Welcome to this activating self-compassion,

Self-love,

Self-worth,

And self-honoring activation and meditation.

And as we begin to download the wisdom around this topic,

I'm going to invite you to just to begin to regulate your nervous system with me.

Letting go of where you were.

Letting go of where you are going.

And allowing yourself to be fully present here with me.

Allowing that spaciousness that's here to spread and permeate your being.

This is the I am-ness of us.

The quiet between the words.

And this space is a balm,

A healing balm for our soul.

Just allowing more of this and less of that.

Just noticing what this space does to your breathing.

What this space does to your muscles.

Without needing to overthink it,

Just letting yourself become immersed in this I am presence.

And my intention for you is to just be a channel for you today.

Yes,

We call this meditation.

But I intend to be a channel of whatever it is you need to know,

Perceive,

Hear,

Remember about self-love and its cousins.

Tuning in to your own heart and letting the breath gently move in and out of this space like a cool river.

Trickling,

Cooling,

Gentle.

What is my intention?

What is the focus of my consciousness for today?

Holding this sacred truth in your heart as we work what some would call backwards.

And just take a moment to stir,

To conjure up self-love,

Compassion,

Worth,

Honoring.

Because from that end point,

The solution,

The resolution,

The alignment,

The miracle will occur.

And I want you now,

As we let this presence permeate your being,

To ask your subconscious mind one moment in time.

You felt love or compassion and or worthy,

Enough,

Deserving,

Generous,

Honoring towards yourself.

Subconscious mind,

Show me a moment in time where I felt any one of these things or a combination.

And let's just take a quiet moment to notice what arises in your mind.

And now we're going to use this moment to bless our body with this energy.

So using this memory of this moment,

Allow the images to arise in your conscious awareness connected to this.

Just have a look around,

See what you see.

When you feel this way,

When you felt this way,

What was that moment in time?

Look around in your mind.

What's here?

And next,

Let's notice the feeling associated with this image.

Let this be easy.

What's here?

Noticing now what thought is here associated with this feeling and image of this memory where you felt one of these loving qualities towards self.

And lastly,

As you are stirring in this soup,

What positive sensation is occurring in the body?

What do you feel?

What do you notice?

What texture?

What quality is here?

Turning the volume up on this.

This is our power.

This is the feminine.

This is creating a desired feeling state.

And then,

Which is what we'll do now,

Asking ourselves,

Just a very quiet mind,

Very quiet mind,

No attachment to the answer we receive or not.

We're stirred in this feeling,

In this sensation,

In this experience of self-love.

And we ask,

What did I do to get here?

This is the end point we've created using a memory of the past.

And we're asking almost our higher self,

Our intelligent mind,

What did I do to get to this feeling every day?

We're from the feeling and we're asking this end result.

Hey,

How did I experience this on the daily?

And I want you just to breathe with me and we don't need an answer now,

But maybe we get one.

And see what arises.

We're stirring in that feeling.

Hey body,

Hey mind,

Hey spirit.

What did we do to end up in this feeling,

In this set point?

How did we get here?

Good.

And just asking your mind to remember any pertinent information.

As we now activate a remembrance of the truth.

So just breathing and softening,

Letting this I am spacious presence permeate your being.

A container within which you can be held anew.

Letting my voice reverberate in your cells.

Beyond the mind,

I am compassion.

I am self-compassion.

I am love.

I am self-love.

I am worthiness.

I am deservedness.

I am value.

I am honored.

I am self-honored.

Any and all places in my consciousness,

Known or unknown,

That does not remember or believe these truths,

I cancel,

Clear,

Delete,

And heal now.

Just repeating a little yes in your mind.

I surrender any and all beliefs,

Energies,

Thoughts,

And the like to my source,

Higher self,

Holy Spirit,

To heal any of these blocks to the truth around self-compassion and self-love and the like.

May these patterns be illuminated within me with the gentlest of ease because I choose to heal now.

I choose love now.

This is devotion.

Devotion chooses new and then tends to that which arises between the new choice and the current reality.

I activate the courage required to embody this high frequency of my truth.

And so as we surrender,

We don't even need to know at the moment these patterns.

They will be revealed gently as we move through our days.

As I begin to take you a little deeper into a self-love bath,

Studies have shown us that in a classroom with two apples,

The kids spoke to one of the apples unkindly,

And one of the apples kindly with love and honor and respect.

The one apple rotted and the other thrived.

This is the power of our conscious mind-body connection.

We don't need to be afraid of the old patterns.

As they arise,

We can tend to them with the same self-love bath I'm going to guide you through.

If you notice inner criticism or inner judgment,

We just bring a word or a phrase you may connect with to it.

There,

There.

It's okay.

Whatever it may be.

And in the light of your love and your awareness,

This will begin to dissolve,

And the truth of who you are will become apparent and take up the space of you.

I am already here.

I am whole and complete.

I am expanding into my wholeness and completeness and remembering who I am.

And self-love is a high-frequency energy that my cells listen to.

My finances,

Opportunities,

Friendships,

Physical healing,

All respond to my conscious choice to add in the energy medicine of love.

So,

You are the apple right now.

And you're letting yourself become even more cozy,

Immersing yourself in what the happy apple felt,

Knowing that as we do this,

This is powerful medicine to shift mind-body-spirit,

And then watch the world of form begin to reflect back this truth,

Feeling the spaciousness of this I am presence here for you.

Today,

We are going to use these phrases in a broad sense,

But if certain things arise in your mind that you would like to apply them to while we're doing this,

You can do that as well.

This work is perfectly generalized or specific.

You can just let it flow as your spirit guides.

I unconditionally love you.

My love for you is not based on conditions.

It is here,

Ever-present,

Infinite for you.

And within that,

There is healthy awareness that teaches me how to grow,

Acknowledge my lessons or behavior that may have been birthed away from my connection to love.

But within my humanity,

I unconditionally love you.

You can even imagine you're speaking to little you,

Or all little yous,

Or present-day you,

Or present-day you and little yous.

It's okay to feel how you feel.

It's okay this is here.

How you are right now is okay.

However you did today is just fine.

Whoever you were today was just fine.

You are always trying your best.

What is here inside of you is not your fault.

It is here of innocence.

It is unconscious.

It is rising to the light of your conscious awareness for you to choose something new.

For you to tend to.

For you to alchemize.

All of you is welcome here.

You belong with me.

I am connected to me.

There,

There.

How you feel makes sense.

What you are experiencing makes sense.

Anyone in your shoes with your past would feel how you feel too.

I see your experience.

I see your pain.

I see your light.

I am with you in your experience.

I am here.

I am not leaving.

I feel you in your experience.

It is okay to be who you are.

You are not doing anything wrong.

And if there is something you wish to correct within,

A human innocent mistake,

Then we can look at how we can grow and learn from it within.

You are pure.

You are divine.

You are worthy of love,

Abundance,

Joy.

All good things.

Just because you exist.

You needn't prove it,

Earn it,

Hustle for it,

Impress.

You simply are you.

And magnetize to you your authentic truth.

And take inspired,

Aligned action from there.

You are unconditionally deserving.

I respect you.

I honor you.

I am willing to learn to listen to you.

To get to know who you are.

Where your limits are.

Where your passions and joys are.

And what your needs may be.

I am so sorry I was gone.

And this has been hard.

And you have felt lost.

I am so sorry someone wasn't there to mirror to you these qualities within.

I am so sorry it's taken so long.

I see your tender heart.

And every feeling,

Heavy or light,

Is welcome to move through.

I will not withhold my love from you.

And I want you just to take a few quiet minutes here on your own.

Was there a phrase that felt really resonant or life-giving or relieving?

Just sit with that.

Breathe into that.

Let your body receive that medicine.

Letting that spacious I am presence relax the mind and the body.

And letting the work that you did go.

Trusting that the cells are vibrating anew.

And lastly,

We are going to bring our brain on board with this new version of you.

Who is learning these qualities towards self.

So that it can become comfortable in the remembrance of this truth.

And we are going to call in the Ascended Master Kuan Yin.

Who is a teacher of self-compassion.

And we are going to ask her energy through Source,

Through Love,

Through Light,

To bless this meditation,

To bless this space.

That you may know and feel and remember this quality easily,

Effortlessly.

Just a reawakening and a ripple effect of goodness to follow.

And so I want you to see yourself in the future,

But in a no time,

No space,

Parallel universe.

It's now.

And we are going to use our imagination as our brain doesn't know the difference.

To see yourself.

So maybe you are standing at the water's edge at a beach or a pond.

Or you are on a deck or a patio that is comfortable.

And I want you to either embody this version or see yourself as this version.

Whichever is easier for you.

So you are kind of either looking at her or as her.

And I want you just to imagine that she is filled with self-compassion.

All the phrases we programmed are second nature to her.

How does she look?

How does she stand?

How does she carry herself in this image,

This picture?

Maybe she is breathing deeper and her forehead is relaxed.

Maybe there is a radiance to her skin.

She can feel her feet on the ground.

There is a peace in her.

I want you just to play here for a few minutes.

She has got compassion and love in her and worth and deservedness.

And she honors herself.

And she is generous to herself.

What does she look like?

How does she speak?

How does she stand?

And let her sit at the water's edge or with her feet in the pond or on the deck.

Whatever it is for you.

As this version.

See it.

Feel it.

Notice the thoughts.

Notice the sensations in the body.

Just let yourself lastly marinate in this future you.

So our brain knows we can receive this now.

And as you let this I am presence permeate your space.

Knowing that while we went deeper today into many facets of self love.

You can also find one practice.

Mantras to activate truth.

Prayers to source to support us to see our patterns.

A self love bath.

To assist our body,

Spirit,

Mind in thriving like the apple.

Or using our imagination to activate this future version.

Who has this now.

So that the brain becomes comfortable.

That this is normal.

That this is you.

And that you radiate this as a gift to others.

You are different now than when you entered this space here.

So letting this I am presence.

Integrate.

Settle.

Transform.

I release anything I no longer wish to carry after this meditation.

And I come back home to me.

My soul connected to my body.

My body connected to my soul.

I am connected to source and my higher self.

And I am grounded into the earth.

And I want you just to sit here.

We have about three minutes left.

Just let it settle.

Let it integrate.

And then after that when you are ready.

Just slowly bring yourself back into the room.
