Good evening,

This is Jax and welcome to your sleep meditation with some affirmations.

These affirmations are here for you,

So let's get comfortable.

Find yourself in a comfortable position lying down.

Allow your body to be fully supported by the bed underneath you.

And is there anything you can do right now to get 5% more comfortable?

I find the breath is so important to transition into this moment,

So let's just take a deep breath in and a big deep breath out.

And then we're going to do three rounds of the psychological sigh to release the day.

So come join me.

Let's take two really slow deep breaths in through the nose.

Big open mouth exhale.

Two more.

Soften your eyes.

Feel the jaw unclench.

The forehead smooth.

Eyebrows unfurrow.

Feel the shoulders soften.

The thighs.

The feet.

And feel the weight of your body sinking down into the mattress or whatever surface you're lying down on.

There's nothing you need to do right now.

Nowhere you need to go.

Everything else can wait.

This time right now is for you to rest,

To soften,

And to be.

So once again,

Find your breath.

With every breath out,

You just let go a little bit more.

That could be physically.

Maybe you just let go of any tension you might be feeling in the body.

That could be mentally.

You might let go of that train of thought that just keeps looping.

Whatever letting go feels and looks like for you right now.

And begin to bring your attention to my words and allow these affirmations to just gently wash over you.

There's no need to try to remember them.

Your subconscious mind is listening for you.

So you can repeat these affirmations in your mind or you can just listen to my words.

Like I said,

There's nothing you need to do.

No pressure.

These affirmations are here for you to support you however you need them.

I am allowing myself to rest.

I release today with ease.

I trust that everything is unfolding as it should.

I am exactly where I need to be.

Everything is always working out for me.

I trust in the divine timing of my life.

I am worthy of rest,

Peace,

And ease.

I let go of pressure,

Expectations,

And what I cannot control.

My mind is calm.

My body is relaxed.

My nervous system is at ease.

I am doing my best and that is more than enough.

I trust myself.

I trust my life.

And I trust the process.

I am enough exactly as I am.

I am supported even when I'm not aware of it.

I am guided even when I feel uncertain.

I am held even in the quiet.

I am allowed to slow down,

Pause,

And rest deeply.

I am calm.

I am at peace.

I am safe.

I am allowed to soften.

My body knows how to find ease.

I am worthy of love and gentleness.

I deserve rest,

Care,

And compassion.

I am worthy of good things.

My mind is allowed to be still.

My thoughts can slow down.

I can rest without overthinking.

I trust my mind to settle naturally.

Peace is available to me.

Things are working out for me in unseen ways.

I release today with ease.

I did enough for today.

I can pick things up again tomorrow.

I can let go of what I cannot control.

I give myself permission to rest.

If you're still here with me,

Take a deep slow breath in and a deep slow breath out.

If you're still here with me,

Take a deep slow breath in Although this meditation is coming to a close,

Remember it's okay to rest and come back to this anytime you want to find a little bit more ease before you sleep.

Good night.
