We are going to clear fear around our psychic senses.
We're going to normalize them.
We're going to open up our psychic gifts,
Right?
Word is very triggering.
So last week,
We did clear cognizance,
Which is clear knowing.
And again,
I was saying I go farther into these in my book,
Set Free Your Longing Heart.
Today,
What called to me is clairsentient,
Clairsentience.
So clairsentience is clear feeling.
We can have all four of these,
Most people do,
But we usually have one that's the strongest because it was more allowed.
We didn't have as many triggers around it,
Whatever it may be.
It's just part of our gift.
Clairsentience is an embodied experience.
So claircognizance that we talked about last week is knowing that you don't really feel it in your body.
You don't really see an image.
These are the other two other ways we process psychic senses.
This one is the people,
You would also call them an empath,
You feel everything.
Now,
There is also trauma where we feel everything,
Which is called hypervigilance.
And a lot of us who had trauma of hypervigilance and had to be aware of everything to stay safe all at once brought us into our gifts of clairsentience.
So as I share all of this,
I just want you to be aware,
Too,
There is a lot of overlap.
So questions are welcome here,
Where it's like,
You know what?
Maybe now that I have these gifts and I'm open to these gifts,
I could heal the trauma of having to be on and scanning all the time because I've realized,
Oh,
My body can just feel things.
So it's feeling.
It's the gut.
I feel it in my gut.
It's me.
Probably you guys have this,
Too,
Watching a TV show or an Instagram post and just crying because you can feel the love immediately.
Your intuition and your psychic senses work through your body.
You walk into a room and you're like,
Whoa,
What happened here?
Or wow,
This is a vibe.
And it's very turned on and strong.
So your intuition works through your senses,
Clairsentient,
Sensation,
Feeling body.
So this is a really good one because those of us that have this strongly,
Wow,
We can easily get mixed up in other people's feelings.
So an energy clearing prayer,
Like while you're brushing your teeth every day,
Is really good.
And we're going to do that today.
And you guys know I say it because I'm also clairsentient.
I say it at the beginning of almost all of my meditations to benefit others who experience this,
Too.
So without further ado,
Let's get into it.
So you can press play on your music if you want.
OK,
And so let's just,
As always,
Remember this next beautiful 20 minutes is for you.
So you can turn your phone upside down.
I will make sure you're back at half past.
And we're just going to play and have fun and do some healing.
OK,
Good.
So just kind of bringing yourself into the present moment,
We're going to do the 5,
4,
3,
2,
1 tool that brings us into the present.
Because when we're in the present,
We can go into this unseen world a little deeper.
So 5,
We're going to notice five things we feel.
So not necessarily feelings,
But like right now,
I can feel my heel underneath of my hip.
I'm sitting on my foot.
I want you just to notice I can feel my hand on my chest.
I can feel that little piece of hair on my cheek.
I want you just to name five things that you feel,
Maybe the temperature,
Maybe your breath.
And as we do this exercise,
You might notice a deeper sigh.
That's yourself coming back home.
OK,
So next,
We're going to notice four things that we hear,
Bringing us into the present.
And we don't have to force this.
Just kind of let or sounds dawn on you.
Really listen.
Good.
Sometimes when we become more present,
You'll start to notice your own breathing or your swallowing.
You can hear those subtle sounds.
And now we're going to notice,
If your eyes aren't open,
Just kind of a gentle right in front of you,
Three things that you see.
Really take them in.
And this one can kind of be challenging,
But two things that you smell.
Maybe you have perfume or essential oil or shampoo or something close.
Maybe you just kind of are a little more present with the sounds.
The smell of the room,
The air.
And then what do you taste?
Maybe the last thing you drank.
Eight,
Tea,
Toothpaste.
Good.
And you can do the 5,
4,
3,
2,
1 at any point of the day when you're stressed,
Just to really let your brain,
Your amygdala,
Calm down and come back to the present.
Good.
So just notice that physical connection under you again.
And we're going to start to breathe into the belly.
So deeper breaths,
As always.
Long,
Slow exhales.
Do three of these,
Deep breath.
Slowing everything down.
And we're going to go within.
So we say aloud,
I release any energy I may be carrying that isn't mine.
This phrase that you've heard me say hundreds of times,
Probably more than that,
Is a clairsentience best friend.
I release and let go of any feelings or sensations that don't belong to me.
And you'll notice,
If you take a big,
Deep breath like I just did,
You're probably a clairsentient,
Because that's the energy releasing.
Kind of feels a little weird.
And again,
We all have different belief systems.
And that's fine.
So I always just ask you to find what resonates with you.
But we can call on the help of our source,
Or our guides,
Or ascended masters,
Or our higher self.
So we can just say now,
And I'll use the word source,
But feel free to use commas or the words that feel good to you.
And say,
My source or higher intelligence,
I ask your assistance now in completely releasing on all levels,
Known or unknown,
Any feelings or sensations,
Thoughts,
Energies,
Any low vibe gunk,
Stuff I don't need to carry that isn't mine.
Assist me in completely releasing that from my field now,
And returning it to sender with unconditional love.
Just notice,
If you took a deep breath,
That's the energy leaving.
You might yawn.
You might hard swallow.
You might feel cold or heat moving through the body.
And now we're going to do something cool,
Because I actually took,
I went to a psychic school years ago.
And this is very innocent,
But in our consciousness,
In our energy field,
We have these little doors that kind of remain open.
And they allow stuff in.
So for example,
Just breathe and relax as you listen to me.
You might be carrying someone's sadness.
Well,
Why?
Because maybe you were abandoned as a child,
And you didn't want this person to feel abandoned.
So you innocently are like,
You know what?
If they have somebody that knows how they feel,
And I hold their sadness,
They won't feel alone.
So maybe that's what's going on.
So that was the little crack in our energy field that allowed their sadness in.
That is life helping us see where we are ready to heal.
So if we put our detective hat on and get a little curious,
As a clairsentient,
We may just feel stuff deeply.
But if we hang on to it beyond just,
Wow,
This person feels sad,
So I'm going to be with them in compassion and listen,
Then there's just something else that needs healing.
So we can be empowered and not in victim if we notice,
Whoa,
Man,
I'm like really feeling a lot of stuff.
Doesn't feel like mine.
We can always go deeper and say,
I wonder why.
So we're going to do a little healing around that right now,
If that's you.
So just take a deep breath.
And we're going to say again to whoever our source is,
We're going to say,
Source,
I surrender to you now.
The reason I may innocently absorb energy longer than necessary from others,
Taking on stuff or maybe depleting myself unnecessarily because of a pain I haven't cleared or healed or become aware of in me yet.
So I surrender that part of me that needs healing to you to rearrange me and redirect me towards love and truth.
So whatever healing,
Whatever needs to come in now that you've put the intention and the prayer out,
It's like a new perspective will come into your mind.
Or a book,
Or you'll mention a topic for us to talk about in class,
And it'll bring an insight.
Something.
Good,
So that will do the job of sealing the hole that may have been in our field that may perpetuate this.
It's nothing we need to be afraid of,
Just aware.
Like,
I wonder what's going on in me that kind of caused that.
If I don't know,
Let's just be curious.
Let's pray about it.
I wonder why I'm holding on to stuff.
You just sit in that curiosity.
It opens up a higher part of our mind.
Good,
Very good.
So just take a couple of breaths here.
And now we're going to go through the process we did last week,
But around clairsentience.
And we're just going to notice in our mind's eye as we breathe and soften,
How comfortable do we feel being open to just having a truth meter through our feelings,
Through our body,
In addition to our own feelings.
Weird,
Huh?
We have our own feelings,
And then we have truth meter through feelings.
We just kind of learn to discern the two.
But 1 to 100,
It's like,
Kind of look at that meter.
I feel comfortable having this psychic sense of clairsentience 17%,
30%,
90%.
There's no judgment.
We're kind of just noticing our comfort level of where we are with this,
Because again,
We may have been completely invalidated for this moment.
And so we shut it down.
You're too emotional.
You're too sensitive.
That's not real,
Right?
Good,
And then we're just going to bring a compassion phrase in.
We're just going to say,
I'm so sorry that you do not feel 100% comfortable with this gift.
And then we're going to notice,
What is your comfort level today of how much of this gift you'd like to bring in and play with?
So maybe you're at 30%,
And you're like,
I feel comfortable at 40% more awareness of this ability.
Maybe you go 1%.
Maybe you go 50% more.
There's no right or wrong.
Just really check in with yourself of how much do you want to open today?
So we can open more tomorrow.
Good.
So we're just going to assure our body and mind that we're going to just open to this level at which it's showing us it's ready.
Always makes us feel safer letting a little bit more in.
Good,
Breathe in,
Soften.
As we set the intention in our energetic GPS,
I choose to open as much as I feel ready to my clairsentient ability.
I choose to,
With time,
Learn to discern what it all means and how to use it.
But I do not need to take any action on it until I feel ready or desiring to do so.
For now,
This is just a joyful,
Playful experiment,
Like I have an app,
And I'm learning some basic Spanish vocabulary on my lunch break kind of vibe.
Good.
So holding that gentleness,
We make these new decisions and our consciousness and our mind open around them.
Good.
And then now,
Again,
We bring a little compassion to the little inner child in us.
And compassion is shown to release fear.
So from your heart to your inner child,
We repeat quietly in our mind or whispering aloud gently,
I'm so sorry you didn't know you had a gift called clairsentience.
I'm so sorry you were shamed around this.
I'm so sorry they made you believe it was scary or wrong or bad or weird.
I'm so sorry you had to shut this down to belong,
To stay safe,
To be accepted and loved.
I'm so sorry they shut their clairsentience down,
Too.
I'm so sorry our world makes a big deal out of something so cool and ordinary and useful for efficiency.
I'm so sorry you've been deeply confused and in pain around not understanding what this was.
I'm so sorry it's been hidden with no one to teach you.
I'm so sorry you had to wait until now.
Good,
So take a deep breath.
That's a big clearing,
You guys.
I'm so grateful I'm learning now.
I choose to open to the level at which my psyche feels comfortable.
I choose to,
If it feels aligned for me,
While I'm brushing my teeth every day,
Just say in my mind or aloud,
I release any feelings that aren't mine.
And I come back to me,
My body,
My light,
My truth.
We're gonna ask our clairsentience,
How do you communicate with me?
Maybe it'll show you like an excitement in the belly or a resistance in the legs.
And again,
Our pain or our trauma can communicate through our body too when we have unprocessed energy.
So it's okay if this takes a little bit of navigating and discerning,
But just take a breath and just kind of ask.
Again,
The answer may not come right now,
But hey,
Clairsentience,
What do you feel like in my body?
Just breathe and listen for a moment.
Maybe it's that I feel it in my gut,
I feel it in my heart,
I feel it in my body.
The truth,
What's best for me,
What's the highest in this moment.
I give myself permission to let this be a work in progress,
But I'm open and I'm clearing the pain around it and I'm ready.
Good,
So just breathe and let this integrate.
Programming,
Healing,
Intending.
It's okay for me to feel what others are feeling so that I know and then I can let it go and come back to me.
So we're just gonna take this last 60 seconds to come back to you and there's a really cool way to do it.
So I want you just to think of just one of your favorite songs,
Something that kind of pops into your head.
My favorite song is,
Or one of my favorite songs is,
Kind of hear it in your mind and let that energy move through your body.
The more you come back to your uniqueness,
Your you-ness,
It puts you in your energy,
Your feelings,
Your body.
I want you to think of one of your favorite foods and don't worry about calories or if it's right or wrong to eat,
Just what brings you joy.
And one of my favorite foods is,
If I could eat whatever and it didn't matter,
Good,
And lastly,
Favorite color.
We're just kind of stirring in this energy of you coming back to your own body.
One of my favorite colors is,
Good.
There you go.
So you're just slowly coming back,
Feeling your body under you,
Breathing deep,
Slowly batting the eyes open and looking around the room when you're ready.
