5 Elements Practice is a visualisation to help relieve the blocked emotions that are the cause of illness. We visualise the different elements as colour lights that we breathe into the organ associated with one of the five basic emotions. Then on the outbreath we imagine a dark smoke leaving through the sole's of our feet into the ground.
