Internal Alignment is everything. We grow up learning to trust people outside of oursleves more than our own hearts, souls, our deeper selves. This talk, tapping, and meditation will inspire you to connect inward, to tune into your own sense of what feels good, clear, and right to you. This meditation is a pause, a slowing down to stop running around basing how we are doing in the world outside of ourselves and to find the gift of aligning within.

Okay,

So all week I've been talking about alignment,

Something I'm learning in my life and sharing with others.

What the heck does that mean?

Internal alignment.

We've talked about this a little bit before,

But how most of us,

We look out into life in all areas to see how we're doing.

So we base how we're doing in our careers,

In our finances,

In our relationships,

In our purpose,

On our path,

On our spiritual journey,

Wherever the heck we are.

In made up,

I don't even know what to call them,

But just made up points out in the world.

I'm successful when I have this amount of money.

I'm on the right track in my purpose or on my path or following my heart when life looks this way.

We make up what the world is supposed to look like when we meet our expectations of what we think it's supposed to look like,

But it's all made up.

And then if the outside meets that expectation,

We think we can relax.

And if the outside doesn't meet that expectation,

Which usually it doesn't because the outside just does what the outside does,

Then we feel defeated,

Not enough,

All the things.

But I'm here today with good news.

There's another way,

Which is an inner directed experience of life alignment.

So when you were little,

We ideally should have been told,

Hey,

You can trust yourself.

You have this alignment with whatever we want to call it,

Our heart,

Our soul,

God source.

If we like science,

The quantum field,

Like look at energy,

It's just energetic potential.

That's inside of you via senses and nudges and knowings.

You might say,

Oh,

That's not realistic.

That is the most realistic place to live from is having this alignment with,

You know,

I'll talk to my private clients about this a lot,

Just pausing a second because we're so used to making decisions from the habits of our brain that are out of alignment with our heart,

Our soul source,

Our path,

Our purpose,

Our essence,

Who we are,

What we actually really want the longings of our heart.

So if we pause a second and we tune in and we just say it tune inward,

And I know this can sound weird if this is a whole new reality to us because we're not taught it.

Just imagine you're five and you're learning this from Miss Janie.

You'd be like,

Oh,

Yeah,

I take a second.

I pause,

I tune inside and I'm like,

Does this feel in alignment with me?

And when I say alignment,

There's lots of words that we can categorize here.

Rightness,

Obviousness,

Clarity,

Makes sense,

Common sense.

It just,

The out,

We,

Our brain has such a connection to the outside thing.

So a client of mine last night,

It was a great example.

She used a glass of wine.

Our mind might go,

Oh,

That's a bad thing.

I don't,

Hopefully not all of us think that,

But if,

If that glass of wine is just there for joy and you're just having it because you're a human and you're in Italy and you're having your wine and you're,

You know,

Or whatever you're with your friends.

If you tune in,

You can tell if that wine is in alignment with the moment.

There's just a feeling of rightness,

Obviousness.

There's not a lot of chaotic stuff on it.

Thinking on it.

It's just like,

Yeah,

Here.

But if we have all this association to alcohol,

For some reason,

Our brain might go,

Oh,

Shouldn't do this.

It's alcohol.

It's bad or whatever.

But if we take a second to live beyond the confines of our mind,

Which we can pause,

Is this an alignment with a feeling,

Not an emotion,

But a deeper feeling of okayness,

Rightness,

Obviousness.

Yeah.

Then when we're getting to the higher levels,

Bliss,

Expansion,

Joy,

Then that's all we ever have to concern ourselves with.

That next aligned action.

That next,

We have all these,

Like people come to me all the time.

They're like,

Well,

If I live that way,

It's unrealistic.

It's lazy.

It's not safe.

And it,

To me,

It's like when I was living in my brain,

That's not safe.

That's definitely not realistic.

That's just lots of best guesses passed down to us.

It's not living from this other spiritual well that we have,

The heart,

The soul source.

Like that's where the good stuff lives.

So we can use our mind as the servant to our heart,

Not the other way around,

And really start to pause and feel.

And this is a whole other language.

So it might take some time.

You might say to me,

I don't know what that feels like.

And it's taken me 10 years to start to know what that feels like.

It's just,

You'll feel,

Is this in alignment with me,

Real me,

Not what my family taught me,

Not what society taught me.

That way we don't have to base how we're doing by looking out into the world.

How am I doing in life by how much money I have,

By where my health is,

By where my relationship is?

Just what's that next step?

What's the next thought?

Is this coming from collective thinking,

Someone else's thinking,

Painful old pattern thinking?

Okay,

I don't need to listen to that.

I can feel that.

I can let that process,

I can let that move,

But I don't have to have tea with it.

I'm going to pause and tune in.

Feel if this feels right,

Take the next step.

It's a cool way to live.

Okay,

So let's do a couple minutes of tapping around that.

And then we'll move into the meditation.

Do four minutes of tapping.

All right.

So I think most of you know what this is.

If not,

Hey,

Let's be open minded today and just tap on your body with me.

It's a healing modality to release and clear energy.

Okay.

So whatever you're feeling around alignment,

It's going to help this energy move.

And so you can start to learn to trust yourself and have a really cool experience of life,

Which I hope for everybody.

So take a deep breath.

Tapping on the side of your hand,

You're going to repeat out loud after me.

Okay.

So if you are new,

These points that were tapping on our body are sending a new signal to our brain when we say something negative.

So we're clearing the energy.

So saying after me,

Even though I'm afraid to live in alignment with my soul,

My heart,

My truth,

Deeper me before my programs,

I love and accept myself anyway,

Even though I'm afraid to live an internally directed aligned life.

That is a mystery to me.

And I'm afraid my life will fall apart.

I love and accept myself anyway,

Even though I don't even know what Jamie's talking about.

I love and accept myself anyway.

Deep breath,

Let it go.

Tapping on the top of the head,

This fear of alignment.

I can't trust that.

Eyebrow,

I have to trust the way the outside world is showing up for me.

That is a reflection of how I'm doing in life.

Inside of the eye,

Not these punches and knowings and aligned actions.

It's the outside I need to base my wellbeing on how things are manifesting in the world of form.

Cheek right under the eye,

Terrified of aligning with myself.

What am I going to find out?

Might be something bad.

Might be something I don't want.

So much fear,

So much unknown underneath the nose.

All this fear of aligning with myself.

I can't trust that.

I can't trust myself.

I don't know who I am.

There's lots of authority figures and gurus out there.

That's who I'm going to trust.

My own unique life seems best in their hands because I don't have some magical gift of alignment.

It's only for spiritual people.

All this fear of aligning with myself,

All this fear of trusting myself,

All this disbelief of an inner world that's got my back.

Deep breath.

Let it go.

All right.

Tapping on the side of the wrist.

I mean on the side of the hand.

What if it's safe to align with my heart and I just didn't know it?

What if I have common sense inside connected to a higher wisdom that always has my back?

What if pausing and learning to listen to a deeper well of wisdom in me that every human has,

Even me,

Whether I consider myself spiritual or not spiritual,

I am because we all are and I have this thing.

I choose to start to learn to trust inner alignment and not base my life on how it's going out there.

Top of the head.

I'm open to basing my life on how it's going in here.

I'm open to basing my life on hunches and then taking inspired action.

That's realistic.

Not going to be lazy or not create.

I'm going to pause first and listen to my heart.

That's not some fairytale thing.

We've talked about it for centuries for a reason because we all have that inner desire,

That essence,

That soul,

And I'm choosing to pause and know that if I slow down for just a moment and witness the habitual thoughts in my head and check in with myself and just ask,

Is this in alignment with what I want,

With what my heart wants,

With who I am?

And I'll know.

I'll hear it.

And it's always safe and dental.

It's safer than all the defense mechanisms I've created.

Let it go.

Top of the head.

I'm learning to trust myself now.

Making that choice because trusting everybody else outside of me makes me really anxious,

Overwhelmed,

Helpless,

And I don't want to live that way anymore.

This is amazing there's another way,

Side of the eye,

And I'm open to that other way.

That feels really good to know there's all this wisdom inside of me.

Unconditional wisdom.

Just taking a moment to align,

Connect to,

Slow down,

And tune into me.

There's a me beyond my programs and I want to get to know him.

I want to get to know her.

I want to get to know me and trust me and I'm choosing that now.

I'm choosing to trust myself.

I'm open to it.

And I'm choosing to align with deeper me and let my life unfold one moment at a time from there.

Knowing that that's the safest place to be.

That's where happiness lives.

And I'd like that experience of life.

Because I deserve it.

I'm worthy of it.

I am.

Especially me.

Deep breath.

Let it go.

Gorgeous.

Close your eyes.

Get comfortable in your meditation space.

Put your music on if you want.

And just tune in.

Notice how you feel.

Notice how your energy shifted.

Are you open?

Did an emotion move through you?

Some energy shift.

Good.

Getting nice and cozy,

Feeling your body on the seat,

Feeling your body connected below you.

Deep breath,

Let it go.

Starting to slow everything down.

Today in our meditation,

We align.

I want you to really feel that physical body on the ground,

Knowing that I'm holding this space for you,

With you.

You don't have to worry about work.

I'll bring you back at the correct time.

You fully dive into getting to know yourself right now.

The air expands the belly.

You release.

You come home.

You come back home over and over again until you know what home feels like.

The body starts to relax consciously with every breath.

The head,

The shoulders,

The chest,

The belly,

The hips,

The toes,

Everything relaxes.

Nice easy breaths,

Soft body.

Slowly moving into this space.

No rush.

Nice and easy.

As you settle deeper within yourself,

I want you to see if you can perhaps visualize or feel into or sense.

See which way feels right for you,

Completely releasing your attachment to how you're doing as a human being from out there.

So releasing your attachment to how much money you have,

What your relationship looks like,

What your body looks like,

What your status or career,

Purpose,

All that.

Just for this meditation,

I'm releasing my attachment to all of that.

That's just energy that's already been created and I'm moving to before that,

To creation itself,

That part of me,

The creator.

And so I for a moment just suspend all of that around me.

Maybe I even see it just as energies around me in time and space but I'm no longer connected to it.

Just kind of floating around.

There's space for energetic movement.

And I just let that be for now and I've got this blank,

Raw,

Open canvas of possibility that is me right here.

And I settle a little bit deeper within myself with the intention to align and use the words that feel resonant with you.

You don't ever have to follow mine.

Mine are suggestions.

I align with my truth now.

I align with my own unique essence now.

The one that I was born with before I learned my patterns.

I align with my own gifts and my purpose now.

I align with my heart now.

I align with my wisdom.

I align with the source of creation now.

I align with nature,

The quantum field,

And the unconditional love that is the root of my being and all things now.

I intend for this to be my guiding force.

To enjoy life but not to use it as a reference point to what I need,

To who I am,

To how well I'm doing.

Yet continuously turn inward and pause.

As I'm doing now,

I pause.

I get quiet and I align.

I listen.

I connect inside.

I settle in and I breathe here from this resting place,

From this starting point of all that I create in my life.

You you you you you you you gently feeling into inside first outside second hunches visions knowings dreams sounds an entire unseen world of wisdom clarity alignment inside then out nice and grounded you begin to become aware of that physical connection between your body and the ground the chair I am behind my eyes I am planted inside of my body I can feel this I am on the furniture and I'm in the room and I'm in the day and my presence is on the earth right now and I am NOT that which has been created I am creation itself I breathe into this truth as I remember who I am by going inward by pausing by slowing down by knowing this is very real valid and safe deep breath in and out of the body as you slowly return to the morning by stretching breathing wiggling swaying rolling your shoulders opening your eyes whenever you feel ready you
