Transcript

Today we focus on the intention of opening safely and easily to our psychic senses.

I know this word can have a lot around it,

My goodness,

Especially we know living in Hollywood,

What they make out psychics to me on TV and movies.

And really,

The way I see it,

Because I live in this world,

It's as silly to me as one of our other senses,

Right?

Smell or taste like,

Oh,

Oh my gosh,

She smells,

Oof,

Burner at the stake,

I don't smell over here,

It's just a sense.

And as we know,

We are healing a lot of wounded masculine energy in our world and balancing back into healthy feminine,

And the feminine is intuition,

Is your psychic abilities.

And so,

From a woman who's done 10 years of deep work around her own intuitive abilities,

They're safe,

They're like another sense that you can use to just better your life.

No one even needs to know.

Good,

So just breathing into the no big deal-ness of it,

The safety of it,

The fact that it's already here,

We're just kind of putting some structure around it.

Just breathe and soften.

There are four main psychic senses,

And there are more,

But these are the most common.

And the first one that we will explore today is called clear cognizance.

Clear cognizance,

Which is clear knowing.

Cognition,

It moves in through thinking,

Knowing.

This is the sense that most people are so intuitive,

So psychic,

They don't even know it because it's very invisible.

Definitely one that is unseen.

And one that can be easily invalidated.

We say,

How do you know?

I don't know,

I know.

So just breathe.

We're going to do some activation here.

So we're just going to intend,

You can even do this,

Whispering or in your mind,

I intend to open my clear cognizance ability,

My clear knowing,

To whichever level feels safe to me today.

So for example,

I just want you to imagine in your mind's eye,

There's this beautiful dial,

And it's a clear cognizance dial,

And it's one to a hundred.

And so just trusting,

Maybe we think we're making it up,

Something pops into our head,

But where do you feel comfortable with being in your knowing?

I know that I know that I know,

Without clear evidence,

I just know.

Where are you?

Maybe you see,

And it's like 17%,

I feel comfortable opening to that capacity within me.

20%,

75%.

There's no wrong answer,

We're just kind of noticing,

On a scale of one to a hundred,

Where's our clear cognizance dial gauge?

And just soften the body and breathe.

Good,

And all we're going to do now is just affirm,

Could I open to the possibility that I could just turn this gauge a little higher and open a little more?

So we're just going to look to see where do we feel comfortable?

Does it feel comfortable today to open it to 35%?

70%?

We're just going to let the nervous system show us,

Well yeah,

A hundred would maybe be too much,

Too soon.

I want to get used to a little bit more of my knowing.

So just see where it feels comfortable to turn that,

And just let yourself,

You know,

Your mind doesn't know whether things are happening or not.

So just turn the gauge to where you feel comfortable opening today,

There's no right or wrong here.

Let's breathe and soften.

Good,

And just letting that image go.

And now we're just going to offer some compassion medicine to the little one in us,

Some we call our inner child,

Who has so much pain around their clear cognizance.

They were invalidated,

Maybe they knew things when they were young and people thought they were weird,

Or if you believe in past lives,

You know,

Something bad happened and they were like,

I'll never open that up again.

Or they didn't belong or fit in,

Just any pain they've had around that.

And just from your heart to them,

We're just going to say,

I'm so sorry for all the pain around this,

Around your clear cognizance.

I'm so sorry they didn't believe you,

They thought you were weird.

I'm so sorry your light was too bright for them.

I'm so sorry something so helpful and ordinary was seen as wrong and bad.

I'm just offering them this moment of compassion for whatever pain you have around it.

So just take a quiet moment,

What does come up for you when you think about,

I'm just going to open to knowing now?

Is it fear?

Is it rejection?

Is it shame?

Confusion?

Doubt?

And whatever just arose,

Can you offer it compassion just for a moment?

And that just simply looks like the phrase,

I'm so sorry for your doubt around this,

For your shame around this.

And just breathe and soften.

And now we're going to program a new intention into our GPS.

Just by saying now,

It's okay that I know.

Using self-love to reprogram.

It's okay to know that I know that I know.

It's okay to begin to become a student of this vehicle within me and learn and test it and adjust it and see,

Just in my own mind without anyone needing to know until I feel comfortable.

I give myself permission to bring into my awareness what I do know.

And honor it for myself now.

I see that you know.

It's amazing that you know.

I trust and believe that you know.

Validating our own claircognizance.

And as we just take these last few quiet moments,

I want you just to kind of almost ponder or reflect.

Just breathe and soften.

How does my knowing speak to me?

And sometimes we,

Especially for me,

Learn retroactively where we kind of look back and we're like,

Oh,

Wow,

I knew to do this thing.

I don't know.

Okay,

That's what that feels like.

It's a knowing beyond what you've been taught.

It just kind of pops into the mind.

It comes in silence.

You don't feel it in the body,

See it in the mind's eye,

Or hear it.

You just know it.

So maybe we get the answer now or we don't,

But we're just kind of opening.

We're opening that curiosity in us of like,

I wonder how my knowing speaks to me.

And so you're in the question,

Right?

The answer might pop in in the next couple of quiet minutes or it might pop in later.

I'm just opening.

I wonder how my knowing speaks to me.

And remember,

We just put that dial up a little bit earlier.

So this new information is just going to trickle in as slowly as you want it to.

And just breathing deep into the belly.

A long,

Slow exhale.

Soften the body.

Just quietly affirming to ourselves,

I give myself permission just to casually notice my knowing.

I don't need to do anything about it,

Make any choices,

Just kind of something I'm just wanting to notice.

I don't have to live from this space,

Do anything with it.

Just to my comfort level,

I'm going to befriend.

And as any pain may come up,

I offer compassion.

And then I just place that new intention into my internal GPS by saying my desire out loud,

Which you guys have already done.

Sometimes it's fun to just keep a journal or notes this week.

And just see,

You're welcome to share any of it with me that you want.

Slowly bringing your awareness to the room,

To the sounds,

To the sensation of your body under you.
