So I wanted to take us through something that our brains have a tough time understanding,
But that's been really helpful in my life and the lives I've shared it with.
It's so funny because sometimes you like have these really cool healings or you have these really cool insights and then for me at least just fascinated by this stuff all the time.
It's like,
Okay,
What were the mechanics of that?
What was the thing that served the most to assist in uncovering that insight into helping me change,
Et cetera,
Et cetera.
And I found there's a lot of magic in intention because I have found we are co-creators.
And so it was so interesting.
My boyfriend and I were just talking to Jennifer.
We went away for the 4th of July and just for fun on the car ride there,
I played this game,
Which I invite you to play called I Want.
And it's kind of a compilation of a bunch of different teachers I've taken it from.
But I want whatever.
So I just rambled for a couple of minutes about what I wanted during the trip.
I want at least two really ridiculous belly laughs like I was five years old,
Even if I don't think it's possible.
I want clarity on this this weekend.
I want Pabs to stay safe.
I want whatever.
I said something about like,
I want to eat a meal that I'm like,
Oh my God,
This is so good.
And then I stepped back afterwards and I was like,
Wow,
This is so interesting.
Everything that I had said that I wanted happened.
There were a couple of times I laughed so hard.
Yeah,
So so it was fascinating.
I said,
OK,
Well,
The first part of this equation is most of us,
There's lots of reasons why we don't think we're worthy and deserving.
We don't think we just doubt.
We don't see it.
We don't realize how powerful we are.
But you just start every day or in Esther and Jerry Hicks,
They channel an energy called Abraham.
They call it segment intending.
So like before you do something,
What do you want the end result to be?
I would love to feel.
I mean,
We've talked about this many times of like what feeling you want to embody with your intention.
So it could be in a specific intention of like,
I want this.
But as I'm saying that,
I'm also feeling it.
So I want to leave this speech trip feeling blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Because what most of us are doing is we're going about our things unconsciously,
Innocently with what we believe is possible for us,
What we believe is safe,
Safe,
But we believe we're worthy of.
And it gives you a really uncomfortable to go,
Oh,
This is what I want to create in this next segment.
This is what I want to create in this next segment.
And it's not with force.
There's a play around it.
So I want to start today by setting an intention,
Setting an intention for each time you meditate,
Each time you're healing,
Each time you do something,
What you want to come through.
And then another part that's been really helpful as I look back is deep relaxation.
So calming the nervous system,
Let your brain get smarter.
You just start seeing solutions to things that you didn't see before.
And then I have no idea what the third thing is.
So I'm going to have to,
It literally says,
Wow,
I wrote that fast this morning.
It says,
Mom,
Re-eye to my face.
So that is interesting.
So I'll,
I'll tune into what I,
So intention,
Deep relaxation.
We'll see what that one is.
I'll tune in.
It'll come to me.
And then asking higher questions.
I think I probably meant to write moving energy because allowing ourselves to learn.
So we set the intention,
We relax the body.
We hold the energy in compassion.
Like we've talked about.
It's okay.
Non-judgment allows whatever is here to move through.
So we have to have that component and then asking higher questions,
Which has been everything for me,
Which is what I really want to focus on today is questions like you have to ask your brain better questions because most of us are saying,
What's wrong.
I'm not okay.
Questions like that,
As opposed to a question that I learned kind of a weird question of what is needed for me to let this go or what is needed here for me to move into something more helpful or more higher.
So we could have a financial situation,
A physical situation,
A relationship situation,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Something we've been stuck in forever.
Oh,
I can't find the right relationship.
Okay.
We're opening up to our mind.
What do I need here?
Maybe to see,
To know,
To let go of,
To move into,
To shift perspectives on.
That's going to help me move past this,
Integrate this.
So we're not looking for an answer.
We're just kind of contemplating it during the week and then allowing something to come in because I kept asking that question for a while.
I wouldn't get an answer.
So you're like,
Is this working?
And then one day,
Um,
With my intention of clarity and contemplating this,
The answer came to me from a internal place of scene.
And I was like,
Oh wow,
That's what I've been doing,
Which in that moment,
It was so obvious to me,
But I couldn't see it.
So my brain was primed to look at,
Oh God,
What's wrong with me?
What's wrong with me?
It wasn't primed to look at what's,
What's intelligent here.
What's right about this.
I'm not seeing,
What do I need to let this go?
And starting to ask ourselves those questions when we notice we're off the deep end,
There's love in everything.
There's intelligence in everything,
Even when we're hurting.
Right.
So I was hurting a lot of years because I grew up feeling not enough and the hurting could have looked like you're broken,
But what it was was when thoughts aren't in alignment with our truth,
They hurt.
So there was never anything wrong.
It was God not letting me run with scissors going out,
Out,
Out.
If you keep not believing in yourself,
If you keep thinking you're not enough,
It hurts.
It hurts.
We're trying to get your attention.
You're holding onto a hot pot.
Let go,
Let go,
Let go.
So there was never anything wrong with that situation.
And so if you're holding onto thoughts that aren't in alignment with your true nature,
It's going to hurt.
And so maybe we can ask that question,
You know,
What am I hurting,
Holding on to that hurts and it hurts because it's kind of alerting my attention to that type of thought hurts.
I hurt because,
Because valuing that type of thought hurts.
Maybe I can start to open my mind to what other types of thoughts can I value that feel safer?
And this isn't like,
Okay,
Now let me look at other types of thoughts.
We're opening,
It's like passive and then stuff comes to you.
Okay.
So let's meditate.
So there's new music I put in there for you.
Let's move through this list.
So funny.
Earlier when I was typing that I saw it come out all jobbly and I was like,
It's fine.
I'll remember what that is.
I don't,
I have no clue.
So take a deep breath.
Move into,
What I'm actually alluding to here is expansion,
Right?
So we stay in the reality that we know and it's natural for us to expand,
But we kind of got to learn,
Oh,
I expand by setting my mind in a different direction.
I want this experience and then I relax,
Move into something higher.
And then I ask higher questions and then I become more aware.
I evolve.
I let the energies move through me.
It's just a new way.
So let's all deeply slow down.
We're starving for,
Our bodies are starving for a slower feminine energy.
Close your eyes.
Gorgeous.
Let's just bring the breath down into the belly.
Nice slow,
Calming breaths.
Breathe the belly like a balloon.
Nice and slow and deep.
Breathe the belly like a balloon.
Sometimes we feel like this isn't enough,
But this is the doorway.
When we are relaxed,
We open to a higher level of frequency,
A higher level of awareness.
Doesn't mean our problems,
Our challenges just disappear,
But the solutions are at a higher frequency than the frequency of which the problem occurred.
So we have to move up,
Not forward.
It makes sense.
So I am behind my eyes and my eyes are relaxed.
Just do your best to slow down and soften the entire body as best as I can.
Sometimes when we relax,
We feel things more,
But that's good because then our awareness can go,
Oh,
This is the thing she's running from.
This is the thing that needs tending to.
My eyes,
They are soft.
I am in my body.
Just kind of use your awareness to notice that you're in your body.
And it's okay if things intensify.
That's not just you.
That's for all of us.
And I remember a teacher saying to me,
And it brought me great peace,
When things intensify,
It means the energy is moving.
Feel it.
It means it's moving.
It's moving because you're aware of it.
You're aware of this energy moving through you.
So the more you hold it in your loving awareness of it's okay and just let it move through,
It's okay.
Just keep breathing into the valley.
So normalize,
Push down our feelings,
And a client yesterday asked me about that.
She said,
I can tell they're all just kind of locked,
Even joy.
I have trouble letting them all move and express.
And that's what most feminine energy beings experience.
And so with the awakening on the planet,
We are beginning to allow ourselves first in the safety of these spaces.
And in our own space,
The ability to breathe and welcome and let it just be energy without a story.
Wow,
That's a really intense sensation,
We think,
But it's okay.
Breathing into the valley.
And you notice I'm connected to the ground under me.
My bottom is on a seat.
Gentle in and out breaths.
And behind my eyes and my body on the seat in my breath.
So we begin by setting an intention.
I invite you to set two,
So one for the meditation.
How do you want to feel at the end?
Go big.
You want to feel peace,
You want clarity,
You want a release of energy,
Relaxation.
What do you want for just this next 10 minutes of your life?
We hold it lightly.
Cool.
Wouldn't it be cool if I had this?
I want this.
Not to say we're controlling it and forcing it to come into reality,
But just saying I want that and letting the source that is the quantum field bring it in its own perfect divine timing.
Almost like we're in a big warehouse of all these possibilities.
Ooh,
I want to look out.
I don't even know how it will come and when it will come.
I might just hold the frequency of desire.
And then just kind of you can whisper it out loud,
You can say it in your mind,
I want this for the meditation.
And now we move into what do you want in your life?
It doesn't have to be a big thing.
I want a relationship that's beautiful and moving.
I want a really cool car.
I want my body to feel like it did when I was 10.
I want energy.
I want success.
What do you want?
Send that out.
Send it out like being in the vein of wouldn't it be cool if I had this thing?
Not forcing it,
Controlling it.
Just I do.
I want that.
That would be nice.
No.
Not that I have to have this given to me right now.
Looseness around it.
Send that out.
As we continue to move into deep relaxation,
Breath is so important.
Just this really slow deep belly breaths.
And even the energy of slowing down and getting present.
Just what we do,
The simplicity of I'm right here.
I can feel my body right here.
I'm in this moment.
And I don't have to like this moment,
But I'm aware that I'm in this moment.
Because when I'm aware and I allow myself to be here,
The solution to the expansion into the next moment can come to me.
I can love and conditionally love all parts.
It's a practice,
Not a practice.
We just kind of hold our space in.
It's okay.
Hold ourselves in the space.
It's okay.
Whatever you feel,
It's okay.
And I breathe into whatever's here.
Continuing to just notice that my body is connected under me.
And I maintain a really slow deep breath.
And I let my body relax.
I don't have to force relaxation.
I let relaxation dawn on me.
It's almost like in every single one of these meditations,
We're just getting the soil ready.
Not forcing the plants to grow or holding the sun above the plant's head.
It's like,
I'm just going to make the soil really nice,
Really beautiful,
And sit in the space of trust and faith.
Not scary faith,
But faith knowing that when I plant a seed in the water and give it proper sun,
It grows.
Softening and relaxing as we begin to ask higher questions.
The brain can answer us.
When we ask higher questions,
It might not be used to answering us this space.
We have patience.
We also realize the answer might not come right now.
It will come today,
Tomorrow,
Next week.
Sometimes it comes right away.
Just listen deeper than the brain.
It's a new way of being.
Breathing,
Softening,
Slowing down.
And whatever it is that we want,
Whatever it is that we feel is a little sticky between us and what we want,
Just noticing it.
I want you just to ask your higher brain.
It's nothing weird and out there.
Part of your brain that has the intelligence of the present moment,
We just ask it.
Okay,
Well,
Brain,
Higher consciousness,
Clarity.
What do I need in this situation to resolve this?
The answer could be on any level,
About anything.
We're letting go of expectations.
We're letting go of the known.
We're also knowing that our higher mind never comes to us with scary things.
That it's safe to trust this part,
That this part is gentle and custom tailored and benevolent.
Sometimes we project uncomfortable caretakers onto really peaceful,
Intelligent parts of ourselves so we don't even want to hear it because we think it'll let us down or we can't trust it.
But in my case,
That hasn't been true.
So just relax and soften.
Just opening our mind,
Breathing into the belly and pondering.
This thing,
We don't even need to know what it is.
This thing between me and my desired attention.
What do I need to know?
What do I need here?
Just holding this question in your awareness in order to resolve this and bring about my desire.
And maybe,
Green,
You can even tell me what is right about this stickiness or pain or challenge that I'm not seeing like what Jamie shared before.
Maybe there's wisdom here that I can't see because I'm so focused down on the physical.
What if I expand my awareness and ask what's okay about this?
What's actually weirdly safe about this,
Helpful about this?
Again,
No need to fill in the blank,
Asking and opening the mind will come and it does like kind of like a butterfly flying around.
Leave your hand out and maybe it'll land there.
Just enjoying the day feeling.
What's right about this I cannot see because of what the world has taught me.
Remind me from my own truth,
From my own knowing.
Let me trust my inner direction.
Just breathe into those two questions almost like you just set a little air balloon free and it's going up and out.
Breathing into the belly,
Relaxing the body,
Just creating that soil.
Don't need to force the sun or the water,
Just let it rain,
Let it shine.
We're just breathing and relaxing and letting go a little bit.
We've done our job.
I'm behind my eyes,
I'm in my body.
I'm in my breath and I'm softening and playing with what I want.
I'm opening my mind to the intelligence of my higher brain.
When I get my answer I'm going to smile inside and acknowledge,
Oh,
How this does work so that I begin to trust this facility within me.
One more deep breath in,
Nice and present,
Starting to slowly come back to your surrounding,
Starting to stretch all the shoulders and ribbons.
Open your eyes whenever you're ready.
