Welcome.

Thank you for allowing me to participate with you in your journey of living is giving,

Sharing is caring.

Make yourself comfortable by sitting still or laying down.

Close your eyes.

Allow the muscles in your face and in your neck and in your shoulders to fall.

Keep relax your body and mind by just listening to your breathing.

Breathe very deeply and slowly.

Your mind of any questions of any responsibilities of any thoughts and desires.

I just breathing deeply by staying relaxed and still.

Take a moment and appreciate yourself for making the time to listen to this meditation.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Let's begin.

There is a notable pattern to life's momentum of giving and receiving.

The pattern is that emotional receiving follows emotional giving.

The more value you can give yourself and to others,

The more you will manifest the feelings you want to have,

Which are the feelings of joy and fulfillment.

Simply put,

You can get more love from others and from yourself when you give love first without obligation.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Perhaps what separates humans from most other life is our ability to emotionally give more love,

Give more patience and more respect to ourselves and to others to amplify the fulfillment we need to feel.

The general concept of giving is flexible and can be applied in different and prudent ways.

One way is to think of giving as a mind state of abundance.

For instance,

Viewing the concept of giving through abundant thinking lets us believe there's always enough in life to go around,

Meaning there's enough internal and external resources to sustain us in our reality.

There's enough creativity,

Enough ingenuity,

Enough friendship,

Enough possibilities,

Opportunities,

Patterns of success,

And so on,

So long as you are alive and willing to give first and receive second over time.

Take a long deep breath in and out.

Another point of view is believing the concept of sharing with others as a form of caring for others and then acting on that belief.

Acting on that belief immediately influences others to share and therefore care for you.

You may already know that we call this the law of reciprocity.

In this meditation,

We will refer to this concept simply as sharing is caring.

Take another deep breath in and out.

Fundamentally,

You have two giving-related conscious choices,

To live in a state of suffering or to live in a state of abundance.

The state of suffering is a result of an accumulating unfocused mind.

The state is dense and powerful.

The state of abundance is a mind skill that allows us to intensely focus on what we can control and surmount what we cannot control.

Before or whenever you're in a state of overwhelm,

It is critical you remind yourself immediately that you choose not to ruminate over the things you cannot emotionally control.

Things like the weather,

Public opinion,

Mistakes of others and their phobias.

Instead,

Focus on what you can emotionally control,

Which is the management of what you pay attention to,

The standard of what you are willing to accept from yourself,

And the love and respect you are willing to share and give to yourself first and to others second.

Take a deep breath in and out.

I invite you to please repeat after me.

There is always enough in my life to give.

I give to myself first and to others second.

Living is giving.

Sharing is caring.

Take a peaceful breath in and out.

The concept of giving also takes the form of your willingness to give away the pieces of who you are that hold you back.

This is done in order to maximize the growth into who you are meant to become.

To travel this concept,

Let's try running a thought experiment.

You may want to pause this meditation to contemplate this exercise at your own pace.

Genuinely ask yourself and think of the outcome of the following.

What would occur if I emotionally showed more love and more respect to myself and then to others?

What would occur if I emotionally showed more love and more respect to myself and then to others?

How would I benefit if I decided to pay more attention to what I can emotionally control?

How would I benefit if I decided to pay more attention to what I can emotionally control?

Take a deep breath in and out.

What similar thought experiments can you hypothesize and explore?

The clearer and more intense that you imagine the result of your thought experiments,

The higher the probability you will direct the ability to emotionally give more to yourself and to others to help amplify the fulfillment of your life.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Again,

I invite you to please repeat after me.

There is always enough in my life to give.

I give to myself first and to others second.

Everything is giving,

Sharing is caring.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Please take a moment to appreciate and thank yourself for the discipline you've shown throughout this meditation.

Take all the time you need to just breathe and remember you can return to this meditation whenever you please.

Remember that the more you practice this meditation,

The faster and easier it will work for you.

Thank you for taking the time to begin to internalize the concept of living is giving,

Sharing is caring.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and let me leave you with these words.

It's a great day to be alive.

Anchored in the simple concept that sharing is caring, this meditation provides guidance on giving first to yourself and then to others. Great narration and complementary music too.
