This is a simple and direct practice referred to as the Micro Method. Use it when you're experiencing a stressful thought or physical discomfort. It helps to release layers of subconscious fear by creating a supportive feeling state from the heart space. It can be practised anytime and anywhere. The more you practice, the more proficient you become at meeting and releasing fear. My teachers from The Institute for Intuitive Intelligence taught me this practice. Music by Chris Collins.

Welcome to the micro method practice.

This is a practice where we move from subconscious fear back to love.

This practice can be used anytime.

It is helpful to use when you're feeling stress,

Anxiety or fear,

Including any physical symptoms you may be experiencing.

When you notice the stressful or anxiety-ridden thoughts or you're experiencing pain or discomfort in your body,

Then this practice is here to support you.

Take a moment to have a full cleansing breath in through the nose,

Letting go out through the mouth with a sigh.

Bring to mind a stressful thought or physical symptom that is calling for your attention today.

Take a moment to rate that stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of 1 to 10.

10 being the most intense.

Our aim is to bring that number down with this micro method practice.

Again taking a nice full deep breath in through your nose,

Letting it go out through the mouth with an audible sigh.

Begin to slow your breathing,

Perhaps extending the exhale.

As your breathing begins to slow and your body soften,

Place two fingers or the palm of your hand at the center of your chest.

Thinking about that stressful thought or physical symptom,

Ask in your mind or out loud,

What is the dominant fear in this situation?

The answer that arrives will be brief to the point.

You will see,

Hear,

Feel or know the answer.

It may be a word,

An image or a short phrase.

What is the dominant fear in this situation?

Allow that answer to drift to the back of your mind for a moment.

I invite you to turn your attention now to images or thoughts that evoke feelings of deep gratitude,

Appreciation,

Joy,

Freedom.

It may be a happy memory,

Holiday,

It may be a cherished family pet or simply your favorite meal.

Whatever it is,

Call it to mind and allow it to carry the high vibrational feeling state of gratitude.

As you sink into and connect with that feeling of gratitude,

Allow yourself to give yourself over fully to this feeling with your whole being,

Allowing it to build in intensity.

Allow it to expand within you,

Sinking deep into that feeling state of gratitude,

Joy,

Appreciation and freedom.

Take a minute now to really be with this feeling state.

If the mind should wander,

Simply call it back to that feeling state.

Continue to allow that gratitude and joy to flow through your body,

Surrounding you in this vibration and as you are ready,

Breathing that all in,

Taking a deep breath,

Letting go out through the mouth with a sigh.

When you feel ready,

Look around for that stressful thought or physical symptom that you rated on a scale of 1 to 10.

When you find it,

Rate it again.

If the number is above 2,

I invite you to simply go back and be in this state of gratitude for a few more rounds.

This practice is here to support you by taking a moment to connect with your subconscious fear.

You rise and bring it into your conscious awareness,

Changing its vibrational state,

Inviting you and course-correcting you back to that vibration of love.
