Anchoring Faith
by Jae
A gentle meditation to reconnect with trust within yourself and beyond. Through awareness of breath, stillness, and inner reflection, this practice helps you soften doubt, root into presence, and anchor into a felt sense of faith, whatever that means to you. An invitation to surrender, receive, and remember you're held.

Here we find faith to invite you to find a comfy seat with an effortless reach out of the crown of your head.
Take a big beautiful breath and as you do that you just start to either close eyes or really lower your gaze and begin to go within.
And go within by becoming aware of breath,
Aware of the shape that the body makes as you sit here.
Just finding space for yourself within.
In a moment but not yet I'm going to guide your mind and your subconscious to a place of memory and reflection.
And through that we'll find expansion into vibration and that's so powerful.
It's really important not to judge or direct the images to a certain outcome.
Whatever comes through is great.
Whatever comes through is meant.
Even if your mind might think that it's wrong or right,
It is as it's meant.
And that really allowing yourself to be curious here and trusting the subconscious will bring forward exactly what it needs to.
We're anchoring in this feeling of faith so that we can pull it towards us more often and not only pull it towards us but be aware of when it's here.
And that again is so powerful for that presence and that direction that you're wanting to head in.
So I invite you to find a nice easy smooth rhythm in your breath.
And just bring your focus to that rhythm for a few rounds of breath.
Really feeling everything you possibly can about the breath as it moves in and out of the body.
Noticing the movement,
How does it flow and where does it go as you breathe.
I'm going to guide the subconscious and you just start really observing what comes through.
And we're going to turn it up.
We're going to anchor in some beautiful vibrations for you.
Not needing to know what it means,
What will come of it,
What could go wrong.
Not letting the mind go there at all.
Just trusting that it does and it will be as it's meant.
So in a moment but not yet I'm going to ask you to remember a time,
Remember a time.
And allow the subconscious just to guide you as best it can.
No judgment,
Just observation.
So together let's take a big buoyant breath in right down to the base of the body.
And exhale it out.
And I invite you to remember a time,
Remember a time where you felt faith.
Not needing to direct the image or find the best one.
Just remembering a time where you felt faith.
And whatever one pops up you go with that.
And I want you to allow it to become as clear as possible.
Notice all the details in this time and memory where you felt faith.
Whether it was a little faith or a lot of faith,
It doesn't matter.
Just allowing yourself to get as clear as you can on this memory where you felt faith.
Noticing what you're doing,
What you're saying,
Who's there or not.
Whether you're standing or sitting,
What you're wearing,
If you can see it.
Get as clear as you can on the details.
Notice what you can see.
We also begin to notice what you can hear and perhaps what you can smell in this time and memory where you felt faith.
Little or big,
It does not matter.
This time or memory where you felt faith.
There'll be more moments for you to find other memories.
So go with the one you have.
Allowing to see,
To hear,
To smell,
To notice as much as you can.
And as long as you feel and allow yourself to feel that faith.
What else do you feel in this time and memory where you felt faith?
Are there other feelings present in this memory where you felt faith?
And allow it to become as clear as you can.
Really embracing this memory where you felt faith.
And in a moment,
But not yet,
We're gonna turn it up.
We're gonna turn it up like our favorite song in the stereo.
We're riding in the car,
We're turning up our favorite song in the stereo.
And while we're doing that,
We're going to increase the vibration of faith.
So we're turning it up from a five to six.
We're turning it up now,
Six to seven.
Not needing to know how it works,
Just trusting that it does.
Seven to eight,
Eight to nine,
Nine to ten.
Double that feeling now as you take this big buoyant breath in,
Anchoring in this vibration of faith.
And letting it go.
And as you let it go,
Clearing the screen of your mind,
Like you're changing the channel or clearing the screen.
Just changing,
Becoming aware of where you are.
The breath in your body,
Your butt in the seat,
And your feet where they meet.
Clearing the screen of your mind.
And now,
Allowing your subconscious to bring forth a different time or memory where you felt faith.
No judgment,
No direction,
Just the first thing that comes to your mind,
A time or a memory where you felt faith.
A different time or memory where you felt faith.
And the subconscious will bring it forward now.
And we're getting better at this,
So I want you to become as clear as you can.
Even if it's fuzzy,
Let it just become as clear as it can.
What you can see,
What you can hear,
What you can smell,
What's going on in this time and memory where you felt faith.
And allow it to become as clear as it possibly can.
And notice the other feelings present as you remember this time where you felt faith.
Not needing to judge at all,
Just observing what comes through.
Trusting what comes through is absolutely perfect.
And we're turning up this vibration with joy and curiosity from a five to six.
Six to seven because you deserve it.
Seven to eight,
Keep going with me.
Eight to nine,
Turning it up.
Nine to ten,
Double this feeling as you breathe in.
Bring in this vibration of faith and let it go.
And as you let it go,
You're clearing the screen of your mind.
And this goes fast,
But that's what we want for the subconscious.
So one more time,
And it may be a little harder,
But let it come through.
I want you to find a different time or memory where you felt faith.
And if it isn't clear just yet,
That's okay.
Trust that it will come through.
Your subconscious will bring forward this time and memory where you felt faith now.
And allowing it to become as clear as it possibly can.
Notice what you can see,
All of the details.
What you can hear,
What's going on in this memory of faith.
What you can smell,
Sense,
Feel in this memory of faith.
And allowing it to become as clear and as vibrant as possible as we turn it up with joy and curiosity from a five to six.
Six to seven.
Seven to eight.
Eight to nine.
Nine to ten.
Double this feelings vibration in your body,
In your soul of faith.
Taking a big breath in,
Anchoring it in,
Down,
Around.
And let that breath go.
And allowing all of that feeling to absorb.
A lot of the power comes in the reflection.
Again,
Without judgment,
Just reflection and contemplation of what came through for you.
And the more we really remember the feelings we have already had,
We can pull that feeling towards us again.
And we are more likely to notice when it is here.
So celebrate that.
Celebrate what came through without judgment,
Without comparison.
Celebrating with gratitude what came through for you.
Those are gifts,
Not things you're not doing,
Not things you're pulling towards you.
And it is such a gift.
And allow it to feel that way with gratitude.
Really draw from those feelings and memories and find the faith.
