Welcome to find your flow and let go breath work with jacks.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seated or lying down position.

Gently close down your eyes if that's comfortable for you and just begin to focus on your breath.

Take a deep inhale through your nose allowing your lungs to fill with fresh air and when you're ready exhale slowly through your mouth releasing any tension and repeat this deep breathing a couple of times just starting to sink in with the natural tone and texture and rhythm of your own unique breath and while you embrace the rhythm of your deep breaths can you allow the threads of your thoughts and distractions to gently unravel so it's as if you picture each inhalation as a cascade of tranquility embracing your body and every exhalation is just a gentle release bidding farewell to any traces of stress or tension or distractions just let yourself sense the soothing energy coursing through you settling into the nooks of your body softening the contours of your face with each breath that you take allowing the eyes to be gentle creating a little space between the teeth and just letting the shoulders melt down the back of your body and now let's shift your focus to a calming and grounding breath we're gonna do four seven eight so in a moment we're gonna do a couple rounds together and then you'll have a minute on your own so you'll inhale quietly through your nose for a count of four hold your breath with no tension for a count of seven and then exhale completely either through your nose or through your mouth for a count of eight before we do that let's just take a smooth breath so give me one deep breath in and one smooth deep breath out and then inhale for one two three four hold the breath one two three four five six seven exhale eight seven six five four three two one inhale one two three four hold one two three four five six seven exhale eight seven six five four three two one inhale hold exhale repeat this cycle for one minute let each breath guide you into a deeper state of relaxation and just be with the breath you can let that cycle of breath go and then just sit in the natural rhythm of your own breath for a couple breaths here and now we're gonna shift into a rhythmic pattern of breath so we're going to do box breathing for a count of three so we'll inhale for a count of three hold for three exhale for three and then hold for three and we're just gonna allow this breath work to create a sense of balance and ease so give me that smooth breath deep breath in deeper breath out inhale for one two three hold one two three exhale three two one hold three two one inhale one two three hold one two three exhale three two one hold three two one inhale hold exhale hold take this next minute to go even deeper into your breath work practice and then just let that cycle go and once again sit in the natural rhythm of your breath and finally we're gonna transition and end today's practice with a more energizing breath for 20 rounds together so in a moment we're gonna inhale deeply through the nose and then exhale with a forceful release through the mouth so it'll be and when we do this breath work I want you to have the intention of letting go any stagnant energy any stress any thoughts and then making room for positivity vitality gratitude whatever you want to breathe life into today so my question for you before we end with this breath work is what do you want to breathe into today all right let's take that smooth breath before we do 20 rounds together so give me a deep expansive breath in and a deeper breath out inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale take a deep breath in and a deeper breath out and just sit in the natural rhythm of your breath and then just ease back into a more tender breath just drawing in those qualities of serenity through your nose like you're capturing the essence of a peaceful breeze and then you're just allowing your exhales to escape to carry away any lingering tension like the whispers of the wind and all the while just taking this moment to embrace the gentle ebb and flow of your breath almost like a calming wave finally just take a moment to appreciate the stillness and calmness you've cultivated and I hope you carry the sense of flow and release with you throughout the rest of your day your evening whenever you're listening to this track and when you're ready if the eyes are closed you can gently open them thank you so much for joining this breath work find your flow and let go with me Jax may you continue to embrace your serenity within and I will see you next time
