Good morning and welcome to this meditation exercise.

You might still be in bed or is fully awake in a seated position.

Find a comfortable position and let's begin this brand new day together by gently closing your eyes.

If you are in a seated position,

Remember to keep your back straight,

Shoulders relaxed.

Now let's take a few deep breaths.

When you inhale,

Breathe in joy,

Compassion and kindness.

And when you exhale,

Letting go of what's to come today.

Release all the tension that has built in your body overnight.

Inhale and exhale.

Be thankful for this opportunity to be present and to reconnect with yourself.

Be thankful for another day of being alive on this beautiful earth.

Now return to your normal breathing without any adjustment.

Shift your attention to your body from head to toe.

Check in with the top of your head,

Your brows,

Your cheeks,

Jaw,

Shoulders,

Neck,

Your back and the front of your body.

Both arms and fingers.

You may find that from time to time your mind shifts away from your body.

Just be aware of it and gently guide it back to your body.

Now let's move on to your hips,

Both legs and toes.

See if there is any tightness in any part of your body.

Kindly checking how your body is doing this morning.

May this day bring your peace to your mind and body and the courage to start anew.

Now I will be saying some affirmative sentences,

You may repeat after me or just kindly listen to them.

Take this positive energy with you during the day.

With continuous practice,

You will live by these affirmative sentences and spread the positivity to the others around.

Today is a beautiful day.

I am at peace with life.

I am healthy,

Happy and unique.

My potential is endless.

I appreciate to those who is closest to me and everything that happened in the past,

Because it has brought me to who I am right now.

I deserve to be loved and respected.

I am grateful for all that I have received.

I treat others with kindness and compassion.

I am loved and supported.

My mind is full of clarity and compassion.

I know that every day there are things that go out of control or not as planned,

But that's okay.

I chose to not let them affect my mind and I appreciate every good thing that I have encountered.

Now slowly bring your attention back to the present and return to your body.

Let's take a long deep breath.

Inhale and then exhale.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Thank you for practicing with me and have a wonderful day full of compassion and love.
