Wow,
I'm so excited to share with you what I am seeing and support you and what you're unfolding into today.
So slowing down and spaciousness,
Two qualities that we could talk about every day and every week that would bear so much fruit for us.
We have to slow down and allow for spaciousness,
Present moment,
In order to hear divine wisdom that leads us towards inspiration or joy or desire.
I don't know how this happened to me today or what seed that I planted finally bared its fruit,
Wore its fruit,
Is that a word?
I don't know.
I have been,
When I work,
I have a very full life.
I've got all these,
I know a lot of you can relate to this,
I got all these emails,
All this different stuff,
Different things coming from different directions.
And I didn't realize until this morning the extent at which I was still moving fast through all of that.
I get this email,
Got to do this thing.
And this morning I woke up and this is what I want to invite you into today.
Even if you think it's impossible,
Even if you don't know that reality,
Because I was like,
This is impossible.
I haven't seen this.
And I thought,
You know what?
It's a Monday.
Mondays are my fullest days.
And I'm going to choose peace today.
It was like 1% of me was like,
I'm going to see if I can have a very busy day working and not working.
Because I can be more at peace when I'm not working and just go real slow through it.
Because I don't know about you,
Tell me in the chat if you're like this,
But when I open my emails,
It's kind of a little bit of a hit,
A fight or flight.
Even if it's subtle,
Like a little bit of,
Oh,
Okay,
Got to do this and I'm in go mode.
I have been shocked.
My teachers would tell me this for years and I was like,
Yeah,
Yeah,
Okay,
Cool,
I'm doing it,
Whatever.
I slowed down.
I was at such peace today and more got done.
Like that actually happens.
I experienced the flow I'm speaking of on such a profound level of my slowness and my presence.
Let one thought and one idea and one wisdom and one inspiration that just came subtly to like do this thing and handle this thing for my birthday party and handle this thing for a client and reach out to my assistant,
Do this thing for marketing.
But it wasn't like,
Oh my God,
I got to do this marketing and then reach out to my friend about this virtual assistant exhibit,
Like how it usually is.
And today has been filled with such nothing profound,
Right?
So Monday and I've been working on my stuff,
But it feels like time expanded.
It feels supportive.
And I haven't had the courage to move to this level until I was 39 to go,
Let's experiment.
Maybe my entire life could go to shit.
And again,
Oh my God,
You guys,
Everything you've spoken of here that we've spoken of,
No one's going to respect me or see me if I'm moving through life peacefully or in the flow.
And it just got to the point finally where the straw broke and it just didn't matter.
And I was like,
I would rather have peace and I would rather see if this is a possibility and it was.
So for whatever it is for you that you're moving through and working through and whatever challenges or patterns keep coming up,
I'm going to invite you into a radical intention today.
One that scares you,
But that's safe.
That's not reckless like mine.
Moving through my day,
My work,
Full ass work day slowly with presence and peace.
That sounds boring as fuck.
Okay.
I'll try.
I'll try it.
The ego is always going to tell you that.
So like,
What is it for you?
So let's go into a meditation where we slow down and allow spaciousness because we're working on manifesting today.
Really put out there.
That would be cool if.
I don't believe that's possible,
But I would like it.
So let me try.
Okay.
Let me grab you guys a song in case you want to put one on in the background.
Give me a second here.
So I invite you just to close your eyes,
Get comfortable in your space.
If it always feels more comfortable to keep them open,
That's okay too.
We're so afraid,
Or at least I was,
If I slowed down and I let go of control,
Everything's going to go to shit.
But I was so supported with the next thought and the next idea and the energy to do all of it and the peace to do all of it.
I was like,
Wow,
What if this flow,
We spoke about that in the last couple of weeks is available for us.
It just takes a little bit of choice.
It takes that sovereign choice,
Which is,
Which says I am in control of my reality.
No one has power over me,
Meaning I'm going to just take responsibility.
So you're relaxed,
You're behind your eyes and you're just starting to soften the body.
And someone today asked me what,
What does softening the body mean?
And I thought,
Well,
It's the opposite of hardening the body.
So if you notice any contraction or tension,
Could you just allow your body to move in the opposite direction,
Not force the body to move in the opposite direction,
Invite,
Allow the body to move in the opposite direction.
But I give myself permission right now to have spaciousness within me,
Meaning a quiet mind space where we don't have to constantly be grabbing onto a thought or grabbing onto a thing or holding onto a something or other,
A spaciousness within which the things come and go.
There is a safety in that spaciousness where we can rest.
So see if you can soften and slow down and allow for some space.
This does not have to make sense to your mind.
Your mind's going to want to try to be spacious.
See if you can match my energy.
See if you can let your breath slow down and have more space and give yourself permission just to deepen your breath,
Meaning expand that belly,
Breathe all the way down,
Nice and gentle,
Breathing into the whole body,
Long,
Slow exhale,
Slowing it all down.
You know,
When our inevitably,
Which happens,
I guess they call it the fall from grace,
But someone in life in human form lets us down,
We project that onto God or nature or higher self.
And so we don't trust slowing down.
Don't trust divine support.
We don't trust spaciousness.
We think,
Well,
I have to be in charge to do what I have to do and should do.
But if we make a little space,
New stuff comes down our river.
When we slow down,
More aliveness comes in,
More life,
More wisdom.
And when we are plugged in and part of the quantum field of life,
We're not this solo dangling thing out to sea.
We have the intelligence of the universe in us guiding our way.
So when we know that's what's available to us when we slow down,
Then my God,
We want to slow down.
To the ego,
That's scary and that's okay.
Just deep breaths in and out,
Spacious,
Slow.
And I'm going to invite you to notice where you're in your mind's eye,
Where your belly button is,
Your waistband,
And a couple inches down.
If I drew four lines across from your waistband,
Hips,
Right,
And that was the first line.
And then I drew two lines in the middle to make four equal sections of your belly.
So these lines are vertical lines.
So these two lines that are maybe a couple inches to the right and to the left of your belly button.
So to the right,
To the left of your belly button,
A couple inches and then down a couple inches.
So low belly,
High hip area on the right and the left is a muscle called the psoas muscle that can hold tension and not let us slow down.
So we're going to release a little energy from this space so we can feel a little bit more peaceful going for these big asks tonight.
So all I want you to do is you are well versed in this one to ten practice.
So light being one,
Ten being heavy,
I want you just to notice first your right psoas muscle.
So two inches,
A couple inches over each other,
Right of your belly button and then down.
So low belly,
Higher hip area.
If you could just focus your attention in this area and notice,
We're not judging it,
We're just noticing it.
On a scale of one to ten,
What is the tension level in this space of my body?
We're welcoming this number with it's okay to feel what you feel,
You deserve to be heard,
This number deserves to be heard.
Let me know the number you are existing at in this moment psoas.
What this does is it brings the attention of the intelligence of the body right here to begin to autocorrect itself when you release judgment of your number.
Just breathe,
The body knows how to relax this space,
Great.
Just notice that area relaxing a little bit,
Good.
Just let what wants to move through move through here.
Now we're going to move to the left side,
So two inches or so,
Two to three inches to the left of the belly button and then down two to three inches,
Left psoas.
So low belly,
High hip area,
Those middle two quadrants,
Is that a one or a ten or somewhere in between without judgment?
What number are we at?
It's okay to feel what you feel,
Psoas,
Muscle,
You deserve to be heard at your number.
Just notice what's happening to the body,
It'll start to unwind a little bit,
You might breathe a little bit.
Feminine essence beings can hold a lot of tension in this area,
So releasing this area helps the whole body relax.
We're just going to set this last intention,
I release the need right now to be in the past,
I release the need right now to be in the future,
I release the need right now to hang out in anyone's energy but mine,
I release any energy I'm carrying that doesn't belong to me.
I am slowing down radically today in this class,
Just for this time,
Breathing deeper and longer,
Even if it's uncomfortable at first,
Choosing it anyway,
And I'm allowing for some space to enter my mind and body and for that to be okay,
Because within that space are the gems that can arise.
So let's set that intention for class,
For life,
For the week,
Like me,
Mine was I want the most peaceful,
Busy day.
What would you like to create that you might not think is possible,
But it's in there and it's real quiet,
Just going to notice it first,
Something fun,
It could be your intention for this course,
It could be an intention that just popped into your mind,
What would you love to have,
Just whisper it out loud,
I intend to the universe,
No one can hear you right now on here,
Good,
Take a deep breath in,
Come back whenever you're ready,

Then things can come in to orchestrate it.

And joyfully energized to use them.

So in one of the first classes,
We,
And it's okay if you don't have these present,
We tuned into what our hearts longings are,
Were,
Are,
Our desires or longings.
This is an important lighthouse,
Because we get to know like,
What do I long for?
What do I crave?
And then can I intend it to be so,
There's many ways we can bring them into fruition.
But one of the strongest ways we can connect with making our desired reality come into fruition is by,
Excuse me,
Allowing ourselves to embody the internal,
Unconditional feeling state of the external thing.
So,
For example,
Say one of your heart's desires was,
I'll use my example that keeps coming into my head,
A home in Ohio,
California.
Okay,
What will this make you feel?
Happy.
Can I allow myself before I create,
Before I manifest,
Before I align with the thing in the world of form to embody what it would feel like if I had the thing now?
There's a few ways we can do this.
We've talked about sifting,
Sensation image feeling where I let my body marinate in a bath of my future reality for a few minutes.
One way we can do this,
Which is really cool,
Is if I was in this external desired reality.
So we're going to pick a couple of things off of our heart's longings list.
So you can use your intention you created today.
You can use like,
This is the thing I want to work on today,
Creating that's on my heart's longings list.
What would I be thinking if that was here right now?
And what would I be feeling if that was here right now?
What would I be thinking if that was here right now?
So if I was like,
Guys,
This might be crazy,
But you can fly in for the eighth circle.
I'm going to do it at my home in Ohio.
Got plenty of room for you to stay over.
It'll be great.
What would I be thinking and what would I be feeling in that reality?
Man,
I'm so lucky that I actually have this experience.
So for me,
The first time I did this exercise,
The thought that I had a lot was,
I did it.
This is real.
This shit actually works.
I did it.
I did it.
I did it.
I did it.
I did it.
I did it.
I did it.
I did it.
And it would put me in the like,
I'm almost like in awe that,
Wow,
The universe really does do this and everything I've done up to this point works.
So I'm going to give you,

Pick a heart's longing.
Pick a desire.
Pick an intention.
Just something you want to really create in your life,
Right?
Future result.
And if I had this right now,
What are some of the thoughts that would be going on in my head?
All relatively positive we're shooting for here.
And what are some of the feelings I would have?
Relieved,
Secure,
Excited,
Abundant.
Okay.

Perhaps a lot of times when we're going for the stars with what we want,
The energy between us and it comes up to be cleared.
So my sense is it could be energy moving through you.
So just to breathe and allow.

Allowing yourself to just embrace and welcome this.
I intend to move towards my dreams with small steps while doing my best to stay peaceful amidst life's chaos.

What would I be thinking?
And what would I be feeling if I had my desired reality?
And while you're playing with this,
Let yourself feel and get embodied and get excited.
The whole point of this,
The brain's going to go,
This is bullshit.
This isn't really happening.
But if you realize it's like,
No,
It's not happening right now,
Brain,
But I'm creating it to happen in 2023.
So it's the yes.
And we want to acknowledge the pains.
We're not overriding it or spiritually bypassing it.
We're saying,
Yes,
There's pain.
And I'm a creator of the universe.
And I'm getting out my paintbrush right now.
Yes,
There's pain.
And this is how I create for the future.
So we're holding both realities.
Okay.

So just for a little wiggle room and you're just going to share with the person.

But this is my desired reality.
And this is what I would be thinking if this was my desired reality.
And this is what I would be feeling.
So you're actually allowing somebody to bear witness to your desired realities,
Feelings,
And thoughts.
And they can reply back to you as if it's true.
Oh my gosh,
That's cool.
Or,
Oh,
Me too.
Or wow,
That sounds amazing.
Whatever they want to say.
Okay.
So we're just supporting each other as if this was our desired reality.
I know it's silly.
I know it might invoke some giggles.
Play.
And then we're going to switch and then I'll bring you back in five minutes.
So I really highly invite you just to set a two minute timer on your phone.
One of you or both of you.
Because when the timer goes off,
Switch.
And then I'll bring you back.
So you're just sharing thoughts and feelings of your desired reality.

There's so many teachers.
Mike Doley has an exercise.
My mom and I used to do this where you have a phrase with a friend.
And if any of you want to do this with me,
You can.
You have a phrase with a friend where you start,
Oh,
I forgot to tell you.
But you say it's so like articulate.
They know what's coming.
Because you don't want to be like,
Hey,
I'm doing this manifesting thing.
So you can really do it.
Hey,
I'm doing this manifesting thing.
So you can really be as if it's happening.
Oh,
I forgot to tell you.
Oprah called.
And it was so weird and enchant.
And I like she was talking to me like she was one of my friends or whatever it may have been.
And then you switch and do a thing like that.
So that was a Mike Doley practice.
And then there's Neville Goddard,
Which is the law of assumption.
He's also a manifesting teacher.
And that is whatever I assume to be true is true.
So most of us are walking around with beliefs and assumptions.
And we don't realize.
And we'll talk more about this next week.
But we'll get started that life.
And this is a very we need to be tender with this realization.
Life is a reflection of our assumptions and our beliefs.
So it's difficult when we start to be like,
Wow,
I must carry some assumptions.
I might don't feel worthy or don't feel good enough or don't think peace is possible.
Or feel like I have to work hard to get what I want or whatever it is we may be carrying.
So can we with the most radical amount of compassions that use life as a mirror to see?
I said to my mom on the phone today,
I'm like,
You know,
I see life now is just all love.
Love and places that need love.
Right.
So can it be that for us?
So oh,
Yeah,
That's where I wanted to go with this.
So the next section I want to do.
And then I'll look and see what you guys are saying.
Is this exercise.
I actually got this exercise from and it was Amanda Francis's practice.
She's awesome for manifestation and money as well.
Amanda Francis.
Where you narrate a story.
Either in I think it's either first person or third person where you say,
I am and you're narrating the story or Jamie is.
So you put your name in there.
Now,
What this does is it opens up two completely different parts of the brain because I am might feel too untrue.
So your brain overrides it.
But Jamie is a little bit far enough away that it can allow certain neurons to fire in your brain.
OK,
Years ago,
I was doing this healing for chronic illness course call.
It was Annie Hopper.
I don't remember the course,
But it was brain retraining.
And I remember this girl who was teaching me the modality at the time had healed from worse than I had it.
Nasty chronic Lyme disease.
And this was one of the tools she used where she whispered out loud.
Narrating the manifestation of her desired reality in her head.
You know,
We do this manifestation work and we're like,
OK,
And again,
I teach this all the time because I do it and I'm a firm believer in it.
A feel into the feeling of your desired result.
How can we invoke that?
How can we invoke that?
And this is one way where we actually narrate it and feel it as if it's happening.
OK,
So what I'm going to have you do right now is we're going to whisper this out loud to ourselves first as if we're talking to somebody.
So we're not going to do it in partner work,
But I'm just going to have you,
You know,
You can put I'll put a music song in the chat if you want to put it on in the background.
But just quietly with your eyes closed or aloud,
It'll be like Jamie is at her home.
Oh,
I had a crazy ass thing happen when I first practiced this.
But anyway,
Jamie's at her home in Ohio and her feet are in the pool and it's like the perfect temperature.
And she hears this little like kerplunk sound like she used to hear when she was five and actually made her giggle because it sounded weird.
And she looked up and she was like trying to make out what series of stars that was.
So she looked at her app to see if it was Sagittarius because it kind of looked like Sagittarius.
And she thought,
That's really cool because I'm a Sagittarius.
So that's what you're going to do is narrate the story.
You could switch between I am or Jamie is.
So whatever you're working on right now,
This is a little bit.
So we did thoughts and feelings.
This is literally I'm telling the story of the thing actually happening as it's happening in first or third person.
Okay.
Oh,
My God.
I didn't know Oprah lived in Ohio now.
That is hilarious.
Yes,
Making it happen.
Okay.
Let's see what you guys are writing first before I let you off on this.
Very connected and beautiful.
Harder than expected.
And it is hard because we're dealing with what we're feeling now.
Right.
And so sometimes it can be a very emotional practice to release old pain because we didn't have this reality.
That's why it's very important to hold both pain and the joy that we're creating.
Yes.
Love it.
This whole group is powerful.
You will obviously.

I was just there.
I was just wondering what sign you are.
I'm a Sagittarius.
I'm a fire sign.
Can you not tell?
I'm like,
Oh,
Okay.
So I'm going to give you a quiet was two minutes good for this practice.

Narrating in first or third person.
Those are the correct words.
Your desired reality out loud to yourself as if you're telling a story or telling someone else's story.
Have fun.

Slowly finishing up your story to yourself.

Now,
I know we're all in different places in this call,
Right?
Emotionally when we're gathering.
So I don't think there is an exact science,
At least in my own exploration.
You know,
You tell me if you find one too.
I'll call it this.
So in my book,
I wrote about the first half of the book is called healing.
And the second half is called expansion.
And so the transmutation video I sent you guys,
Which was it's in the Google drive.
When you are dark,
When you are sad,
When you are heavy,
It's I got to meet myself where I am and unconditionally love this energy through me.
So half the time it's allowing that feminine energy and emotion and letting it move through.
And then the other half the time,
Maybe again,
There's no exact science to this.
It's when I feel lighter,
Can I then allow that lightness to move me forward into my expansion into who I truly am,
Into what my desire is?
And can I allow my body to align with it?
There's so much science behind this as well.
Because the nervous system is like this,
That the child children's game of operation,
Where it's like,
And so if the nervous system isn't used to the beauty you're creating tonight,
That those feelings,
Those thoughts,
Those stories,
The second you get close to the home,
Or you get close to the money,
Or you close,
Oh,
Shit,
I've got to get back in my little body,
My cage,
Right?
So what these practices do is it's like reps at the gym for our neurons,
And the body begins to feel safer in the feeling states you are creating over time.
So as you kind of weave your way through this beautiful art creation of allowing heavier emotions to move through you with unconditional love when they're there,
And then when you feel safer,
And you're kind of just driving in the car,
You're in the shower,
You're whatever,
Whispering a story out loud,
Your body slowly over time,
It's like no big deal to feel more joy,
No big deal to feel more love,
No big deal to feel more impactful on the planet.
So then when situations in the world of form come towards you that will allow you to be more loved,
More impactful,
More whatever,
You don't unconsciously push them away.
Because we all unconsciously,
Innocently self-sabotage or push away when our gets hit.
So that's how this is working for you.
That's why it's just like one of my teachers always calls it taking your medicine,
Taking your prescription every day.
So,
But this week,
Just for fun,
Two minutes a day,
While you're in the shower,
While you're driving,
While you're whatever,
Taking a walk,
Can you just whisper a story out loud?
Can you think these thoughts?
And not even think,
Just say them out loud.
Okay,
In this reality that I am intending,
This is what I think.
Kind of say those thoughts out loud.
You don't have to override and pretend,
But you say,
Yeah,
Body,
There's pain,
And we have the ability to create new.
So we're going to tend to both.
That's huge.
Did you guys like,

And while you're typing in the chat,
I shared this story in my den class,
But I don't think I shared it here.
The first time I did it,
I was imagining Ryan.
I was like laying at the pool and I had my head up and I was looking at the stars,
Kind of like the example I told you.
And in my dream,
In my story,
I was whispering out loud.
He came over and I said,
He kissed me on my forehead and I felt it.
And it was very present and loving.
And I could feel his love.
And he went and he brought me over a glass of wine and shit you not,
I'm laying on the couch.
Ryan walks in.
I don't know where he had just gotten home from,
Walked over.
And this isn't like a normal thing that he kisses me on the forehead.
When he comes home,
He could have gone and done a million other things.
It literally,
That moment of my visualization replayed out.
He came around,
Like in my thing,
I was looking up at the stars.
He came over and kissed my forehead lovingly and walked away.
And I was like,
My God,
I just created that.
It was really cool.
So this is powerful stuff as well.
I think both,
I think there is a power to telling another person.
Yeah,
Definitely.
So if we have time before we end,
We'll do another little two minute storytelling with each other.
Or maybe we can even do it as a group.
And a couple of us can share our stories.
I feel more connected and clicked into the story.
Yeah,
Definitely.
So cool to see what works for us.
And even sifting might work better for you where you think about something that you want.
What's the feeling behind it?
When in my life have I had a feeling like this before?

I want the home,
The feeling behind its happiness.
What if I felt happy?
Oh,
Yeah,
I was five eating a Christmas cookie at Aunt Betsy's house.
And then I sift the experience,
What sensations are in my body with this cookie?
What images are here?
What feelings are here?
What thoughts are here?
What retrains the nervous system around being able to receive happiness?

Good stuff,
Everybody.
Next,
We're going to focus.
I wrote down,
We're going to do a little bit of a pleasure practice.
So this is called havening,
What I'm about to teach you.
This is safe self touch.
This is actually a physical thing that you can do while you're telling the story while you're doing the thoughts while you're doing the feelings while you're doing a manifestation exercise.
So these are the studies have shown these are places on the body that actually send serotonin and dopamine and good feeling neurotransmitters to the brain and evoke pleasure.
So when we're having a distressing moment,
It can help calm the body down to touch these spots.
When we're manifesting and we're focusing on things we want,
It can help the body feel safe having it like body.
It's okay.
No big deal.
This is normal to us.
So is there a couple of things I wanted to teach you?
I loved both.
Both got me super body buzzing,
Stunning.
So this will be even more icing on the cake.
We're adding in less self judgment with story on my own,
But probably more powerful with someone else.
Yeah,
Definitely.
And if you guys want in the next couple of weeks while we're still playing in this beautiful container,

And we can witness you in that.
So I invite you.
Don't be shy.
Definitely use do that at least once this week.
So let's take a deep breath.
Let it go.
I'm going to bring in these intentions of today's circle again of spaciousness,
Whatever way that is for you and slowing down,
Feeling your body connected under and behind you being present here.
Okay.
So in Havening,
There's three movements.
This is the first one.
So we're going to start on our forehead and it's kind of like three,
Right?
A forward three,
And then a backwards three.
So we start on our forehead,
Go down to underneath our eyes,
Nose,
And then we make another loop around our chin.
So you can use the palm of your hand,
Your fingers,
Or just your fingers.
So I'm going to do it just with my fingers so that you can see more of what I'm doing.
We're starting here.
We're doing a loop around up here,
And then we're doing a loop around down here to our chin.
Okay.
So it's just slow,
Gentle,
Nurturing touch,
Or just slowly.
You can close your eyes while you're doing it.
Sometimes I'll take like the back of my fingers because that feels nice.
Let's see.
My body just took a deep breath,
Calms the nervous system down.
Okay.
So this is,
These are nerve points on your face that are sending really beautiful,
Calming signals,
Healing signals to the brain.
So we're just going to do a few on the face,
And then we're going to switch to the next part.
But I just want you to notice,
Let your awareness notice,
How is this making my body feel?
How is this positively affecting me?
And you can even do one side at a time,
Right?
You can just do one hand on one side and then the other.
And this might feel weird at first and bring up a lot of emotions.
That's fine.
That's fine too.
We're not given permission to have safe self-touch.
Sensuality,
Which is just evoking our senses,
Isn't commonplace.
I remember a long time ago when this was,
This work was all new to me.
It was uncomfortable,
Really uncomfortable for me to do this,
To witness someone else doing this.
So if that's coming up,
It's okay.
And just noticing how that's making you feel.
So just doing this too,
Remembering why you're telling your little story.
Let's do a little face swoop.
Is your body sighing?
Are you yawning?
Is emotion moving?
All good signs.
You're taking a deep breath.
Okay.
The next one are all these tiny little nerve endings on your hands.
Okay.
So you can do it either this way,
Or you're just gently brushing the hands up and down,
Or you can do it this way.
Okay.
So one of these spots might be safer,
Feel safer for you.
One of these spots might feel better for you.
Personally,
I like to do it like this because I can lean my elbows and arms in my lap.
Just noticing the calming effects it has on the body.
Interesting.
I've always had a really hard time with anyone touching my face,
But this feels different and safe,
Gorgeous,
Because you're in control.
Awesome.
That's a beautiful retraining to your nervous system that it's,
This touch is safe coming from you to begin with.
So you notice,
Are you taking a deep breath,
A sigh,
A yawn?
My mind a little more calm.
This is also a retraining of allowing pleasure.
Because remember,
We're,
This whole container is about allowing us to follow more desire,
More pleasure,
More inspiration.
And this starts to teach our body.
Pleasure is okay.
You can handle the capacity of it.
Calming's okay.
Good.
Okay.
So that's the second.
And then the third one,
Super easy,
Is just starting at the um,
Corner of your,
Top of your arm and then brushing down.
And so sometimes this is difficult to do.
So you can kind of just brush down and sweep down like this motion where it's an X and then you're coming down.
Or you can do one hand at a time.
You know,
Like if you're cold and you're trying to warm up and you're doing like this movement,
Right?
You can do one arm at a time where you're slowly going down and slowly going up.
You can do that on both arms.
So there's some options here.
It's basically just invoking the nerve endings on the side of your arm.
Right?
So we're going like this or just one side,
Or we do the traditional way,
Just where we make an X and we slowly brush down.
Are you taking a deep,
Is your body taking a deep breath?
Are you yawning?
A lot of these practices are subtle.
When the nervous system unwinds,
It's subtle.
And sometimes we want to force it and be like,
I'm not totally peaceful yet.
Shit's not working.
We just go just 1% at a time,
Softer,
1% at a time,
More safer,
More safe.
So just take a moment.
We're just going to sit in rest position for a moment.
So let the body unwind and just notice how that made you feel.
Slowing down,
Spacious,
Giving myself permission.
Oh,
Here we go.
Hand on the heart's coming through.
I give myself permission to live in higher states of consciousness together with others who are doing so too.
I give myself permission to intend joy,
Desire,
Pleasure,
Being inspiration led and manifesting the desires of my heart.
It is okay for me to be at peace,
Abundant,
Loved,
Authentic,
Emotional,
Seen,
Resting in my light.
Nervous system,
It's okay for you to recalibrate around this higher frequency now.
Body,
It's safe to embody more light now.
I release gently,
Slowly,
And easily.
The frequency is no longer serving my highest good.
You can open your eyes when you're ready.
We're going to do one last practice to really cement this nervous system home.
We are going to look around the room and find one pleasurable thing.
So this is,
We did this in the first class,
But this is called orienting to pleasure.
This could literally like,
There's a balloon in the corner that a kid made me that's just sweet.
And so I could look at that and notice,
This is what you're going to do.
You're going to notice how looking at that makes you feel.
Oh,
Wow.
I've got a sensation of pressure and warmth in my heart.
I'm going to clock how my body is receiving the pleasurable thing.
That's the important part.
So the brain's catching that,
Guys.
So look around the room.
It could be the leaf of a plant.
It could be the sound of a bird.
It could be a froth on a cup of coffee.
It could be the way your hair looks coming down the side.
Clock something pleasurable in your environment.
I'm going to give you a moment to find where your eyes land.
And then you're just going to notice how noticing this thing makes you feel positively in your body.
Okay.
So when you rest your eyes on this thing,
How does it positively affect bodily sensations?
Just noticing it.
Maybe you notice that it gave you a deep breath.
Your shoulders relaxed.
There was warmth.
You sit with this about 30 seconds.
Notice the pleasurable thing and notice how it positively affects your body and just kind of bathe in that.
You're instantly changing the signals in yourself.
You can slowly start to open your eyes and come back here.
Good.
And just allowing anything that's here to be here.
Sometimes you can ground in this pleasure that we're creating today.
Today's a very light,
High-frequency vibe.
And again,
Sometimes when we experience so much beauty and we haven't in a long time,
This was my experience.
My boyfriend and I were really disconnected for a long time but deeply loved each other.
And his presence would slowly come back and I would sob how beautiful his presence was.
And it was a beautiful moment,
How happy I was we were connected,
But the grief came at the same time of the pain of me not having it for so many years.
So if that's your experience,
Allow the joy to be here.
Allow the grief to be here.
Either are good.
Either are moving you in a beautiful direction.
Okay.
Good.
So I'm going to give us five minutes or so here.

Would you feel like you're evoking those two energies,
Like holding your experience in that?

The doorway through is compassion,
Is acceptance of what is.
And so it's like life in the experience it's in for you is inviting you into higher states of consciousness,
Which is compassion,
Which is acceptance,
Which helps the energy that's here move.
So holding pain in love is the medicine to say,
Like what you said,
It's okay to be where you are.
It's okay to have this experience.
This experience is divine.
This experience is worthy of expressing itself.
This experience is worthy of being heard.
It's like,
Just let's it be here and breathe.
That's beautiful.
That's so cool.
Very funny.
Oh my God.
That's wild.
The baby was like,
Here mom.
And thank you for finally relaxing this area.
That's sweet.
That's sweet.

All right.
Let's see what you guys are saying here.
I always find it hard to process and make space for hard feelings.
We all do.
We all do.
You know,
I think what's helpful in this is if you can,
Well,
What was helpful for me is say the sadness or the grief or the whatever it is,
Is a hundred percent.
If you can just allow 1% of it,
That's enough to get the ball of energy rolling.
Because it's like,
This is too intense.
I'm in resistance.
I hate this.
I want to feel better.
Okay.
Can I welcome myself to be where I am in this just 1%?
Could I let this be a breeze that's moving through just a wisp?
Could I bite off the corner?
Could I let this be here for 10 seconds?
And then so that,
You know,
Then it's like,
Okay,
This is then three days of intensity that moves through me or 30 years,
You know?
So that's why it's like,
It's right.
The life,
We don't want to welcome it,
But it can be this intense movement of energy that moves right through the more that we move towards it.
So yeah.
Like the grief you just shared,
What other practices do you have?
I watched the transmutation video,
But you always have good tips.
I totally just answered it before.
You know,
Totally just answered it before.
You know,
What's very helpful is Sedona method really helps me and somatic healing,
Those two things.
And it's kind of what I just said,
Where when we have intense feelings and we have trauma that says,
Don't feel that you will be shamed,
You will die,
Whatever it's telling us.
If we make a deal with the feeling and we say,
All right,
I'm just going to sniff the corner of this thing or take a bite of the edge or wave high to it from over here,
Or just breathe 10 breaths into it and then go on for the rest of my day.
Just 10 breaths into the sadness.
Can I sit for 10 seconds?
I mean,
10 breaths.
Then we start to feel safer over time going,
Okay,
I can allow this.
So little baby bits of moving towards.
And I think because I've been in this healing world for so long and I've seen,
Cause I wouldn't have been able to be convinced of this a long time ago,
But I have seen the power in going towards.
I was queen positive.
I don't need to do all that.
What the hell you're going to tell me to like,
Let this storm move through me.
That's crazy.
This is going to consume me.
I had all of that.
And then one day it clicked and I said,
Okay,
These people,
Cause I was in a chronic illness forum and all of these people were saying,
So I needed the proof of others at first.
When I feel the depths of my darkness,
I heal.
I start having unexpected sources of money coming in my anxiety and depression lessons.
My body starts to feel better.
What is that about?
We actually have more because aliveness is,
Is,
Is feeling and experiencing all of life.
I used to teach an abundance class.
Some of you know,
You've come to it and it was about welcoming darkness.
Why is that taught in an abundance class?
Because we have to allow the flow of all energies to move through us so that the light can come so that the joy can come.
It opens up the channel.
And so I think for me,
I know now when I feel such heaviness,
I know it's an energy coming up.
God knows where it was from back in 1980 something to be met and loved by me.
Like what camera was just saying,
This is okay.
Can I bite the edge of this?
Can I sniff the corner so that it can complete so that I can be an empathic witness to something someone in my life couldn't so that the energy can complete itself because there's something really fucking good on the other side of that.
And I've seen it time and time again,
That going towards allow something to clear so that new friendship,
New opportunity,
New money can come into my lifetime and time again.
It's what unconditional love is.
Loving all of us puts us in that frequency fed back to us.
So I'm not as afraid of it anymore.
Seeing that like,
Oh my gosh,
This leads me to good.
All right.
Give me the tissues.
You know,
It's heavy and hell when you're in it.
Okay.
I'm going to go two minutes over.
So if anybody has to leave,
I totally understand,
But I'm just going to read this last thing and then say goodbye.
It's a layer of fog lifted in this last little while.
And I feel excited about things in a way I haven't in a very long time.
Beautiful.
Now,
Even when my migraine spikes,
Having had those moments,
Moments of myself,
Right.
We were just talking about,
I feel like the pain is temporary,
Gorgeous.
And I'm getting more and more back to myself.
It's an optimism and hopefulness that I used to feel all the time.
Stunning.
And then it becomes this in your bones knowing,
And you do,
You have to look at others that are going into the darkness to say,
That's actually a good thing.
You don't get stuck.
And I say this a lot to my one-on-one clients,
The heaviness and the emotions aren't a bottomless pit.
They are long.
Sometimes they are deep.
Sometimes they are intense sometimes in their habitual sometimes,
But they are not a bottomless pit.
And we know when we know that we can keep meeting it until it's met enough and loved by us to finally transmute and dissipate.

Give yourself lifetimes.
Allow what wants to be here to move through and intend to move towards your new desired creation.
