It seems that we spend our lives seeking answers.

You are here because you're seeking answers.

How do we create more,

Grow a business,

Balance life,

Family,

Business,

And take care of ourselves?

I'm Jackie Almer.

Thanks for spending this time with me.

I want to share some concepts about be,

Do,

And have,

And what must happen for success to show up.

We want answers that satisfy our quest to live the life we've dreamed of,

And it's important for you to know,

For you to remember,

And embrace your role in finding the answers and creating what you want.

One of my mantras,

I am fully invested in knowing that my true ability and power lies in my mind and therefore my own ability to create all that I want.

I've learned a lot about the power of the mind,

Being intentional with my thoughts,

And learning to manage my thoughts.

This is the key to being.

Being is more important than doing,

Than focusing on working hard or the grind and the hustle.

Success really is more about ease and flow and elegant and effortless.

We create everything first in our minds.

Are you creating with ease or with hustle?

Who must you be to create the life you love to do so with ease and flow in an effortless way?

Albert Einstein is attributed with saying,

If I had one hour to solve a problem,

I would spend 55 minutes thinking about it and five minutes actually solving it.

So what does this mean?

When you put your mind to work,

It does just that.

It goes to work for you.

It seeks answers.

And if you give it time,

They will show up.

When there's something I want to do,

Something I want to have,

Or a type of characteristic who I want to become,

I begin to ask questions each night for my mind to solve.

How do I become the person who has success in business?

What qualities does a peak performer have?

How do I need to show up to have the best marriage possible?

Why is it so easy for me to spend time with my children frequently,

Even though we're over 1500 miles apart?

How am I able to experience more travel,

Despite restrictions and shutdowns?

I do this in all the five key areas of my life.

I call these my five favorite F words.

Faith.

That's one.

Why is it so easy for me to be happy and joyful?

Why is it so easy for me to attract awesome people into my life and business?

Why is it so easy for me to believe that I'm worthy,

That I'm capable,

And that I am the exact right person for my clients?

My second favorite F word or bucket,

Family and friends.

Those are my relationships.

Why is it so easy for me to have such a great relationship with my husband,

With my son,

With my daughter,

With my daughter-in-law,

With other family,

With friends and clients?

How do I show up as my best self each day?

My third favorite F word or F bucket,

Fun.

Why do I always make each task and all that I do throughout the day so much fun?

What will I do for fun tomorrow?

Fitness is my fourth bucket,

And for me it makes up more than just health and wellness,

As you'll see as you get to know me better.

Why do I love my workouts so much?

Why does my body reward me with feeling good,

With high energy and vitality?

Why do I make such good food and eating choices?

Why is it so easy for me to get at least 10,

000 steps in each day?

And then my final favorite F word or bucket is finance.

Why is it so easy for me to sign up clients into my coaching academy?

Why is it so easy for me to connect with and convert people through Instagram,

Social media?

How do I so easily hit my income goals each month?

Being is the biggest part of life and business,

So I like to get into the being energy before I do anything.

I do my daily workout each morning.

I check in and do more during the day when I feel flustered,

Overwhelmed.

I'll stop,

Take deep breaths,

Do a thought download,

Or just journal if I need to.

And I always ask myself the tough questions.

Is it true,

Whatever this thought or emotion is that I'm feeling?

What am I making up about the situation I'm feeling myself in right now?

Here are six words that truly changed my life.

You are where your attention is.

You are where your attention is.

Our external life,

Or in other words,

The life we're currently living,

Is a reflection of where our attention is most focused.

And our attention is focused subconsciously and on autopilot most of the time.

You know what I'm talking about.

You know how you can get in your car and you can drive for a ways,

Arrive at your destination,

Realize that you've been so deep in thought that you don't even really remember the drive?

Did you close your garage door?

We use autopilot for a lot of things.

I've learned to use this sentence anytime my life feels out of kilter or if I have an issue with someone or I'm faltering in pursuit of a goal or anything really,

I simply ask where is my attention focused?

When I can calm my mind,

Clear my ego out of the way,

And that can be challenging sometimes,

And take back control over my thoughts,

The direction I want to have my attention focused in illuminates.

If you have goals and you're frustrated that you aren't yet achieving them,

Then it's time to do some work to figure out why not.

The best way to seek the answers for how to hit our goals in order to do that,

We must make sure that we're asking the right questions.

Most of the time when we have a goal,

We focus on the how,

How to do something,

How,

What action steps do we need to take to hit that goal?

What if we shifted that focus on the being?

Who must you be or become to achieve that goal?

If I'm a top mindset and business coach,

Who do I have to be or become?

How does that person show up each day?

Well,

I know that person would be committed.

They would be organized.

They would have a plan.

They would be enthusiastic.

They would have an energy of calm and certainty.

Think about your goal.

Visualize yourself having achieved it.

Now answer the following questions.

Who would I have to have become to have accomplished that goal?

What would I have had to do after becoming that person?

What actions would I be taking?

And how would I feel right now after accomplishing it?

I work through this a lot with my coaching clients because most of them have a goal of hitting six or seven figure incomes in their business.

So let's just take a million dollars as an income goal.

Ask the questions.

Who would I have to be to have made a million dollars?

How would I show up?

What would I have had to have done?

What action steps to have made a million dollars?

And how would I feel now after having made that million dollars?

Could I possibly be the same person I am now?

And yes,

Of course,

Some things about you would remain the same,

We hope,

And many things would have to change,

Habits,

Thinking,

Beliefs,

Actions,

Just to name a few of the things that would have to change.

Some things would have to go to be released and some new things would have to be adopted.

And if it were as easy as social media makes it sound,

We would all be thin,

Rich,

And living our dream enlightened life,

Right?

But our personal trainer can't do the pushups for us.

No one forces certain foods down our throat or makes the healthy choices for us.

A book or a course doesn't automatically make our bank account explode with automated deposits.

One time meditating doesn't clear up all the mental roadblocks that we've placed in front of us.

And living a dream life takes energy,

Planning,

And a very focused approach while staying enlightened.

Here's how this was summed up to me.

Your life is a reflection of you.

Your life is a reflection of you.

Okay then,

How do we create change?

Well remember,

You are where your attention is.

So what are you focused on?

If I already had blank,

Who would I be?

Who would I have had to become?

We've talked a little bit about this,

Some initial character traits.

I would have to be committed and responsible.

So I asked myself,

Am I being committed to my goals?

Am I taking full responsibility?

You might want to rate yourself on commitment,

On actually taking full responsibility.

What does being committed mean to you?

Here's where doing comes in once we're clear on who we must be.

What would I have had to have done?

Some initial actions.

Well,

I'd have to prioritize whatever that goal is and I'd have to get organized to do the actions,

To set up the time,

To bring whatever into my home or put in my refrigerator,

Whatever that goal is,

I would have had to have prioritized and organized some specific things.

So then I asked myself,

What are my current priorities and do they align with that particular goal?

Am I planning?

Am I being organized?

Am I being intentional with my marketing,

Contacts,

Follow-ups,

Signups,

And delivery of products in my business,

For instance?

Am I organized in my actions and pursuit of my goals?

And then,

How would I feel after achieving the goal?

Well,

Some initial thoughts on feelings for me would be,

I feel accomplished.

I feel empowered.

I feel like a contributor to the lives of others.

Conjure up what the feels are going to be like for you and get into that place as you focus on being.

So I asked myself,

Do I feel accomplished at the end of each day in pursuit of my goal and my goals?

And if not,

What can I do what needs to be done to have this feeling?

Do I feel empowered about my ability to achieve my goal?

And how will I develop this feeling if I don't feel that way currently?

Here are some steps that I recommend you take.

These are some steps that I take.

I do my daily thought work.

I do my thought downloads.

I journal.

I ask questions of my mind.

I practice my affirmations.

I do my visualization.

I meditate.

And then I take intentional committed action,

Inspired action toward my goal.

I want to recommend that you commit for 30 days and then keep going.

You want to learn to see things as you want them to be,

Not as they currently are.

So focus on ways of being versus ways of doing or the things you want first and foremost.

So what does committed mean to you?

Is being committed part of your identity?

How do you committedly pursue your goal?

Thoughts are just an illusion.

And there's a lot of stuff that you're making up in your head.

But here's the powerful thing.

Thoughts can be changed when we're intentional.

We get stuck making past experiences tell us how future experiences are going to play out.

Experience tells us if we let it.

No,

That's not how it works for you.

You aren't that type of person to achieve XYZ.

But just remember,

You are the thinker of your thoughts.

You are not your thoughts.

And you can choose new thoughts.

In fact,

For most of us to achieve bigger goals,

We must intentionally choose those new thoughts.

And we have to run them through our mind over and over again.

So what's the biggest thing in your life that's a challenge?

What's working?

What do you want to change?

What are your biggest fears?

What's not working?

Are these challenges real or the illusion of thought?

Be the observer of your thoughts.

Stop the pattern and interrupt the tendency to default to a past belief or thought if you catch yourself doing it.

I want you to try this and watch what begins to show up in your life.
