So just find a comfortable seat.

Maybe you're laying down,

Maybe you're sitting up,

Maybe comfortable for you is standing.

Close your eyes if you'd like or keep them open.

If you want to close them but that's triggering for you but you also don't want to keep them all the way open because it feels awkward or uncomfortable,

You can just gently glance down the bridge of your nose.

So just kind of like down.

And then go ahead and take a big deep breath in through your nose and a big breath out of your mouth.

And again,

Big deep breath in through your nose.

Maybe breathing in a little bit more air and holding it there at the top.

And then letting a big exhale out of your mouth.

And then one more time,

Big deep breath in.

Breathing in a little bit more air and a little bit more and maybe a little bit more and holding it there at the top.

And holding it there at the top.

And then letting out a big lion's breath sticking out your tongue.

And then slowly start to breathe in and out of your nose.

Bringing your breath back to normal,

Whatever normal is for you.

Remembering that where you are right now at this point in your life is exactly where you're supposed to be.

Breathing in and out of your nose.

Relaxing your body deeper into the earth,

Feeling your muscles,

Feeling the bones,

Feeling your skin just getting heavier and heavier.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Knowing that life takes us on all sorts of twists and turns.

And the only thing we can control is the breath.

Knowing that all of us experience different sorts of pain,

But it's all the same.

We are all equal.

We are all on this journey together.

Breathing in and breathing out of your nose.

And if you have more time today,

You can lay in this space,

Continuing to breathe and continuing to focus on the breath.

But if you don't,

You can gently start to open your eyes.

Maybe bring your thumbs,

Knuckles,

Bring your palms together and bring your thumb knuckles to your third eye,

Which is the space in between your eyes.

Gently bowing your head and thanking yourself for taking a couple moments for you today.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

I hope you found this video helpful.

If you did,

Please give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends and family.

And I'll see you in the next video.

It's over before you know it, almost wishing the meditation lasted longer, feeling light and heavy at the same time 🙏💖✨️🌻😎
