching,

But when I'm in it,

I have to embody it and accept it.

Part of me says,

Okay,

Hands on the heart.

I give myself permission to repeat out loud after me.

I give myself permission to have a magnificent life.

I give myself permission to have had my challenges.

Would I be willing to open to challenges and magnificence at the same time?

Yeah.

Would I be willing to open to challenges if they're there sometimes and magnificence at the same time?

Yeah.

Cool.

That was a good one.

We'll go deeper into these two in the healing.

I'm just using my quick hits here.

I used to do this in college.

I'd meet somebody at a bar and I'd tell them three things about themselves.

All right.

Anyway,

There's so much darkness around me and in this world for me to be thinking of what I can do every day out of joy.

That makes sense,

My love.

I'm going to really feel into this one for you.

Hand on the heart.

I give myself permission to have darkness around me if there is and joy.

Could I open to the possibility of darkness if it's there and joy if it's there?

I'm opening to the possibility of both.

I get really quiet sometimes.

There's so much darkness around me and in this world for me to be thinking.

There's shame and guilt here.

I can't be joyful if there's heaviness.

There's an example of this.

Children are so good at this.

Any of you moms here definitely put examples in the chat.

I was watching Pink's documentary yesterday.

Has anybody else seen that?

This is like nothing even about the documentary but there was this fleeting moment where I think she was like,

Oh,

She hurt her shoulder in the performance and they were at their hotel afterwards and she was resting and she was kind of saying like,

Oh,

My shoulder hurts and her son came running over to her and then he went running away and I think showed her his toy.

I can't even remember the exacts of it.

But she was bummed for a second and she was like,

Oh,

I thought you were coming to make me feel better and he wasn't.

It was this moment of like,

Wow,

Before we're taught it's wrong for you to be around somebody and not try to save them.

He let his mom be in her pain and he was just in his joy.

And any of us watching that documentary aren't going to shame him and make him bad and wrong for that.

I guarantee you.

But if that was an adult who just walked over and just kind of like stayed in their joy and maybe was twirling and dancing while she was laying there suffering,

You'd be like,

Is that person going to acknowledge the person on the ground?

Right?

So there's a fine line here with this.

Okay,

This is it.

This is coming in now.

Hand on the heart.

Could I be open to the possibility of being a compassionate person to people in pain and holding my joy at the same time?

Could I be open to the possibility of being a compassionate person to people in pain and attuning to them as needed?

So maybe I come down,

Meet them where they are sometimes,

But I don't stay.

And I stay tethered to my joy at the same time.

So this feels like a misunderstanding of connection,

A collective misunderstanding of connection of in order to connect with my tribe,

I must be like them.

Instead of I can connect with my tribe by being in my joy or whatever emotion you're in in the moment.

But we're talking about if I am in joy,

I can hold that and hold compassion for someone else in pain and stay tethered to my joy and maybe come down and meet them and say,

Oh,

I see you.

But not drown ourselves out in it because we think we're bad and wrong.

Hand on the heart.

Here's one more.

The little kid in the show,

His name was Jameson.

I give myself permission to embody the quality that Jameson embodied.

To know that if I am innocently being,

I'm doing nothing wrong.

I give others permission to have their pain.

I can acknowledge their pain and say,

I'm sorry you're in pain.

Do you need anything?

And beyond that,

I'm going to keep twirling and dancing.

I give myself permission to hold my joy as long as I need to and as far and wide as I wish.

I release the need to make myself wrong for that.

I see the innocence in Jameson.

I see the innocence in me.

Thank God for Jameson.

Thank God for me.

Deep breath.

Let it go.

Good.

My kiddo does exactly that lately.

She's been like,

Mommy,

Will you come twirl in the sun for me?

Wow.

That's so weird.

I just said that before I read your thing.

I mean,

Weird,

Not weird,

Right?

It's so precious to see the innocence and pure joy and expression.

That's it.

My God,

The rules we've been given around how to be good,

How to be right,

How to be appropriate,

As opposed to just,

I just want to be myself.

Just the acknowledgement and awareness of that energy coming in is shifting our consciousness.

So just staying open to that right now.

All right.

There's a part of me we just cleared so much.

There's a part of me that doesn't want to go back to the beginning to do the clearing.

I want us to see where we are right now with what we had written.

So do me a favor,

You guys.

What you wrote before,

What in it still feels true to you?

Is there still anything left?

If something cleared already or if you're softer around it,

Let it go.

Quantum shifts can happen that fast.

If it's still here,

If there's a new curiosity or yeah,

But let's pop that in the chat and we'll do the clearing around that part.

And be honest where you're at with all of this.

If there's still things that are still alive,

Write it in the chat or copy and paste what you wrote before.

I'm going to speak to what you said feels more dangerous than shameful.

So two things.

I think I've actually given you this example,

But I'm going to bring it back again.

I remember Michael Neal one time saying about I think it was an example of Viktor Frankl who wrote Man's Search for Meaning who actually survived horrid concentration camp environment because of what he did internally inside of himself,

His level of consciousness,

His beliefs that you can expand in your joy and if it doesn't feel safe to give it to the world around you because it might not all the time.

You can just hold it within you and you guys hold this hold this lightly here hide it in the appropriate times that you actually need to hide it in moments where you are genuinely unsafe.

You don't need to totally say I'm going to completely get rid of my joy to stay safe.

You can say I'm going to expand this in my own little energy bubble and if I have to put on my invisibility cloak to walk through a street or whatever it may be.

I can do that,

But I'm not completely eradicating it from my system.

Okay,

Because I remember Michael Neal saying sometime you can walk around the neighborhood having your own good time right filled with lightness filled with joy filled with whatever but you don't need to show it on your face.

If it's if it's unsafe,

You don't need to walk into the store.

How's everybody but you can have a lightness of your being.

So my point is you can be joyful and intuitive at the same time when you're joyful,

You don't become dumb.

So you don't have to go.

I got to completely get rid of my joy because I have no intuition at the same time as my joy.

No,

I can expand to join intuition at the same time.

So I'm giving a lot of TV wisdom right now.

I love Queer Eye.

If any of you guys don't watch the show like raises my frequency so good.

So I was just watching an episode where this one woman was ashamed because she was a lesbian and she hadn't made peace with herself being gay yet and the guy tan who does clothes said to her look,

I'm loud and proud but in small towns where homophobia is still a really big thing.

He's like I wouldn't wear my heels and that's the point here.

It's like he's out.

He's doing his stuff on a show.

He's proud of himself,

But he understands also intuitively that he wouldn't be safe wearing heels in certain places.

So I think this is this very nuanced thing that you're experiencing and going through is can I allow this in places where it is safe and trust myself to know where it's safe to share it but always this is the epitome of self-love always just give it to me and have it for me and even in my home where like Victor Frankel in the concentration camp even within his own bubble like no one's going to take away how I can feel in my own bubble like I'm going to at least give that to me if it doesn't feel safe and I understand your situation like if it doesn't feel safe in parts of where I walk where I go.

I struggle with all the hate and non-acceptance of people simply for being who they are and I feel almost bad for the privilege that comes with who I am but I'm softening to the idea that to to the idea of that as I heal.

Yeah,

I help heal the world one little shift at a time help shift the collective totally.

What's her name?

Kate Northrup was talking about this her mom.

She was born into a famous mom.

So she had privilege starting her business and she always felt guilty about it and then realized okay.

I have privilege.

Well,

What am I going to do with it?

You know,

So I hear you and I think on some level all of us have more privilege than somebody,

You know,

So to again I can be can I have privilege so using it as instead of joy and still be compassionate and privileged at the same time and still to attune to other people in pain and be privileged at the same time so I can expand into all of that.

Let me go back to the beginning of this redo.

So we're going to do a collective EFT healing.

I think we've done a little bit of that you guys we did an EFT here before.

Yes,

We did.

Okay.

I thought so just take a deep breath.

Here we go trying to think if we can call this.

I mean,

There's so many different things coming through.

So we'll call this like what's coming up for me around feeling like the possibility of living a life of joy desire inspiration on a scale of one to ten one being I'm a total piece around this topic 10 being extreme stress Where are you?

Just asking your body on a scale of one to ten feeling like oh my gosh.

Yeah,

I can totally like I go to the park and I know it's making me rich I follow my joy one total piece around it 10 stress So just write down your number clock it in your head They've done scientific studies This is why they say love is the medicine any trauma or pain held in the frequency of love unconditional love peace safety starts to basically our neural networks.

They say what wires together fires together when we bring love when we bring a new higher frequency to an old firing pain.

It starts to unravel the neural networks.

So what we're doing when we tap on these points as we're sending positive feeling signals to the brain there acupuncture acupressure points and positive feeling signals to the brain and we're literally undoing neural networks in the brain because we're meeting pain with love.

And so we're saying body it's okay to let this go.

It's okay to let this process So as we're tapping you may feel uncomfortable but just remember the discomfort is being wrapped in positive signals being sent to your brain and in the loving things that you're also saying about it You're doing good.

Shake it out Remember your numbers.

Let's just do a collective healing here together.

So you're going to repeat out loud after me Even though there's a part of me that's afraid that this new possibility of life isn't possible I love and accept myself anyway even though part of me feels the resonance of truth in Jamie and what she speaks of but part of me especially now but part of me especially my body doesn't trust that joy and desire and inspiration are practical I love and accept myself anyway even though I don't fully buy into the idea that when I contribute to me I contribute to all aspects of my life positively I love and accept myself anyway and I'm willing to open my mind to something higher I'm willing to see something new around this today I'm willing to let some of this old pain go and open to the love Good.

You're just going to follow along with me Switch hands if one gets tired Tap on either side of the face or the body Feel what you feel and breathe We're moving a lot of energy I still need a healing around being myself in a society that does not fully understand or accept me I am not understood or accepted The one in me who feels unaccepted as she is Just breathe and let the energy be here The one in me who does not feel accepted as she is The one in me who does not feel understood This makes me very angry Very,

Very angry Helpless Powerless Out of control Unloved How does this make you guys feel?

Not being accepted and understood living in this higher way Just tell me.

I can't hear you like we're in a therapy session Just breathe I wish I was accepted As I was I'm on this call.

I'm very unique I'm different That's not always understood in a society where I am the minority Just breathe.

Not accepted Not understood The pain of this in my body The one in me who can't see another way We're going to tap the uncomfortable things first The one in me who feels responsible for carrying other people's suffering I have to I don't know another way I have to fix this They're so uncomfortable to be around that if I don't fix it,

I suffer I got to make this room I'm in happier because they are just going to stay where they are and I'm helpless and powerless to the heaviness of that I wonder if there's another way I can't let go of their suffering.

I'll abandon them They won't feel loved or cared for holding everyone's suffering I'm not worthy of love unless I make everybody feel better That's a big one with this group That's a big one with this group I am not worthy of love unless I make everyone feel better If I do what Jameson did,

I'm an asshole Just twirling around not trying to make everybody feel better or caring their suffering I mean,

I'm open to that possibility if there's a way I could exist like that I'm open to it but no,

I have to be responsible for the pain of others All of these duties I have All of these responsibilities Just keep tapping and breathing I know this part's uncomfortable but I want you to feel the discomfort The only way out is through I need to set boundaries The one in me who doesn't believe that I'm worthy of time,

Of joy,

Of desire All these have-tos I'm so tired,

I'm so exhausted I can't let this ball drop My whole life will fall apart I have to be there for everyone else,

Not myself I can't be happy I can't be happy when people around me aren't I can't be happy when people around me aren't I'm too afraid to be happy when people around me aren't I'm wrong being happy when people around me aren't It's unsafe being happy when people around me aren't Oh,

But my God,

I wish I could be happy when people around me aren't What if it's possible that there's a way I could be happy if I was genuinely happy in that moment when people around me aren't Seems like it might be my nature Jameson was that way Kids are that way They're in their own little happy world They don't care The one in me who believes it's wrong My skepticism around money flowing through tributaries My skepticism in God My skepticism in Source I don't think I'm connected to abundance to being resourced from within plugged into the avatar tree No,

I'm lost and dangling I'm lost and dangling My disbelief that I am part of a quantum field of life existing as a separate character in the play But connected Because I definitely beat my own heart and breathe my lungs It's a lot of work I have to write that down all the beats per minute be in charge of that all day Wait a minute What does that?

Hmm I'm connected to that What if that's also the thing that puts million dollar ideas into my head puts inspiration into my head Beats my heart,

Puts inspiration into my head I trust that my heart's gonna beat Maybe I could trust that light feeling joy I struggle with all the hate and non-acceptance of people simply for being who they are Judging myself for privilege Judging myself for having I release the need to make other people wrong for not having Because if I make others wrong for not having then I make me wrong for having So could I give everyone permission to have or not have to suffer or not suffer and to know that if I am led to offer love in any of those places that I can I release the need to make privilege bad or wrong and not having bad or wrong Then I follow my inner wisdom to offer my light in spaces where I wish to offer my light Take a deep breath You guys are doing great We haven't even done the positive round yet Where are you?

Some of you sent me your numbers We've buried this for a really long time that the energy gets higher before it gets lower What's your number?

So we wrote down What's coming up for me around the possibility of living joy,

Desire abundance,

Inspiration and being practical that way I'm just kind of at peace around that I'm softer around it,

I'm curious I'm really triggered Where are you now?

A lot of times energy shifts even just kind of getting out what we've carried in Still a 5?

Yeah It gets really intense,

So this energy stuff it brings it up before it dissipates This is why we suppress,

Because we don't want to feel it So it's going to be more intense at first Alright,

So let's go through here.

You guys are doing great Keep breathing.

Breathing shifts energy So we want to breathe through all of this So,

Tapping on the side of the hand even though a lot of this old suppressed energy is coming up and I feel it or part of me feels better I love and accept myself even with all this energy coming up even though I have a protective part of me that wants to keep me safe but I'm ready to start to let it know that I'm here now and that it can relax and I'm still scared and skeptical.

That's okay I love and honor myself anyway and I'm willing to let go of some of this pain Deep breath.

Okay What if it's possible to be myself and something that comes with being myself and living in a wacky way where I proclaim,

Yeah,

Follow my joy and my desire and my inspiration That's how I live and they go,

I don't accept you I don't understand you and I say,

My resilience is fierce I'm like,

Okay I give myself permission to be misunderstood and resilient at the same time Someone misunderstands me,

My resilience is fierce Because wait a minute This is already my truth I'm already misunderstood and wildly rejected for my differences and I'm resilient Look at me,

Triumphing I give myself permission to accept and understand myself and know that when I do the world will reflect that back to me tenfold There are many others here who accept me and understand me I open my life to meeting them now The only reason it hurts when society doesn't is because there's a part of me that still doesn't accept and understand me and that's okay I'm gonna just practice I accept all of you,

Baby I understand you even if they don't And we didn't come here to be accepted and understood We came here to be an example of a new way Good Just keep tapping,

You're doing great I release the need to carry other people's suffering I release every ounce of anyone's suffering out of my body and my bones and my energy field now Returning it to source to be transmuted to love I expand in light from within and I know that anyone that comes near my light their suffering won't even enter my space I am good and pure not taking on people's suffering I do them a disservice because I don't give them permission to transmute the energy and complete the energetic cycle in their body If I'm trying to take it they're like they can't complete their energy So in my mind I say I'm giving you a gift to feel all of this and I can be with you in joy I can be with you in love I can be with you in compassion I am worthy of love not suffering I am worthy of love in my peace I am worthy of love not caretaking I am worthy of love being I am worthy of love following my joy and desire and inspiration Keep tapping No more have-tos and shoulds and I move into a higher frequency of alignment just what feels light in this moment No more have-tos and shoulds just what feels light in this moment Is this aligned?

Is this not aligned?

I can be happy when people around me aren't We can be happy when people around me aren't I can be compassionate and happy I can be kind and happy I can be wise and happy I can know what to do with my happiness The one in me who's afraid of being happy when other people aren't I'm going to ask you to experiment with me and notice the next time we're happy Wait a minute,

This is it I can be unhappy many times in my life when other people aren't because the entire globe cannot be happy all at once So there are times when I am in joy or I am laughing or I am enjoying my coffee and someone somewhere in the world is not and I feel okay with it or bad or wrong in certain moments What's that about?

So when I'm in my joy,

I'm fine When I'm not in my joy and I'm thinking I'm bad and wrong that's the problem is the thought about my joy It's not possible for every human on the planet to be happy at once Therefore my happiness comes,

Their happiness comes So and so's happiness is here So and so's happiness is here Alright,

I'm happy,

They're not happy I stay in my own lane I give people permission to have their suffering Okay,

Here it is I give myself permission to be uncomfortable when others are unhappy around me where I don't have to jump in I don't have to jump in to try to fix the situation I can just go,

Woo,

This is wildly uncomfortable I am not trying to change my happiness and they aren't happy and I'm just going to breathe through this because it's safe Just as it's safe for our dogs to be happy our cats to be happy when we're not we don't think they're assholes I am pure and innocent in any expression I'm in in the moment I am pure and innocent in any expression I'm in in the moment I was just trained differently Deep breath,

We're almost there,

You guys are doing good I give myself permission to live a life of desire,

Joy and inspiration slowly experimenting What if this is possible?

What if this is real?

What if I can accept and love myself?

What if I can see that I'm a really cool being of light?

What if I can see that I'm a really cool being of light?

I'm proud of myself I allow all aspects of me to be welcome here As I upgrade to two new frequencies today Okay,

So take a deep breath we're going to put our hand on our heart for the end I move into the frequency of ease I align with the frequency of ease It doesn't mean lazy It just means an idea pops in Take inspired action The next thing,

The next thing I haven't known this way No one showed me this way But I'm going to keep the door cracked to this way I open to the frequency of flow Flow beyond the control and plans of my mind That moves me from here to there To this,

To that Easy,

Aligned A desire arises,

A joy arises An inspired idea arises I go here next,

I go there I give myself permission to move up To flow and ease Just slowly having a look around Regaining my bearings I just didn't know this way was even an option Deep breath Notice your number It doesn't mean it needs to go away completely Is it a little softer?

Is the mind a little more curious?

We were talking about this last week I think letting all this come up and out is healing Going into the pain Why you would think this would work Brings in more opportunities and abundance Because if you see us as an energy field We've got these blocks By processing them,

By expressing them By letting them move It releases from our energy field We have more space to have that Which is in alignment with our heart come to us We have room for more abundance For more opportunities So if you realize,

By sitting down By sitting down and tapping,

Transmuting Feeling through energies That's actually going to bring more opportunities Okay,

I'll do that So we're going to take a minute now I was going to do this at the end But it feels like a good time To do a little bit of nervous system regulating Because when we bring up a lot of stuff We've got to show our bodies You're safe,

This is the present moment So as you're going through the week As triggers come up These are really beautiful body-based tools To send a signal A biological signal to your body You're safe,

It's okay to move through What you're moving through I'm here,

Okay We're going to do a hand under the pit Hand on the shoulder This is called a ventral hug And this is sending a signal to your brain Of what it feels like if you're supporting And hugging yourself So the top one is like I'm hugging myself And the bottom one is I'm being hugged And all you're going to do The tools by themselves are lovely But the healing happens when you notice How the tool is affecting your body So you just kind of say like Can I notice how I'm shifting In a positive direction And it's subtle Your body could take a sigh Your shoulders could relax Your belly could relax Your thoughts could slow down You could hear better See better My body just took a sigh I just want you to notice What's your body doing You just stirred up a lot of energy We're just calming it down Good,

I'll show you a couple more These are just easy ones So right on the jaw You can do one side or both This is a good one to hide If you're like having a moment Right?

You're just sitting like this No one knows what you're doing You guys will know all my secrets though Because I do these when I'm teaching sometimes So just noticing I want you just to stay here And then again Just notice What is this doing to my body 30 to 60 seconds in each position This one's nice if you're laying down But I'm going to show it to you anyway Put one hand on the forehead One hand behind the neck So if you're laying down You know it looks like that Deeply supportive to the nervous system Just breathing Nice and deeply and slowly And just noticing What is this doing to your body And with these practices We always want to notice the subtle shifts Because again the mind's going to go Well I'm still really tense I'm still really tight I'm still really anxious I'm still really whatever And you say okay That's fine And what is shifting Even if it's 1% in a positive direction Can I notice what is shifting In a positive direction This is wonderful for quantum Manifestation as well Because you know we learn What we focus our attention on Is where our energy goes So if we focus on the winds If we focus on the relaxation If we focus on That 1% of light Well guess what That's going to expand Which is really cool Okay let's see We'll do one more You can do this one Where you cross your arms Cross bilateral tapping So you can either do it like this Or you can put your arms out In front of you And do it this way This is really good If you're feeling anxious Balances the hemispheres of the brain So whichever one feels better And again just noticing How this is affecting your body Okay we're going to do I'm going to teach you one more I want you to look straight In front of you And hold on one point Okay It's kind of hard if you're looking At the computer screen But like maybe I don't know Your camera on the computer Or something in front of you And I want you just to Keep your eye on a point In front of you And then Notice your peripheral vision So You're going to look in front of us And just I want you just to name A couple things on your right It's going to be super blurry And weird But something that you can Make out on your right Just say out loud A couple things And then just say Keep your eyes forward And then just say Something you can make out On the left And just notice How this is affecting your body And then you can
