Beautiful.

So welcome to this meditation and activation on activating expansion,

Growth,

And possibilities.

I'm going to invite you to begin to settle in and relax as I download the wisdom around this topic.

So let's just begin by allowing you to find a quiet,

Comfortable space.

It's just us.

And you're giving yourself full permission to turn your phone upside down,

Quiet notifications,

And just be in your own inner sanctuary.

And if you're seated,

You can just allow yourself to do some light swaying or rocking as this begins to settle and calm the nervous system.

And if you're laying down,

Maybe you can just do a little gentle pointing and flexing of the toes as lazy as possible and just wiggle them around,

Bringing us here and now.

And as we settle in,

I'm going to invite you to deepen your breath,

Just letting the breath really gently,

No strain,

Move down into the belly,

Up into the chest,

And long,

Slow exhale.

I just want you to breathe a little bit deeper and a little bit slower,

Allowing the exhale to be longer than the inhale.

This allows our nervous system to get the signal that we are okay right now,

To turn our brains off and recalibrate and rest.

Just breathing in,

Nice and slow,

Nice and deep exhale.

And if it feels good to you,

You can always add in the ujjayi breath,

The breath in yoga where we make a gentle,

Comfortable muscle movement in the throat that sounds like the ocean,

Deeply starts to relax us so we breathe into the belly and slowly exhale like the ocean.

Good,

Just doing a couple of those.

And if it also feels good,

You can take your hands,

Depending on your hairstyle for the day,

Just gently cupping your hands over your forehead and brushing them back,

Kind of like you're putting a headband on almost.

Brushing them back over the forehead,

Over the top of the head,

Right to the center and then letting your hands slowly drag down over your ears,

It makes a beautiful sound like you're a kid and you've just dunked your head into the ocean and it's peaceful and warm and calm.

So we'll just make a couple of these gentle movements with our hands where we just kind of like throw over the eyes and you just brush it back over the top of the head halfway and then down over the ears.

And after about three or four of those,

Nice and slow,

Just find a nice resting place for your hands.

Just bringing our body into a bit of deeper rest.

Breathing into the belly,

Long,

Slow exhale.

Just getting really cozy at this point.

And I'm going to invite you now to soften your body even 1% more.

We don't have to make any experience we're having go away.

We can invite the totality of all of us here,

All parts,

All feelings,

All experiences.

And at the same time,

We can invite in a bit more peace,

A bit more love,

A bit more expansion.

So we don't have to make anything go away.

We're just adding in.

Breathe and soften,

Always coming back to that.

Good.

And if this feels good,

You can take your hands and you can cross them over your chest and tuck them under your armpits.

This is called a ventral hug.

And what this does is it signals the pressure on the chest,

Signals safety,

Calm,

Peace,

Security.

And if that position feels good,

You know,

We do it gently.

You can rest there or you can just let your hands find a comfortable resting place.

So now that you're in this relaxed space,

Let's activate the wisdom within you for expansion,

Growth and possibilities.

So we'll simply begin always with an intention as our intentions are powerful.

And perhaps your intention is the theme of today's meditation,

Or perhaps it's that and something else that you are desiring.

So we just quietly in our mind,

We're whispering aloud,

I intend gentle,

Easy soul expansion.

Gentle,

Easy growth that brings great joy.

I intend to open to infinite possibilities here in this space.

So that I may experience a part of my soul that is stunningly beautiful.

I may not know yet.

Placing your intention and your prayer out.

As we next invite ourselves to connect to our higher self,

Our soul.

You're simply going to intend,

I connect my soul to my body and my body to my soul.

And I intend to connect my body to source.

And to my higher self.

So that I can hear what I need to hear today.

All in light,

All in love,

All in ease.

Just breathing and softening.

I ground my body down into the earth.

Just notice a grounding cord.

Sometimes I see jungle vines.

They're sturdy but flexible.

Just move as an extension of your spine down through your bed or your chair through the floor into the earth.

Wiggling,

Moving,

Securing down below,

Holding you here.

And as we breathe and soften,

This wouldn't be a possibilities activation and meditation without an intention for miracles.

And so we pray in your heart with my words or repeating out loud after me.

I open to the miracles that are available for me.

I know the way my reality looks.

And it is valid given my past.

It makes sense,

Of course.

And I tend to it as I need.

And at the same time,

I open to the unseen world of light and truth and miracles and love and divinity.

A crack of light to enter through the doorway of my consciousness.

To do this,

I give myself permission to not need to understand on an intellectual sense.

But to open to something higher,

An inner truth,

A shift in perspective,

A knowing and insight.

Just breathe and soften.

Let my words land.

I give myself permission to let it not make sense.

I give myself permission to go as slowly as I need.

I give myself permission.

Permission to let go of the identity I have carried to keep myself safe.

While I thank it with my whole heart,

I also open to the truth of who I am.

My own signature blueprint.

May I remember it and know it and call it forth and align with it now.

I ask Source for the remembrance of this in my DNA instantaneously.

So that I can live from my inner landscape of me.

A unique individuation of the divine.

Good.

Breathe and soften.

Allowing all parts to be present.

Beautiful.

Into the belly.

Long slow release.

Expansion is innate.

Expansion is your birthright.

Expansion is natural.

I remember once hearing someone say,

Change isn't scary.

It's creation.

And my goodness,

That shifted so much for me.

It's just new manifestations,

Birthing.

It's all changes.

And so,

Perhaps we can try on something light in this meditation.

Around expansion.

Expansion is just the creation.

An up-leveling of my soul.

It's natural and normal and part of all life.

I chose to move and expand and see and know and learn.

Infinitely so.

Growing is the nature of all things.

And what if it can be good?

Easy.

As we heal and choose it to be so.

Possibilities are also your birthright.

You are infinite possibilities.

Atoms,

Particles vibrating in a quantum field of oneness.

While we live in a habitual reality based on our thoughts and beliefs in the world of form.

It's so beautiful and hopeful to know.

That we are an invisible force field.

That when tuned to different frequencies and thoughts and beliefs.

And when releasing certain energies.

We connect into a grid of infinite possibilities.

I am infinite possibilities.

I am creation.

I am expansion.

And there's nothing scary about me.

It's okay to be that powerful and know that this is who I am.

And just allowing yourself to take this in.

Let it land in yourselves and breathe into the belly.

Letting the exhale soften.

And as we settle in a little bit deeper.

I'm going to assist you now in playing with this alchemy.

This releasing of old energy and coming into infinite possibility yourself.

And so I want you to just bring to heart now.

It could be a simple thing such as I'd like to experience more peace.

Or adopt an animal.

Or feel safer.

It could be anything.

And it's okay if we don't even believe it's possible.

That's the purpose of today.

Good.

And I want you just to with compassion and neutrality and love.

This thing we want to create it could be anything.

We've never even needed to experience it before.

What are the thoughts or the sensations or the emotions that may be arising.

Between you and it.

For example,

We might immediately think that's not possible for me.

Here's all the reasons why.

I'm not worthy of that.

I will make people jealous.

I can't have that.

Sadness may arise.

It could be anything.

We're just noticing it.

Gathering some information.

And we're going to just whatever we gathered.

Going to lovingly observe it for a moment.

So for example,

If we notice there was a experience of maybe doubt.

That's not possible for me.

I'm going to have you quietly in your mind.

Repeat after me.

I'm noticing.

I'm thinking the thought that.

And if it's a feeling or a sensation you can fill in that word instead of thought.

I'm noticing.

I'm thinking the thought that.

This isn't possible for me.

Whatever your thought is,

I'm going to be quiet and let you fill in the blank.

And we're going to say this three times.

This gives us a little bit of space from our habit and pattern.

I'm noticing.

I'm thinking the thought that.

I'm noticing.

I'm thinking the thought that.

I'm noticing.

I'm thinking the thought that.

And just notice how you feel.

You might feel a little softer.

Your body may have taken a deep breath.

This just stops the flow of that really strong direction the energy was moving in.

It just slows it down.

Because we're allowing ourselves to see it and not be it.

Good.

So now that we have a little bit of space from our brain's reasoning why we can't have it.

I want you just to use a little compassion right now.

And say,

Okay brain,

Thank you for that protection.

That is valid and makes sense and I appreciate you.

And I will continue to tend to you.

And we'll talk.

And I'm going to use the power of my mind-body system for us.

To retrain my brain around a new possibility.

So I hear you.

And over here we're just going to also paint a new picture.

We're going to let this little one who has the objections just receive a bit of our compassion.

As we say,

I'm so sorry that this has been your experience.

I'm so sorry.

I see you.

And I love you and you are always doing the best that you can.

So we're inviting him or her here.

We're letting that part be here.

We're allowing ourselves to just turn the volume down just a little bit.

As that isn't our primary focus.

Valid,

It's welcome,

It's loved.

And not our primary focus.

So just allow yourself to take another deep breath.

And soften your body.

Settling a little deeper within.

And now we're just going to allow ourselves to bring to mind our desire.

Something we'd like to create,

This new possibility.

A little more space to be an artist now.

And so I'm going to invite you into an amazing body-based,

Mind-based practice.

To rewire your brain around this new possibility.

It can take time and repetition.

Our brain will say,

No,

That's never going to happen.

And we say,

I hear you,

But we're just going to keep painting.

And we'll see.

We'll see.

So really feel yourself opening your awareness to letting this part that's had a hard experience be here.

And this part that wants to paint be here.

And so I'm going to have us use our imagination for a moment.

As our brain doesn't know the difference between what is actually happening now and not.

So as we're filled with golden light,

Connected to source,

Connected to our higher self,

Grounded into the earth,

Breathing and softening.

We begin to bring to mind as if we are experiencing it right now.

This new possibility,

This new desire.

And if it was an emotion,

Maybe we kind of have an image to it.

If it was peace,

We might see ourselves relaxing in a beach with no one around.

Or in a jungle,

Whatever feels comfortable and good to us.

Could be a balcony with a cup of tea.

We just transport ourselves to,

If it was a scene in a movie of our life,

What does that look like?

Using our imagination to bring it to life.

The colors,

The textures,

Just what do you see here?

As if you're directing the show.

This is creating new neural grooves in your mind and your brain.

Allowing us to unstick from the old and create new patterns.

Our brain sees proof of what it believes.

And one way we open up to infinite possibilities is to know they exist for us.

And then to paint a new picture over and over in our mind so our nervous system gets used to our desired reality.

We can expand,

We can grow,

We aren't stuck with this practice.

So what do you see?

Colors,

Textures,

Words,

Maybe there's a coffee cup you pick up and it says something on it and you smile.

It doesn't have to be perfect,

It usually can be very subtle and blurry and feel far away and that's all very normal.

Good,

And I just want you to notice in this image of your desire,

Possibility,

What do you feel here?

Bringing all of our senses to life.

Do you feel peace,

Relief,

Okay,

Enough,

Joy?

It's kind of almost like you're noticing what's here,

You don't really have to effort.

Like,

Oh wow,

When I see these images,

I feel this.

Just bring it into your mind's awareness and let it expand.

And noticing what thought or thoughts are here.

Sometimes it's a sound,

A thought that's a sound like,

Ah,

This is nice.

And then I want you to use your hands in your imagination to touch something.

So for example,

That coffee mug or maybe you're sitting on the earth and you feel the grass between your fingertips or there's a cat or a dog nearby and you scratch them.

It doesn't matter if we've ever had this possibility in 3D life.

Or just,

Again,

Being this artist and saying,

Wow,

Let's see what option,

What possibility I can program into my brain.

Use your hands.

This is a secret in manifestation.

Touch.

Call it a portal to rapid manifestation.

Beautiful.

And then lastly,

We're going to really ground this into your nervous system.

When we bathe in this,

These images,

Textures,

Touch,

Thoughts and feelings of our desired reality.

We notice,

What is the positive sensation that is occurring in my body right now?

So it might even just be one or two percent out of a hundred.

We want to let your brain focus on what just shifted that feels good.

So common ones are,

Oh,

Something is like a muscles relaxing or my breath is slower.

Or for me,

I feel tingling in my heart space or warmth in my heart space.

Or like a nice,

Sometimes there's like a nice pressure,

You know,

Joy can feel like a gentle pressure in your chest.

So just let your mind pay attention and clock and notice what positive sensation,

Even if it's a little bit,

Just kind of trickled up here in my body while I was doing this.

You don't have to do anything effortful.

Just notice it and breathe.

And I like to just let this image be wrapped in a golden ball of light.

I kind of shrink it down and put it in a sun.

And just send it up to your source,

Send it up and out with the intention,

This or something better.

I release attachment to when or how.

We're getting our mind and body familiar with anything that could come into your reality that has these feelings or these qualities.

And I want you just to end this part of the meditation with this is just normal to me.

Kind of say that in your mind and you will hold that energy of this is no big deal.

This is normal to me.

The more we take our desires off of a pedestal and just be like,

Oh,

It's normal to have that.

And our mind begins to allow it in.

Good.

So just let that go and let's rebalance with a couple deep breaths into that belly.

Nice and gentle.

A little deeper,

A little slower,

Long,

Slow exhale.

Connected to source,

Choosing our intention,

Our power connected to the earth.

Connected to my inner wisdom.

My higher self.

I allow myself to expand at the rate that feels comfortable to me.

I grow safely and with ease.

I forgive myself if at all I have ever chosen to live.

Learning from hard things.

And I give myself permission as I move forward as a creator to choose to learn through inspiration.

I have always been a wizard,

An alchemist.

I just didn't know how to use the wand of my mind,

My intention,

My body,

My healing powers.

The wand of the knowledge of the truth of who I am as a human,

What that means.

Deep breath in,

Long,

Slow exhale.

I am expansion.

I am growth.

I am creation.

I am infinite possibilities amidst a quantum field.

I am energy first and then physical.

And when I align my energy as I'm doing now,

My physical can change.

I am worthy of all possibilities.

It is okay for things to be new.

I am new.

I take myself with me where I go.

And I go at my own pace.

Breathing into the belly,

Long,

Slow exhale.

And I'm going to guide you in two more little practices as we find our way toward the end of this expansive meditation.

A way that we can allow new into our life is by focusing on what we want.

Again,

We contend to the one in us in pain,

And we'll do that in other experiences together through self-love.

But it's also important to create new and keep our mind focused on what we do want.

So if we ever catch ourselves,

You know,

Saying what we don't want,

We let that be valid.

We say,

Yeah,

That's my experience now,

And I would want this.

And so I'm going to,

As you breathe and soften and just enjoy this vibration-raising exercise,

I want you to open your mind to infinite possibilities.

You are connected to Source.

You are infinite possibilities.

And maybe you can notice some of the things that have manifested you don't want and just say the opposite.

I'm going to give you a few minutes just to keep over and over in a very soft,

Gentle,

Nourishing way.

I want to have a beautiful trip.

I want to have a place to put my feet on the earth every day.

I want safety,

And I want love,

And I want healing,

And I want rest,

And I want my dream home,

And whatever it is.

So in your mind,

Let that mind open.

Let that heart open.

This is just going to move you up,

Up,

Up,

And allow your brain to be programmed to receiving the solutions of our desires.

I'm just going to give you a few minutes here.

I want.

Good.

And just notice how that simple few minutes of that practice makes you feel.

When we feel good,

We attune to our higher mind,

Our creative brain that allows us to see solution and creativity where we may not have before.

And we can still be human in our daily life.

If we notice we're talking about something we don't,

We can hold that in love and say,

Of course,

And I would like it this way.

And lastly,

We're going to boost your expansion by tuning you into your heart,

Which is the energy space of love.

When we're connected into our heart,

It informs our brain and literally opens our mind to things we couldn't see.

And so this whole purpose of this is to relax you,

To make you feel safe being in your truth and to align you and expand you into this frequency.

So you can keep your hands where they are,

Or you can place your hands on your heart space in the center of your chest.

And we're going to do what is called a heart breath.

This is something they teach in heart math,

Which is the science of the heart and its healing powers.

And so I'm just going to have you breathe in and do the amount that feels good to you.

You could do three,

Four or five,

Six breaths.

I'm going to do five.

We're just going to do an even count in and an even count out.

And these aren't deep or long or slow.

This is a gentle,

Easy breath in,

Gentle,

Easy breath out.

It's like one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Just breathing in and out of the heart space.

Five and five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

I'm just going to have you do a few even in and out breaths through the heart,

Really amplifying you.

Staying relaxed.

We're almost there.

And as you continue to breathe in this way,

In your mind,

I want you just to tell me some things that you love.

They don't have to make any sense.

No one can hear you.

This could be like,

I love lions and African safari and Disney movies.

I love almond milk.

I love honey.

I love flowers on clothes.

This will open your heart,

Raise your frequency,

Send new information to your brain and open you to expansion and possibility.

So just gently on your own,

Breathing in and out of the heart,

Listing some things in your mind or whispering aloud.

I love,

I love,

I love.

It could be TV characters,

TV shows.

Good.

And just noticing how you feel.

Noticing how you feel,

Knowing you can come back to any of these simple practices to expand you.

To add in possibility.

Going at your own pace.

And being patient and consistent as it can take some time for our mind and body to catch up.

But remembering the truth of who you are.

Powerful,

Expansive,

Life in motion.

Infinite possibilities,

Growth.

Worthy,

Allowed.

Little bit at a time.

As we return to the room we're in together,

I'm just going to invite you to deepen that breath into the belly.

Allowing a few cleansing inhales and exhales in to be received.

And as you do that,

Just becoming aware that you are connected under you.

Really feel your body seated on something.

I like to start swaying a little bit gently or rocking.

Or maybe rocking your hips or shoulders just to bring a little gentle movement.

Maybe the toes pointing and flexing.

And really becoming aware of some sounds around you.

Can you attune to what you hear?

This brings us back into the present.

A little movement,

A little breath,

A little sound.

Remembering you can come back to this space anytime you need.

And opening your eyes to the room whenever you're ready.
