I'm so excited for today.

So as we gather,

We're going to do,

Before we start a very short grounding meditation,

Where this is one of my favorites,

Where we pull all of our energy back from the past,

All of our energy back from the future,

From other people,

From identities,

And we pull it all the way down to our pelvis,

Which is our power center,

Which is where our wisdom is.

Okay,

So let's come back into our body.

That's where this portal for desire and joy and inspiration lives,

Is in the body.

And so I'm really,

We're going to have a masterclass,

Literally today,

On how do I receive higher wisdom and how do I receive this higher wisdom and then make that quantum jump into a completely different reality?

Because the physical shifts,

When our energy shifts,

When our level of consciousness shifts,

And level of consciousness could be,

Where do I reside within my being?

In love,

In compassion,

In receptivity,

Whatever that may be.

I used to not understand that.

But when we sit in a different place,

The energy we're in can affect the things on the outside,

Career,

Money,

Relationships,

Whatever it may be,

Which is really fucking cool that we have that much power.

So we're going to do some wizardry today.

Are you excited?

I'm excited.

I got my red lips on for this one,

Queens.

Okay,

So let's ground in.

You can put,

I always invite you.

You don't have to do the things I invite you into,

But if you want to.

Hand on the heart,

Hand on the womb,

And let's just ground in together.

And I'm going to first ask you just to bring your attention to the body,

That you're behind your eyes and you're in the body.

Now we're going to practice expanding the breath.

So belly,

Chest,

Neck,

Right all the way up,

And then pause,

And then all the way out.

If we breathe,

Talk,

Move slowly,

It sends a signal to the brain that I'm not in danger,

Even if we have things we're handling or dealing with.

It's just the sheer act of slowing down.

So we're just going to consciously move a little slower,

Breathe a little slower,

Talk a little slower.

Good.

And then we're going to pull all of our energy in.

I call all of my energy back to me,

We say.

I call all of my energy back to me.

From wherever I left it,

I am me and only me now.

Just deep breaths in,

Belly,

Chest,

Neck.

Slow exhale.

Good.

You don't have to understand how this works.

We're working on the quantum,

Right?

The atoms,

The unstable energy level today.

And we're going to just intend,

Because we are that powerful,

That all the places our energy is in the past.

So wherever we innocently left it,

We're just going to call it all back now.

So it's as if we imagine there's this chalkboard and all these past memories and situations and identities are on this chalkboard.

You're going to erase the chalkboard,

Blow away the chalk dust.

Just intend to call all of my energy back from the past.

Just imagining like a magnet,

It comes all the way back,

Filling in the body.

You don't even need to know where I left it.

You can just intend,

Known or unknown.

You can say this out loud or in your mind,

All the places I left my energy in the past,

Calling it back,

Calling my power back.

We're moving into our sovereignty today.

We're moving into our queendom and into our autonomy.

Good,

Sometimes your body might take a deep breath.

Gorgeous,

Beautiful,

You guys.

Good.

Now all the places I may have put my energy in the future.

Fear,

Worry,

Unknown,

Graspiness,

Clinginess,

Control,

All of this innocent,

Of course.

What I think I need to do to be okay,

All my plans,

All my rules,

Call all my energy back from that now.

Just calling that all into the body,

Like a magnet coming back in.

I call all my energy back from the future.

Erasing the chalkboard of all the images,

Memories,

Thoughts,

Blowing away the chalk dust.

Calling our energy back,

Calling our power back from any place we've given our power away in other.

Be worried about what they think of you.

Needing to hide,

Needing to control,

Just needing to not be yourself,

Needing to be codependent patterns.

Place my worthiness,

My safety in something being different in other.

So I call all my energy back from other.

Erasing that chalkboard,

Blowing away the dust.

All that energy comes back to me.

You don't need to understand it,

I just intend it.

You guys are doing great,

Just breathe and soften into this space.

Now I call all my energy back from identities that were given to me or that I placed upon myself.

My gender,

My race,

My culture,

And my upbringing,

My age,

My job titles,

My degrees,

My archetypes,

Anything you've called yourself.

I call all my energy back from identities.

Erasing that chalkboard,

Blowing away the chalk dust.

It's as if I kind of imagine North,

South,

East,

West,

All this energy just comes back into the body.

Breathing and settling,

Good.

Now you're imagining that right in the center of your head is this magnet and all the little,

Kind of like a soul retrieval,

All these little parts of you from all time and space,

All dimensions get called all the way back into the body.

Your light,

Your truth,

Everything that is benevolent,

Your power,

Your sovereignty,

Your divinity,

Your channel to inspiration and joy and desire.

Just imagining like no time,

No space.

All back,

Collecting,

Filling in all those little spots that were empty,

All this light.

And then this magnet pulls down to the next magnet in the heart and all the energy gets pulled down into the heart.

So all that energy you called back,

All the way down into the heart,

Beaming,

All you,

Doesn't need to make sense,

Known or unknown,

Beyond time and space.

And now all of that energy moves down,

All of that energy moves down into the pelvis,

Anchoring in your core.

Good.

So everything you called back from all four areas,

Past,

Future,

Identity,

Other,

All parts of you into the third eye,

Down to the heart,

Anchored in your pelvis.

Just bringing your awareness down there.

This is my center.

Big breath,

Softening the body.

Good,

Good.

Yawning is good,

Sighing is good.

Whenever you feel ready,

You can open your eyes back here.

Good.

And I wanna take a minute before we go into these,

To quantum healing today,

Which we're gonna talk about,

Just to check in with you guys.

Whatever it is.

In this moment,

There's no right or wrong.

So as things arise,

We can transmute it.

Our body has the ability to move energy.

I know for the beginning of my healing journey,

I refused to do that,

Because I was like so afraid that feeling it,

I would attract more of this or that or whatever.

The frequency of willingness and the frequency of unconditional love are high frequencies.

So if we allow willingness and unconditional love to hold the whatever it may be,

Fatigue,

Fear,

Jealousy,

Sadness,

Frustration,

Helplessness,

And we move towards it and not away from it,

And we take 90 seconds,

Two minutes to breathe the energy it releases,

The energy is gone,

A doorway opens,

And then the thing that we want,

The thing that we're working towards has a space to come in.

And that's the process,

That's the work.

That's good,

That was helpful.

So are these negative patterns,

Energies,

Flashbacks coming from me?

I just want a little bit more information so I understand what,

I wanna speak properly to it.

I'll speak to one part of that.

This is really helpful.

So as empaths,

We can feel other people's energies.

So this is twofold here,

Okay?

What I do as a bare minimum is I'll ask,

There's something called access consciousness where you can ask your body questions and get answers.

So,

First case scenario,

You're like,

Okay,

Is this stuff coming from me?

Well,

Let's ask out loud.

Does this belong to me?

All of a sudden,

I feel all this anxiety or whatever.

Okay,

Is this mine?

No.

So you guys can write this down if you're sensitive.

Oh,

Shoot,

I can't,

Is somebody trying to speak?

You guys,

Was somebody on trying to speak?

Oh,

I can't hear whoever was trying to speak to me.

I'm sorry,

Love.

Let me see if I have my,

Maybe I don't have the speaker properly.

Let me switch the speaker.

Okay,

Hi,

Now I can hear you.

You're probably like,

What the fuck?

She's just talking over my ass.

Okay,

Yes,

Maybe you can clarify and then I'll finish what I'm saying.

So what do you perceive is at the end of the progress?

Like the fact that the lag in progress is causing discomfort because when I get here,

I'll have peace,

Enoughness,

I'll be safe,

There'll be love.

Sometimes,

Because you were saying you were frustrated because you feel like,

And maybe let me make sure I'm clear,

Like you're making progress and then you're frustrated because you think you're going backwards kind of thing or you're,

So it was explained to me,

Like healing is like this,

You know?

So we revisit moments and the frustration,

Maybe years ago,

The frustration,

You saw it differently.

And so it looks like I'm going back,

But you could never go back to where you were.

You just,

You're always,

It's a,

We're always expanding.

We're always expanding.

So even if there's frustration,

You're seeing the frustration from a new level of consciousness.

You can't go back.

So there is that,

Even though it doesn't look like it,

We will revisit things at deeper levels and higher levels of consciousness.

Things,

Let me see if I can throw it in this way too.

Other note,

Things aren't permanent.

They can be really deep.

So sometimes people will be like,

I'm trapped in this pattern or I'm stuck with this pattern,

But patterns can run.

Like if we see this whole,

Patterns can run real deep and maybe there's so much frustration energy.

And so you've kind of dealt with a whole bunch.

And,

But because you've been dealing with it for so long,

You're like,

This thing's infinite.

It will never go away.

It's deep.

It's not permanent.

Emotions and energy can be intense and deep,

But the nature,

As science has shown us,

Is the nature of energy is that it's transient.

The nature of who we are is that we are love and light.

So it can't penetrate us.

We can experience it over and over again on a deep level.

The other thing I heard in you is a need for self-love of I don't like that person,

You know,

Which was what I was trying to get at the first question was kind of like,

We want things to go away because we want to get to a destination,

Which is like,

Oh,

Now this person's likable.

Now this person's lovable.

I'm not a frustrated biatch or whatever I perceive myself to be.

But what I've seen,

And again,

I'm just a human on a healing journey too,

But deep spiritual work for the last 10 years is that the more I've learned to love myself,

The more I feel.

And the more frustrated I am and angry I am and joyful I am and jealous I am and excited I am and blissful I am and light I am and sad I am,

It's like I get a wider array of colors in here.

And as I was speaking in the beginning,

My level of consciousness,

Which I'm learning through my own life path to be self-love and unconditional love,

Allows it to move through me with grace because I'm not getting in there as much as I used to and saying,

This one's bad,

This one's good,

This one's bad,

This one's good.

And then we create these log jams and then our system can't move.

So this isn't our fault.

Women are trained out of this.

I call it divine wild expression.

And feminine energy feels,

We roar,

We are sad,

We're everything,

And look at children.

That's just our nature.

And then we're like,

Well,

That's too much,

That's crazy.

That's unlikable,

That's unlovable.

So we're all hiding in these closets until we come to groups like this.

And I'm around a bunch of other women all the time too in these groups as well that are like,

Oh,

No,

No,

No.

And we're all in these secret circles like,

Oh,

You do that too?

Oh,

You cry too?

Oh,

You get really frustrated too?

Oh,

You feel these big things moving through you all day too?

Oh,

Yeah,

Okay,

I'm not alone and I'm not crazy and there's nothing wrong with me.

The nervous system obviously is gonna be trained on a level of safety to say,

Oh,

I can't show that part because I won't be loved or whatever it is.

And the self-love name of the game is,

No,

I'm not gonna abandon myself.

I'm starting to catch on to the fact that this is actually normal.

It's nature to have energy move through me.

And as it arises,

I think you'll like the video that I'll send you guys.

As it arises,

You do the best you can to say,

I welcome this here.

Maybe everybody else will think this is a disaster or whatever the hell they think this is.

I'm gonna breathe this frustration.

And again,

Remember,

Frustration is a beautiful gift that just tells us there's an unmet need here.

There must be something in me that doesn't feel worthy so I'm frustrated.

Or maybe frustration's telling me I need to have a conversation with somebody but I'm too afraid because I grew up afraid of conflict or whatever it may be.

It's a divine warrior,

Protector.

It's got your back.

And then someone judged it as shitty in you so you're judging it as shitty in you.

I'll pause there.

What are you hearing in that?

Amen,

Sister.

Okay,

Doable?

Okay.

Well,

Here's my next.

When you're in that space,

What phrase,

Imagine little five-year-old you,

What did she need to hear when she was frustrated from her parents?

Could be simple as,

It's okay to be this way.

This'll pass.

You're all right,

Bean.

Go chill.

I'm gonna cook dinner and whenever you're done kicking and screaming,

I'll be here.

Okay,

Sit with it.

We all did.

I mean,

I can't say we all did,

But most of us did.

That's been my hardest emotion.

Yeah.

Just sit with that ponderance.

What would I have needed to hear about my anger for me to think it was okay?

And then that's the phrase when it arises,

I want you to offer to yourself.

So confusing.

And then your nervous system feels like a ping pong machine because you're like,

I can't let this out or in.

Yes,

So it's sweet little Bean or whatever you call yourself.

I say Bean,

But like,

This is valid.

And if we need to find a place to express it like a journal or a piece of art or a pillow or a bat on a styrofoam thing,

Let's do that.

Yeah.

There's a great,

I don't have one right now,

But a Pilates block.

For any of you that deal with anger,

Pilates block or I use a chair,

Like the arms,

I'll stand behind a chair,

Like the back of a chair and you press your hands in or you press into the Pilates block like,

Because it's a safe space.

So this is a somatic tool.

It just gets stored in our body.

So we have to let our body complete an energy.

And so if you just press for about,

I don't know,

30 seconds,

However,

It feels safe.

You don't want it to feel too much.

We go slow with nervous system healing,

But just,

And then release,

Right?

You can do up to three of them.

Just let it come out in the Pilates block too or the chair.

Cool.

Good.

And then just to briefly,

What I was sharing before,

Sometimes when we're like,

You know,

Is this energy mine?

Is this energy someone else's?

We can ask that question.

Is this mine?

Is this anger mine?

Is this mom's?

Does this belong to me?

Sometimes we'll hear yes.

Sometimes we'll hear no.

If it's yes,

All we have to do is say,

I return it to sender with love.

So we just take that extra little chunk off that isn't even ours.

And if it is ours,

Then we allow ourselves to welcome it because it's energy that wants to move.

And it's the stories that we were told around it that's bad or wrong.

In the noticing of everything,

Then the antidote comes in as well.

Gorgeous.

Discomfort from transformation.

And continuously going back to center,

True north.

So the meditation we just did in the beginning is awesome for just coming back to you.

So I call on all my shit back from wherever I left it and bring it in my body.

I've been working on changing my perspective and have noticed that some of my current struggles that felt insurmountable now feel almost like opportunities.

That's awesome.

Nice.

Exactly,

Same external situation,

Same life,

Same challenges,

Different level of consciousness.

You can see more love,

See more opportunity,

Yeah.

And then you're gonna love the practice then today because this is how do I move into that space to receive that,

Which is what we're gonna look at.

Gorgeous.

For me,

A lot of childhood traumas have been coming up.

Like I've been always interpreted or overlooked and somehow that affected my sense of safety.

Well,

That makes sense.

So whenever someone does this to me today,

I feel like I might die at any moment,

Yeah.

Yeah.

There's a somatic tool where you can save yourself.

It kind of might sound silly,

But you literally say to your body,

Are we dying right now?

Are we alive in this moment?

Because the body might think it's dying because you're back in two.

Your brain is back in two,

Three,

Pre-verbal,

Who knows?

And we say,

Are we alive?

Are we dying?

And then the body can notice,

No,

No,

I'm really disturbed right now and that's okay because we'll do what we need to do to handle the energies,

But I'm alive.

So,

Oh,

The body can literally update.

So for any of you expanding into something new,

My healer used to say this to me all the time,

Like so afraid of taking up space,

That's been my thing.

And I would be in a healing session and she'd have me like literally lay like this on the table to like take up space.

And she's like,

Are you alive?

Are you dead?

And I have to like,

No,

I'm good.

Okay.

Rewires our brain.

So there's that to help you.

I'm struggling to understand it emotionally that I don't need to be heartbroken when someone doesn't have the knowledge or capacity or sensitivity to understand me or treat me in a good way.

So what if it's okay to be heartbroken when someone doesn't understand you?

So there's both.

There's the adult understanding of,

We hold both at the same time.

We hold healing and expansion at the same time.

I want to feel resilient when people don't understand me.

So I'd write that down if I were you.

Like,

This is where I wanna go.

I want to feel resilient when people don't understand me.

And for whatever else anybody else is going through,

You want to feel what when people don't understand,

Or you wanna feel resilient when what?

Your issue.

When I'm not seen,

When I'm not,

Oh,

I can be resilient.

I can just be like,

Oh,

No one saw,

They didn't see me.

I didn't crumble.

So that's where I'd like to go.

I'm gonna hold that in my field.

And at the same time,

This sounds a little weird.

We're opening up to a few things here.

What if it's okay?

Kind of like we just talked about with the anger.

What if it's okay that I feel heartbroken when people don't understand me?

Because anybody would feel like that,

Given my past,

If they had the same past as me.

And could I take 90 seconds to breathe into the sensations in my body of heartbreak?

I know they are uncomfortable.

Two things that are coming to me now is give yourself permission to go slow with your healing and give yourself permission.

And this feels like this pertains to the whole group,

To take all the time in the world.

Like literally,

Can we all affirm right now,

I give myself lifetimes to move through whatever I'm moving through?

It's not gonna take that long.

But a little kid who's going through something and somebody says,

Hurry up,

You gotta heal this thing.

And then the mom comes in and is like,

Take all the time in the world.

You need to feel the way you feel.

Okay.

And then the wave rides out.

So when you're given the time,

You feel safer to let it move.

So there feels it,

What did you hear in just those two things?

Where are you at with it now?

It looks like self-sabotage when you're taking it slow.

Are there times you're taking it slow when it's loving?

Like kind to yourself to take it slow?

Okay.

So hand on the heart,

Everybody.

This is gorgeous.

So we're just gonna,

If you want,

Repeat out loud after me.

You can tap a little.

There's a lot of meridian points here.

You can just keep your hand on the heart.

I give myself permission to expand rapidly if that is natural to me in the moment.

And at the same time,

I give myself permission to expand slowly with all the time and spaciousness in the world if that is natural to me in the moment.

I open my field to weaving between slow and fast and fast and slow.

Whichever one is here,

I allow both.

And I choose the one that feels loving.

There we go.

Okay,

Take a deep breath here.

You can open your eyes when you want.

Where are you at now,

Queen?

Nice.

Good.

So sit with that.

If something else comes in,

So sit with that.

If something else comes in,

Let me know,

But that feels good to me too.

All right,

Let's see what else we got here.

I've been super stuck in feeling misunderstood too.

Something that has helped me is to remind myself that I am someone and I understand me.

Yeah,

It doesn't always help,

But sometimes it does.

Exactly.

That's beautiful.

Well,

Hand on the heart.

I understand me.

And then,

You guys,

I say God because I don't have a problem with the word,

But if a different word's better for you,

Use it,

Okay?

So I understand me and God understands me and others in the frequency,

When I understand me,

They understand me too.

I give myself permission to be resilient and misunderstood at the same time.

So if someone misunderstands me,

My energy field gets so big and bright,

And it's like,

Meh,

And it just gracefully moves through my body.

I'm like,

Ooh,

That's an interesting energy.

I breathe it,

It flows through because I know I am tethered to source and myself and those in the frequency of my authentic truth.

I can receive being misunderstood from time to time with grace and gentleness and ease and resilience.

I can handle it in my field sometimes.

There we go,

All right,

Deep breath.

Eyes open,

Good.

Feeling more and more in line with my inner truth,

But always struggling to stay in the moment,

Getting pulled into the chaos of my other life.

It's becoming easier,

But it's definitely still an area I find difficult.

Okay,

Here's the question for that.

What am I afraid would happen if I didn't get pulled into my,

You just put in quotes,

Other life?

What am I afraid would happen,

You can put it into the chat or come on,

If I didn't get pulled into the chaos of my other life?

It's becoming easier,

But it's definitely still an area I find difficult giving myself permission to be right where I am and knowing that the parts of me pulling me back have been protectors trying to send them in myself,

Love and gratitude for those parts.

Do you know the answer to that question or is it something you'd have to sit with for a minute?

Yeah,

I hear you,

I hear you.

It's taken me 10 years to slow my voice down.

Yes.

I get it.

You're not alone.

And there's one thing I intuitively heard in that,

But I'm curious like,

So I take this chaos of the other life,

Right?

And I put it over here.

For some reason,

You just like your family was like,

Oh my gosh,

I love you.

We don't need you to do this anymore.

We want you to do something else with your life.

And you don't have it available for a minute.

All your other needs are met.

So don't worry about that.

You're kind of sitting there and you're like,

Uh,

Like what's,

Like what comes up?

What do you want to grasp for?

What do you want to?

Yes,

I hear you.

So what I'm feeling in your field is a couple things.

First of all,

This is a psychic hit,

An intuitive hit,

But I feel like the word that keeps coming to me as you talk is peace.

She's coming into her peace.

She doesn't know how peaceful her presence is.

She was never given permission to be seen in her peace.

It's just peace,

Peace,

Peace,

Peace,

Peace.

And this part of you that wants to slow down enough to let that take up space in your field.

And so what I would like to offer you,

Invite you into is continually,

Cause sometimes we can see this in a moment.

Sometimes it takes time.

This phrase has been reverberating this last month in my consciousness is my being is enough.

And when you say be needed,

It's almost like it's a doing or it's an action or it's a business or it's a behavior.

It's taken me 10 years to see to like our being.

So your peace,

Your love,

Your joy,

Your lightness,

Your authenticity,

This is just like fine being in her emotions,

Love being around her,

You know,

Whatever it may be.

That's the medicine.

Like that can be real hard for our brains to hear because we have grown up in like,

No,

No,

I have to do something for people to say that I'm valuable.

And we say to ourselves,

So you can put your hand on your heart and everybody can repeat if you want.

Thank you to the little one in me who placed my value and worthiness in my doing,

In my being needed.

I didn't know that my highest value is in who I am.

I am a quantum field.

I am part of a quantum field.

And when I am in a certain frequency that is natural to my being,

My soul,

I energetically impact others around me more positively than I ever could in my doing.

So what I've been playing out in my life has kept me safe,

Yes.

But it is limited in the capacity of which I came here to shine and deeply impact the world around me.

So I am willing to open to my peace and my inner beauty that will transform the world around me in ways unimaginable to my brain.

Good,

Deep breath.

So you guys can open your eyes.

Did I tell you guys the story of when I was asking my coach about what I should do with my life?

I'll start telling it and if you guys heard it,

Because I teach so many different things and I tell so many different stories,

So forgive me if I'm like repeating these stories.

I was with my coach years ago and I was like,

You know,

Because I do all these different things and I'm like,

Oh my God,

Should I do mediumship or Reiki or meditation or this or that?

And he's like,

Jamie,

It sounds like you're curious of how to make the most impact,

Right?

That's like why you wanna pick the thing you wanna pick.

I was like,

Oh yeah,

My impact's more important.

I don't necessarily care so much about the modality.

And he said,

Do you know what makes the impact with people that you're with?

And I was like,

No,

What?

He said,

Your presence,

Your energy field.

Took me a long time to let my brain wrap around that who never was raised in a school,

All of us that literally teaches us that our presence is the most valuable part of us.

It's the feminine,

It's the feminine.

We've been,

That's been shoved the shit down and it doesn't seem valuable.

And once I understood that,

I thought,

Ah,

Our storefront doesn't matter.

So your actions of doing,

Whatever it is that we're doing in life doesn't matter as much as the energy that we're in.

We are impacted by the energy of people around us.

And so what are you looking for?

You're looking for worthiness,

Right?

And in feeling needed or love or whatever it may be.

Um,

That can't come,

There's no gasoline in the car to drive the car.

Like we have to put the worthiness energy in the car so that the car drives.

The car just driving,

Which is you just taking action without the gas in it is limited.

When I heard that word,

I got it.

Cause my teacher would always talk about true freedom,

True worthiness,

True love.

Cause your brain will go,

Well,

I've created enough of it.

And it's like,

Yes,

But it's limited.

It's a limited level of being seen and loved and known.

There's one other story I'll share.

And this speaks to this is the,

Um,

The people that did,

Uh,

Met,

Um,

Gosh,

I can't remember where this was,

But they did meditation.

Groups of people would get together and do meditations in a town where there was like gun violence,

Homelessness,

Uh,

Higher jail rates,

Violence,

And they would come and their being was enough.

They would come and they would meditate.

So you can meditate or you can not meditate to let your light shine through your joy,

Your authenticity,

Whatever state of being you're in.

And they would come and they would cultivate these on purpose.

Well,

Guess what happened in the town?

It was the only goddamn thing that changed in the town.

Crime rates went down,

Arrests went down,

Cleanliness went up.

All the good things happened in the town.

What is that?

Why is that?

That's our value.

The frequency we're in,

That's where our finances,

That's where money comes from,

That's where true abundance comes from.

That's where relationships come from.

All the things.

Because they're contained in the same frequency.

So if we're in love,

Loving opportunities will come to us.

We have to take aligned action.

Yes,

Like Danny was talking about aligned action earlier.

Of course we need to,

Oh wow,

I'm in this frequency and then I get this inspiration and then I take the aligned action.

It's the most valuable thing.

So yes,

There is that nervous system fear where our family might not see us.

But when we see this beauty,

It's this divine beauty,

This is the theme and so graciously unlocked this for all of us,

That we can see our divine beauty in whatever flavor it is,

Because it's gonna be unique for all of you I'm picking up on peace in you,

Is valuable.

Then it's like,

Oh,

I can,

So here's the energetic.

I can receive being unseen by my family when I'm in my peace with resilience.

So I can be resilient in my peace and unseen by my family at the same time.

All right,

I'm taking lots of deep breaths,

Talking slower,

Cause I'm good with it.

Hobbs agrees.

Thoughts on that or do you feel complete?

Okay,

Bean.

Yeah,

Yeah,

Exactly,

Exactly.

If you're in a moment of peace and you notice it,

You clock it,

It's like a small moment.

Am I alive right now?

Am I dying?

Okay,

I'm alive and I'm at peace.

And the brain just,

It like updates.

Cause yeah,

That is ancestral,

Like passed down.

And of course your nervous system,

Your body would learn that,

You know?

And then you just keep saying over and over again,

Is this actually helping?

No.

And then there's this other phrase,

The war is over,

Right?

So from whatever the ancestors went to,

Like that war is over.

It just was at peace.

I'm not dying.

And then the brain clocks that.

And then we allow,

The brain allows more peace.

And then it just starts to become a,

Oh,

I can be safe in my peace.

And if for some reason somebody says,

You're not working hard enough,

I'm resilient in my peace.

Huh?

You should be taking a fucking nap,

You know?

And you just aren't even bothered by it.

And they're like,

Oh yeah,

You're right.

And then it's not a big deal.

But when it chinks that stuff in our armor,

Like it makes sense.

Makes sense how you feel,

Why you feel how you feel.

That's good,

Good,

Good awareness for all of us.

Thank you.

So it just came to me,

I really care the most when it's relevant to mine or someone else's pain.

The misunderstanding completely ends up or is equal to injustice in my head.

I don't know if I'm fully processing what you're saying.

Let me read it one more time.

It just came to me,

I really care the most when it's relevant to mine or someone else's pain.

That makes sense,

That part.

Misunderstanding completely ends up or is equal to injustice in my head.

And just welcome it.

That's what we're in today.

Could we let how you feel be okay?

In small ways.

You wanna share?

You're not having to make other people okay.

You don't have to justify other people's behavior.

You're making your reaction to their behavior okay.

The level of grief or anger or rage you feel when,

You know,

Whatever,

That could just relate to if somebody's homophobic,

It could be like,

Well,

That could just relate to me being different too in other areas.

Maybe I'm not gay,

But I'm different.

And that's like,

Well,

Fuck you for not letting me be how I wanna be and love who I wanna love and whatever.

So we don't ever have to worry about controlling there or justifying anybody's behavior.

Where I'm working is at the level of what your experience,

Meaning your internal reaction to that,

Is saying,

Wow,

I'm enraged right now.

That's okay.

That makes sense.

I allow it.

Yeah?

Okay,

Good.

Good stuff,

You guys.

Okay,

Let's play.

Let's do a little.

Good.

So how many of us do we have here tonight?

There's eight,

Okay.

Fabulous.

So I'm gonna teach you,

One,

Two,

We'll start,

Like four or five quantum questions.

We're gonna do a little meditation on our own.

And then I invite you to,

We're gonna do a little breakout room,

Five-minute partner practice,

Where we can pick one or two of these questions.

And as if we're asking for the other person and see what intuitively pops into our heads,

Okay?

This is so okay to be imperfect.

There's no right or wrong.

You could just be like,

This might be wrong,

But this is what popped into my head.

So our bodies are so fucking cool and they don't teach us this when we're little.

They're receptors of higher wisdom.

This is brain-based.

When we ask higher questions,

We get higher answers.

So if we ask these low questions,

And again,

We get stuck in these loops,

Why am I only meeting these types of people in my life?

Why can't I have these friends?

What's wrong with me?

Whatever,

I'm just giving exaggerated examples.

As opposed to,

What would it take for me to heal this thing?

What perspective would I need to completely heal this area of my life?

Questions like that,

Not needing an answer,

Not going back into the brain,

But almost like everything's energy.

You're in a quantum field of unlimited potential.

So you ask a higher question and you wait for the answer to dawn on you.

It's from a different capacity within you so you might not be used to receiving higher information this way.

This is how we can expand beyond the patterns and beyond the stuckness.

So here's the questions and we're gonna ask them to ourselves.

And if you don't get answers at first,

Totally fine.

We receive answers,

We get images.

Give me a flash of something in your head.

Sounds,

Sensations in the body.

We might get a sense of something or we know something and we don't know how we know it or a variation of them.

Or you might get a specific,

Detailed sentence of information.

So quantum healing can happen when we ask quantum questions.

So we're gonna ask,

I'm gonna invite you to pick one area of your life and get specific for yourself and for the other person.

Like,

Where are you stuck?

Where are you challenged?

And we're gonna say,

What is going on with me that could be the biggest breakthrough?

Like,

What's gonna be the biggest breakthrough for me or for this person?

So we're gonna ask for ourselves first and then we're gonna ask for the person.

What energies can be assisted in releasing that's gonna have the biggest impact on the person?

And I'll go over these again.

Meaning,

If this person felt their shame,

If this person felt their sadness,

It would have like a massive impact because that would clear and they'd get all this.

So you might get a big hit of like,

Oh,

If they felt their sadness,

That would clear and joy would come in.

So what energies can be assisted in releasing that's gonna have the biggest impact on them?

What am I or this person ready for that I can assist myself with or them?

And what could I receive?

So like,

Again,

Very open-ended question,

But what would I need to perceive or receive in my life?

What shift in consciousness would I need that would really contribute to me right now?

These are coming from deeper places,

So it'll give deeper things in your body,

Give you deeper assistance in your body,

Okay?

So we're gonna,

Let's see what time we got.

We're gonna do like a rapid fire,

Don't think about it,

Run through for you.

And I'm gonna invite you after each question,

You can,

You know,

We're gonna go into a meditative space,

But like type the answer quickly in your computer or on your journal.

You get a little hit,

You get a word,

You get a sensation in the body,

Whatever it is,

Okay?

So let's just kind of shake it out.

Let's take a deep breath down into the belly,

All the way up,

Let it go.

I release any energy that isn't mine.

I am me and only me.

Notice the feet,

The butt on the ground in the chair,

And just slow down,

Slow down the breath,

Slow down the movement,

Slow down the body.

I am opening beyond my brain,

Just taking deep breaths and softening the body.

I don't need the answer right away,

Just planting seeds has led us to,

We are opening to seeing possibility where we may not have seen it before.

We allow in unknown,

Ordinary,

Profound things into our mind.

So I'm gonna ask myself this first question and just see what comes to me.

What do I need to know that would cause the biggest breakthrough for me right now?

What do I need to know that would cause the biggest breakthrough in my life or this area of my life right now?

Just ask and listen.

Jot down whatever comes to you.

It doesn't even need to make sense.

You could just literally see your feet planted on the earth.

Next question,

What emotion,

What energy within me is ready to be a thing?

Within me is ready to be assisted to release,

To have the biggest positive impact on me in my life.

What energy is ready to be assisted in releasing,

Moving through my body that's gonna have the biggest impact on me in my life?

Sense notice.

And lastly,

What new perception would I need to adopt?

What new perception would I need to adopt that would contribute to my life exponentially?

What perception would I need to adopt that would contribute to my life exponentially?

Jotting down what comes through in this last moment here.

Amazing,

Yeah.

Spot on,

Amazing.

So much to explore,

Solid.
