Awaken me,

Awaken me,

Awaken me,

Awaken me So see if your body is relaxed.

Is your face relaxed?

Your tongue.

If you want to leave your eyes open,

Let your gaze be soft.

Are your shoulders dropped?

Let your breathing slow down another little bit.

Let your abdomen be as relaxed as it can be.

Give it permission to flop.

No constriction in your hips.

Your arms relaxed.

Maybe twiddle your fingers just to make sure that they're not holding some unconscious tension.

Loose,

Open,

Relaxed.

Let your legs be relaxed.

It's much easier for them to be relaxed if they're not crossed.

Let your knee joints feel open and clear.

Lower legs,

Feet.

Wiggle your toes to make sure that they're there and that they're not scrunched up.

Your energy field is wider than your body,

Always.

It's kind of what feels like your personal space or your aura.

And it's kind of like an egg shape around your body.

I want you to be aware of that egg shape of energy that defines your personal space.

I want you to be aware of it,

Especially the part of it that goes into the floor beneath you,

Into the earth.

Be aware of your energy is not blocked by the floor beneath you or the earth beneath you if you're outside.

Be aware that the energy that defines you is not blocked by what you're standing upon.

Feel that your energy goes beneath the earth.

A foot and a half,

Like 50 centimeters would be very normal of a drop below your feet into the earth or through the floor.

When we tune into the lower part of our energy field,

Our aura,

It helps to,

To stay in your body.

Somehow you kind of feel your position in the earth,

On the earth is more solid.

Notice if tuning into your aura beneath the floor surface,

Notice if it makes you feel more robust in your body.

Does it make you feel a bit different,

Does it make your body feel a bit different?

Welcome that density,

Be present to it.

Let's bless this beautiful body and give it gratitude because it's allowed this experience to happen.

Blessed for all the steps it's walked,

All the meals it has digested,

All the stories it's holding,

All the participation that it has enabled.

Our bodies are an amazing self-healing,

Self-regulating servant to what you really are.

Let there be some gratitude for it,

Deep gratitude for it.

And in seeing the body in that way as something that serves a deeper movement within you,

Already removing from I am the personal to what is looking at the body,

What is giving gratitude to the body.

And so let your awareness drop more into the source of that gratitude,

The source of that which is noticing the body.

Go into that subtle place within you that recognises the body for what it gives you.

Interestingly enough,

Complaints about the body will happen when you're more attached to the body and heart energy,

Love,

Compassion,

Gratitude.

Our attitudes towards the body that help us to move to the impersonal.

Because there's always love there,

Selfness there,

Openness.

See your body from a little bit of a distance.

Where you're looking from,

Let it be spacious.

Unencumbered by the stories of my life.

That impersonal viewpoint.

That has an attitude of softness towards the body as it sees the body.

Notice the felt sense of where you're looking from.

It probably is spacious.

It might feel still,

Quiet,

Silent.

The absence of the thinking mind,

Or at least it's on lower value.

Peaceful.

There might be a sense of it being an inner sanctuary.

Just notice what the felt sense of it is like for you.

It's a viewpoint that is not in the zone that says I am my body,

But it notices that there's a beautiful body there.

This impersonal or objective or observing I am position rather than I am my body,

I am period.

From that sense of awareness that can be aware of the body.

Let's take a close look at some viewpoints of your body while we stay and rest in the impersonal viewpoint.

If you're somebody who who who dies into the sense sense of spaciousness inside,

Then notice your physical body in front of you.

Within the space that is the impersonal.

Picture your body.

And notice the personality that is combined with that body.

Let's just acknowledge it and invite it in.

And let's invite in the emotional database.

Capacity that comes with that body and personality to.

So that all three aspects of your incarnation.

All those three aspects.

Body,

Mind,

Emotions.

Are acknowledged and in view in front of you.

Now that you have a sense of them if you're not a visual person that you have a sense of like,

Yeah,

There is the body.

There's the personality.

That I imagine is me.

And there's my emotional,

You know,

My introvert extrovert,

Like,

What way does my emotional capacity play?

Sensitive to some things,

Not to other things.

Certain things bring that body mind mechanism,

Joy and certain things it resists.

Allow all of your humanness to show up in front.

We're bringing your incarnation into your awareness,

You as awareness.

Including.

It's including your human incarnation.

From this viewpoint.

Awareness of.

You pretend to be sometimes.

From this viewpoint,

Notice that that body mind mechanism.

Is going to get much older.

Stay in the impersonal.

Do not run.

Do not run any stories through you because a story will create an emotional content.

What's important is stay in the impersonal.

And notice that human part of you.

Imagine it getting older.

Decrepit.

Bent over.

Thinner.

Notice it getting wisdom.

Shrinking.

Notice it losing some vitality.

Notice it without emotional reaction.

Stay in the impersonal stay as awareness of.

Awareness of the declining body,

The aging process.

Can you view it as awareness.

With love.

And is there acceptance and like,

Yeah,

That might well happen.

If you're caught in the story,

But if you're rejecting it,

You've left the position of awareness.

And that,

You know,

Declining in vitality,

Physical form.

Let's add lots of physical pain.

Said lots of physical pain.

Imagine that decrepit older person.

Maybe being on pain medication.

Maybe having leg ulcers,

Bed sores.

Gangrene.

Cancer.

Maybe it will have.

An absence of mobility.

Vision.

Hearing loss.

And notice.

Physical pain.

Can you stay as awareness.

As that one is enduring physical pain.

Can you let their senses,

The senses of your personality shut down.

You.

Lose your eyesight.

To lose your hearing.

And let's see if that older person gets really frustrated because of these abilities.

Can you stay as awareness and notice you.

Your incarnation.

Having dementia.

Allow these these images to show up.

If you have hidden fear,

You're going to feel it.

Stay as awareness.

Let that be here,

Too.

Notice you as a very old human being.

Losing control.

Control over your balance.

Control over feeding yourself.

Control over your bathroom functions.

Losing control.

Let it be here.

Let it be here.

As pure awareness,

Notice.

Notice and allow.

This beautiful.

Very aged physical form.

Is lying back on a chair.

And death is coming.

Stay as awareness.

And that beautiful human being.

Exhales for the last time.

Stay as awareness.

And notice.

Your older body.

Lifeless.

Loses its color.

Has that pasty,

Yellowy.

Waxi skin.

On your face.

Because blood flow has stopped.

See the body going to that stiffness that rigor mortis state.

Can you stay in the impersonal?

Notice if you got pulled into having emotional responses.

Notice.

Reactions.

Notice it.

Try not to lose your footing as pure awareness.

Let those emotional reactions come and go if they've shown up.

Let them be there.

Don't suppress them.

They will move on.

And your family or those around you have.

Disposed of your body in the ground or.

Chucked your ashes somewhere.

Your closets are emptied out.

Your things moved on.

Your phone line disconnected.

Whatever has your name on it now has somebody else's name on it.

And the story of you fades out.

Goes into people's memories.

And that fades to.

To eventually all traces of you disappear.

Of your incarnation disappear.

Notice if you are abiding as pure awareness.

Notice what has happened in your body.

Is the state that I was placing words on a little bit earlier.

Is it still there?

Is it still spacious?

If it was.

Still.

Peaceful.

Objective.

To still have that sense inside that inner sanctuary.

Just notice if there's agitation.

Notice.

Remain.

As you were.

Before you incarnated.

During this incarnation.

What you really are remains the same.

And when there isn't even a memory of this incarnation.

To be found anywhere.

You will still remain the same.

That state of stillness,

Spaciousness,

Peacefulness.

Awareness.

That is untouched.

By the story of you rising and departing.

However long it will last for.

It came and it will go.

Are you genuinely.

Okay with this.

In your body.

We can accept the concept of it but never bring it into the body.

I need you to bring it into the body.

So that there is no lurking pockets of fear of losing your independence,

Losing any recognition of your body.

As it might deteriorate.

Saying yes to physical pain if that's how it's going to roll out for you.

Saying yes to dementia if that's going to be how it rolls out for you.

Saying yes to.

You as a corpse because that will roll out for you that will.

That will.

That's coming.

Is there,

Is there a genuine acceptance and a mature acknowledgement in your body.

And in our body is where we go.

When awareness is manifesting here in form in our body is where we go to find.

To find a recognition of pure awareness.

A recognition of pure awareness.

In this dimension which is everything which is everywhere we go into our bodies to find it.

So that might seem like a paradox but I hope it's getting clear that.

Yeah,

Because if I was in my head around it it's just the idea but yeah sure I'm going to die.

It's not what I'm talking about.

I'm talking about making sure that the story that is going to roll out whatever version of the story is going to roll out for you.

That there is no part of that experience that will create identification.

I am having this experience and I'm scared.

Because fear will show up.

If you have lost this inner ability to see,

To observe,

To recognize what's real underneath the story of you.

So each of you will know what's uncomfortable.

What's the resistance towards aging.

In its,

In its kind of,

In its worst case scenario,

From a human perspective.

Aging and death.

Can you say,

Yep,

Bring it on.

All of those experiences.

Bring them on.

And it won't shake you away from the awareness of the stillness that is playing,

Playing a mirage,

Playing with experiencing as form,

Playing with the story of you as a ghost for its aging and death.

That's actually all that's happening.

But you can totally recognize that if the story of you aging and dying causes you to leave what's real and go into story and try to control it and try to contract it.

You see.

If you need to re listen to this meditation,

Several times then do it,

Give yourself the gift of being able to say yes to however it rolls out,

Because it does not shake your viewpoint.

Whatever wants to happen.

Nope.

It's happening the form.

And I honor that experience,

But it's not going to ignite the controller,

It's not going to going to ignite identification.

The personal needs happening to me.

It's like,

Yeah,

It's happening to what you are in human form.

But it doesn't touch what you really are.

The baseline from where this incarnation came and where it's leaving.

Let your physical declining and death in whatever way it's going to come.

Say yes to it.

See if you can say yes to it right now.

Can you say yes?

It's a very personal,

Intimate thing.

And it will open the doorway for your death to be full of grace.

The more you can be aware of hidden pockets of fear,

Resistance,

The more you can be aware of contractions around your own potential declining and certain death and how your death will happen.

The more you can be aware of it.

You will be setting up wiring in your brain for you to be in your true nature as your body declines and at the moment of death.

Be in your true nature.

As you face these beautiful spiritual opportunities.

Because each event that happens on our life is a setup to help us awaken and stay solid in our awakened state.

So each of you will know.

Do I have more work to do there?

Or can I genuinely feel,

Yep,

I'm still in my body and I can say yes to a pretty rough declining,

A pretty painful declining.

I can meet us all with grace.

You can do that completely bypassing and imagining that it's grace and being in your head.

And well,

Then I'd have to say a better look next time.

Or you can be solid in your body right now.

To where you know,

There is no contraction here.

I can play with the worst case scenario and authentically I'm saying yes to all of us.

The impersonal viewpoint has no problem with how personal experience rolls out.

Because the impersonal knows that it's a play of light that shows up.

As human form,

And it's honored,

And there was compassion for it,

And love and respect for it.

And the laws of the personal are honored.

There was no contraction.

There was no fear.

Truly,

Nothing is lost and nothing is gained.

May it roll out as it needs to roll out.

Are you at that place right now within you?

How the end of my life needs to roll out.

I'm saying yes to it.

From the objective viewpoint,

Not as a victim not doing the right thing not because Jack says it.

But because inside me,

There is a knowing that every experience comes and goes,

And it does not touch what is real.

My true nature,

The stillness that's inside all the time.

Send love and blessings to your incarnation.

There is a viewpoint within you that knows it's already done.

That you're already snuffed out.

There is a viewpoint inside that is not tied to linear time and knows that actually I've already disappeared.

There's a viewpoint there too.

If you have access to that,

Great.

If you don't,

I just want to say hey,

That's there too.

Let there be love and compassion and a yes to however the incarnation wants to expire,

Roll out.

And notice if there's like,

Oh my God,

I have to do things to prevent it.

Just notice,

Like,

Okay,

Notice the controller.

Be still.

Be still.

If,

Obviously this is live,

But if you've listened several times to this and you're clear that actually there is no fear around the end of my life and my passing.

Is there a yes to,

Yep,

What I am is going to show up as another incarnation?

Is there a yes to that possibility?

Is it recognized to be the play that it is?

Nothing more than playing with experiences.

Is it recognized that,

Wow,

Anytime what I am is born in physical form,

It has the capacity to believe its mind.

From pure awareness,

That's kind of beautiful to recognize.

Can you recognize that?

And if you're locked into identification right now,

And if this impersonal viewpoint,

You don't have experience with it right now,

Notice,

Yep,

I'm having the experience of believing thoughts.

That's what's going on here,

Having the experience of believing thoughts.

It's very convincing.

It works.

We really do imagine that we have autonomy,

That we've fallen asleep and that we're waking up.

And that's the script of incarnating.

That's the script that we all play.

Deepen your recognition that it's a script.

It's a script.

If you want to be honored,

Enjoyed,

Embraced fully,

Respected,

Then you're present,

Then there's no avoidance and no resistance.

Your beingness,

You as awareness,

There's no problem with however your life is going to finish.

There's no problem with it.

Whatever experience is going to be had is going to be had.

Can you in your body,

Can you,

Can you bring you as pure beingness,

As pure awareness into a felt sense in your body.

And that's what we call embodied awakening.

And that viewpoint be here.

And so notice if,

If you need to re-listen to this a few times,

Use it as an opportunity to,

To get super clear.

In a,

In a,

In a real way,

You know,

In an authentic way for yourself.
