Kind of rubbing the side of your jaw or your chin.
Whatever you need to do to just let that jaw relax.
Let your shoulders relax.
Just take a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Just get really comfortable now.
Put your head down on your desk if you want to.
Grab a pillow or a sweater or something to hold onto.
Whatever is just going to make you really comfortable,
Really peaceful.
Close those eyes.
Just notice how you're feeling right now.
Just allow that feeling to be there,
Whatever it is.
Now picture yourself covered in a warm,
Cozy,
Heavy gray blanket.
You're so comfortable and this blanket is wrapped right around you.
It's warm and heavy and cozy and soft and covering you in comfort and grace because you're doing so well.
You deserve grace.
You deserve compassion.
As you're here picturing yourself under this blanket,
Just say to yourself,
I love you.
Say all my feelings are valid.
As that blanket keeps you nice and warm and cozy and weighted,
Say,
I deserve compassion and I send compassion to everyone around me.
I deserve peace and I send peace to everyone around me.
I deserve love and I send love to everyone around me.
I am compassion.
I am peace.
I am love.
Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.
Hold for a moment.
Out through the mouth.
One more.
In through the nose,
Nice and deep and nourishing.
Out through the mouth.
