A script I wrote with an Amrit inspiration for balancing the season of fall within. We begin with letting go with a sigh and feeling the body let go into the earth. Rotation of consciousness begins at the tongue. Breathing is mental nadi shodhana (alternate nostrils). Finally, in the visualization portion, we watch the sunset on a mountain, crisp air, fire burning, and lungs filled with life force. Enjoy!
