We all have difference desires for our bodies. Whether we'd like to be more fit, vital, healthier or self confident in our skin, the remedy is the same. Self love. We will use the energy of self love to affect the cells of our bodies in a positive way so that our external environment will follow suit. We'll find ourselves having new insights and clarity or new easy inspired action steps to take, that we may have never thought to do in regards to our bodies before. Enjoy

And let's just call all of our energy back to our body as always.

We can even say that as a phrase in our head,

We can imagine it,

Intending to slow down and allow in some spaciousness here,

Rainy,

Cozy spaciousness,

Room to hear yourself.

So let that breath even and slow down on the exhale,

Expand that belly,

Long exhale,

Let the shoulders start to relax.

If you're sitting and it feels good to add in a little sway to let that body start to slow down,

You can do that as always,

See what feels good to you.

We're just becoming a bit more present and just letting go of where we were and where we're going and slowing our speed to our own unique clock.

I honor my own speed,

But if it's possible,

I can be fully functioning at my own speed,

Whatever that speed is in the moment,

And we give it permission to adjust,

Good.

I am behind my eyes and my eyes are soft and I am anchoring into my body.

And if it's possible,

My body is a safe place to be.

I was just taught otherwise.

Just breathe and feel into these possibilities,

They open our mind,

That's all.

We are in a quantum field of unlimited possibilities,

These vibrating atoms,

And sometimes we only see the habits or the lens of the habits,

But if we kind of know,

Maybe I'm not seeing it because my brain is trying to keep me safe,

But wow,

It exists.

Infinite possibility exists,

So could I maybe just be 1% open to it,

That's all.

That maybe my body loves me and I didn't know.

And that may look like tiredness,

Symptoms,

It may look like biology or chemistry moving a certain way,

Looks structural,

It may look like,

Well,

My body is rejecting me,

Jamie.

What if it's possible,

It's just a compass back home,

A loving compass back home.

And it's just listening to your program thoughts and following,

Obediently.

Because it loves you.

Just what if,

Trying this on for size,

You don't have to believe it,

But that would be nice because this feels yummy,

Right?

Good,

I'm behind my eyes,

I'm in my body,

I'm right here with this group,

I don't have to pay attention to the time right now,

And I'm letting my shoulders relax a little bit more.

As if I grew up in a family that spoke French,

But I spoke Spanish.

It would be very confusing.

And same with the body,

Maybe it's just speaking a language we aren't attuned to.

Maybe it's just telling us,

Slow down or stop people-pleasing or put your feet on the grass,

Kid.

So over time,

We learn to interpret its messages.

We don't even need to know what it's trying to tell us right now,

We're just opening to what if this thing has got my back,

And I can rest in it a little more relaxed.

Aware of your body's connection under you,

Softening into the seat.

Let the seat hold the body,

See if you can let go of holding the body.

That can sound kind of weird,

And can you let,

Just for this time together,

The seat hold your body?

Good,

So I'm going to guide us into phrases of self-love that hold a certain frequency,

Vibration,

Energy.

We are in an electromagnetic field,

Our body is,

And so these phrases hold that same electromagnetic energy.

And when we marinate in them,

Feel them,

Send them towards our self,

It shifts the body.

If emotions arise,

Let them,

If they don't,

That's fine.

So we're going to create this new general relationship with our body right now as we turn towards it as a whole.

There's no right or wrong way to do this.

Maybe you see your body in your mind's eye,

Or you're thinking about your body,

Or you're sensing it,

Or your attention just goes to your heart.

We say,

Body,

I am here,

And I care.

I'm sorry I have misunderstood your language.

I'm sorry they misunderstood you,

Body.

I'm sorry that trying to understand you is incredibly confusing.

I'm sorry I tried to make you do things you don't want to do sometimes because I am afraid.

Thank you for your resilience,

And honesty,

And love.

It is okay for you to be as you are.

As beyond my mind's opinions,

There is perhaps a perfect intelligent unfolding to life.

I can see this at play in nature.

Maybe I can soften around this just a little.

Body,

I'm sorry you hurt sometimes.

I'm sorry no one has been able to meet you at the depth of your truth,

Body.

I'd like us to be healthy,

To be fit,

To feel good,

To be consistent.

Show me how,

Body.

I'm willing to slow down in pockets such as these and listen.

As perhaps your wisdom for me isn't scary.

Maybe it's just the fear that sounds scary.

I'm sorry I didn't know that it is in your nature,

Body,

To move me back to health and balance always.

I'm sorry I tried to make us become fit when sometimes we don't feel like it and think we should.

It's possible you know when to rest and when to move.

It's possible I can begin to trust that or at least try.

Thank you,

Body,

For all the good that you have done for me.

Thank you for always attempting to move me into the next level of my expansion into love and not letting me settle for my mind's opinions of you.

Because when I do it hurts.

To remind me to not believe that about you.

I'm open to loving you as you are.

Knowing that as you are is here of innocence.

Please forgive me for not knowing.

I want you just to take this minute here to as if your body was a young child and just needed to hear something from you that would offer it some relief,

That would offer it peace.

What does your body need to hear from you to feel better right now?

You could think you're making this up.

It could be like I won't pressure you to do anything you don't want to do.

It could be I'm sorry.

It could be I love you.

It could be when you want to color,

We'll go color.

It could be anything.

I'm going to let you just whisper this in your own mind of what would bring your body relief if it heard what from you right now.

Just trying it on for size.

Good.

And just notice how you feel from where you were before to where you are now.

I know some of those phrases can be challenging to say if we aren't used to speaking to ourselves like that.

But over time,

This gets wired into our mind and self-love becomes our go-to.

And just notice what new clarity,

What new ideas around your body,

Around fitness,

Around health come in.

When we start to be kind to the area of our life within which we would like more love,

More clarity comes.

Sometimes the clarity is like,

I'm already doing enough.

Or it's like,

Oh,

I could do this little thing.

So just breathing,

Stretching,

Coming back.

Behind my eyes,

I'm in my body,

My body's on the seat.

Deep breath,

Stretch,

Wiggle.
