Heart Coherence is a true state of presence that many spiritual masters point to. The heart has always held a sacred and powerful place among many ancient cultures. And you know what? Using a gentle nasal breathing technique, in for approx 6 and out for 6 (go with what feels right for you) you can start to tap into your body's natural ability to heal itself. You can heal yourself, overcome old patterns, and consciously create easily. It all starts from the inside out.

As a human being you have this unique and very powerful ability to heal yourself and more importantly have the ability to Choose and create whatever feeling and state that you wish Heart coherence is the ultimate state of presence and in that state of presence is where you're able to consciously create and Let go of the past if you've been stuck in a pattern of stress fear worry resentment anger or concern This is the way out Now where you place your attention is where your energy will travel And this exercise is a matter of placing your awareness and your attention on the present moment and on the energy space that is your heart So as we always do start by closing your eyes and just bring your attention from the outside world to the inside world Begin to notice your breathing Begin to notice any sensations that may be traveling through your body And I just want to remind you That right now you have all the time in the world.

There's nothing you need to do There's nowhere you need to be but right here To start getting into this powerful place of presence and heart coherence Start by focusing your attention on your heart center You may want to touch it with a finger or with a palm Just to connect with this sacred place Now your breath is such an important part of this and Using your breath you can begin to regulate your own nervous system To move away from stress and move into peace and calm and clarity So following the music there's a gentle rhythm and pattern in the music I want you to coordinate your breath with the music With each inhale through your nose Feeling that air flow into that heart center I want you to imagine in fact that your heart is the organ doing the breathing Breathe in for the count of five And then breathe out And then breathe out Breathing deeper and slower than what you normally would Continue to breathe in this way for the entire audio Gently in through your nose And out through your mouth All the while focusing on that sacred heart space Now if you find your mind wandering Just bring your attention back To that sacred and calming heart space Bring your attention and your awareness back to your breath As you continue to breathe start to feel the energy of your heart Start to feel the power of your heart Start to feel the power of your heart You might notice as a warmth you might notice as a tingling There's no right or wrong It's just noticing And just continue to focus on your breath continue to focus on your heart With each exhale through your nose And then breathe in through your nose And then breathe out through your nose and then breathe in through your mouth With each exhale Just allow any muscles to relax,

Allow any tension just to drop away from your body As you tell your nervous system that you're safe By creating this sense of calm and clarity and peace in your body You begin to break the shackles from the past You're able to decide to let go of any resentment any hurts any sadness As you find this sweet present moment There's nothing you need to worry about There's nothing you need to worry about in the present moment There's nothing you need to be fearful of or concerned Because right now right here in this space Everything is fine,

Everything is perfect and you feel whole and complete Continue to breathe with the music With the music And continue to focus on your heart center Breathing into this sacred place Imagine now if you will a small flame Just behind your breastbone where your heart lives where the energy frequency of your heart resides See that flame see it flickering And start to feel its warmth start to feel the presence of this flame Your breath brings fuel to that flame With each conscious and purposeful breath in You deliver oxygen to that flame helping it to grow and expand As you continue to focus your attention on your heart center see that flame start to expand And as it continues to expand Feel the warmth feel the energy and feel the tingling sensations That is energy traveling through your body Feel the energy and feel the tingling sensations that is energy traveling through your body And as that flame continues to grow I want you to send that energy to every single cell in your body Because every cell in your body deserves to feel this wonderful presence this wonderful coherence Feel that energy traveling down your arms to your fingertips Feel it envelop your chest And move down your stomach as you continue to focus on that breath As you continue to focus on that heart center Feel that energy travel down your legs and into your feet And notice how easy it is to move down your chest And notice how easy it is to have your awareness rest on your heart center and also the rest of your body I want you now to feel a smile come to your face a gentle relaxed effortless smile And I want you to tune into the frequency of gratitude of being thankful Find that frequency now find that feeling now That feeling is always there you just need to find it As you find that sensation of gratitude perhaps from a memory of the past Or perhaps from a future moment that you wish to draw into your into your field Breathe that gratitude in breathe that thankfulness in Continue to focus on that heart center as you feel the gratitude in every single cell of your body Hold that feeling stay with that feeling And as you feel that gratitude in every cell of your body Hold that feeling stay with that feeling And notice how good it feels Notice how good it feels to break the shackles of the past To drop the old stories and the old limitations And to just stay here in this moment connected to your body connected to yourself Connected to your heart and connected to your breath Breathe it all in I want you now also to imagine a sense of appreciation For all of the little things in your life Develop that sense of appreciation for all the wondrous things in your life The things that you often overlook The smile from a stranger,

An act of kindness All the wonderful things you have in your life Develop a sense of appreciation for them As visions start to come into your mind Of all the wonderful things you have in your life Develop a sense of appreciation for them As visions start to come into your mind Of the things you truly appreciate evolve And breathe it in Use your breath to solidify this feeling Notice that flame in your chest growing larger and larger As that energy starts to expand and grow even more Your heart is an amazing beacon It's able to send out a frequency far and wide I want you now to imagine That frequency of gratitude and appreciation And the wonderful sense of presence and calm that you're currently experiencing I want you to send it out 3 meters all around your entire body More You might see it as a wonderful bright white light You might feel it as an energy You might sense the humming energy whirling around your body It's encapsulating you And know that what you put out into the universe What frequency you choose to send out Is what you draw back into your field And this state of heart coherence is where it all begins Healing is in the feeling Manifestation is in the feeling Find this feeling Find it now Breathe that feeling in and notice That wonderful sensation around your chest The wonderful energy And notice the smile on your face Now we're going to anchor that feeling into your body I want you to take the middle finger of your non-dominant hand And I want you to place the very tip of your finger On the middle of your sternum Right in the center of your heart space I'm going to count to 3 And when I reach the number 3 You're going to touch that fingertip to your heart center And you're going to breathe in all this gratitude,

Appreciation And wondrous feelings 1 2 3 Touch that middle finger on your chest And feel that energy expand as you anchor in this feeling Breathe it in Breathe all that wonderful energy in With that gentle touch on your chest Hold it there for just a moment And then release Knowing that whenever you want to refine that feeling Or tap back into this feeling All you need to do Is touch your middle finger to your chest And slow your breathing down like you are right now You are a powerful creator In a moment you're going to open your eyes And as soon as you open your eyes you're going to notice That this feeling has stayed with you I want you to stay with this feeling for as long as you can Throughout your day 3 2 1 Open your eyes and find yourself looking around your room Wherever you are And notice how that feeling lingers Notice how that sense of appreciation and gratitude is still with you And just to be sure Touch your middle finger onto your heart space once more And breathe in And feel that energy envelop your body You're amazing,

You have an amazing potential to heal And healing starts with this feeling The more you do this meditation The more you tap into this frequency And feel this frequency And anchor this frequency into your nervous system It will become your dominant state And you'll find yourself out in the world Just happy for no reason Joyful,
