This practice is designed to help you overcome social anxiety. It includes three techniques that you will practice in your subconscious mind, so that consciously in the future social situations, you feel confident and calmer.

Welcome to another Hypnosis Audio from SoulMindPawa.

Listen to this audio only when your mind does not require your conscious attention.

And as you listen to my voice,

I wonder if you can simply close your eyes and go inward.

As you continue to breathe.

And as you continue to breathe and focus on each word I say,

I wonder if you can pay attention to every breath you take.

In the rhythmic pattern of each breath you inhale and exhale.

That's right.

Just focus on each breath and feel relaxed.

And as you concentrate on each breath,

Just relax and keep drifting down into this lovely state of relaxation.

Allow yourself to completely relax and drift deeper and deeper.

Deeply relaxed.

Knowing that most of us experience discomfort and unpleasant feelings such as stress,

Tension and anxiety.

And one of the ways to deal with the discomfort in our bodies and mind is to simply take deep breaths.

When you breathe deeply,

You inhale the air fully to fill your lungs.

And when you exhale from mouth,

It encourages full oxygen change.

That is the helpful exchange of incoming oxygen for outgoing carbon dioxide.

Which further leads to stabilizing of blood pressure and slowing down the heartbeat.

So let's practice taking three deep breaths now.

Inhale deeply from your nose.

Fill up your lungs with air.

And exhale from your mouth.

Take another deep breath.

Let's take another deep breath.

And exhale.

That's right.

So easy and effortless.

You have now learned one important technique to calm yourself down when you experience any physical or mental discomfort.

Another important technique is to objectify the unwanted feeling that you experience every time you go out and are in social settings.

Locate that feeling now in your body.

Just scan your body with your mind's eye and to help you with that,

I wonder if you can imagine a past situation where you got anxious.

And as you imagine that situation,

Feel that feeling in your body.

Get to the knowing of its place.

Where is that discomfort residing?

In which body part do you feel,

Visualize or notice it?

Get the knowing of it.

Once you have located it,

Objectify it and allow yourself to come up with any shape in any form or size.

Now give it a colour.

And the next step is to give it a texture.

Any texture that your mind wants to come up now.

So you want to stay with this unwanted object,

Constantly giving you discomfort in social situations.

No point in keeping it inside of your body,

Isn't it?

So let's get rid of it.

I am talking to that part of you that is highly creative and has the ability and capability to create anything with the mind's eye.

And I wonder how would this part like to get rid of the object?

Perhaps you want to prick it with a needle and bust it.

Or smash it with your foot.

Or let it go in a hot air balloon or a helicopter and let it drift away from you.

Let your mind come up with one way that will take the object away from you forever and ever,

Millions and millions of miles away.

Know that with this technique you can objectify the uncomfortable feelings and make them smaller and ultimately get rid of them with your own creative mind.

The more you do this,

The better you get at enhancing your creative skills.

Knowing that these are the skills and with any skill the more you practice the better it gets.

And that is what you will do from now on,

Isn't it?

And I wonder if you can imagine a color that represents confidence to you.

The confidence to ease any worries whatsoever of you being in the public.

Whatever that color is,

Just imagine that color around you.

Making you feel so confident,

Comfortable and relaxed.

And this is the third and the most powerful technique.

It could be just one color or a mix of two.

Whatever comes to your mind regarding confidence,

That is the color that you need to imagine surrounding you from all sides as I count from three down to one.

So three,

Two,

One and now.

Imagine your color of confidence all around you.

Maybe it feels soft to touch,

Perhaps like a cloud,

Fluffy and soft.

And as you notice it around you,

I want you to feel it with your hands.

Smell it,

Taste it.

Perhaps it has a sound too.

Just get the knowing of it.

And now start to inhale the color.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale the color now.

Feel super confident.

And when you exhale,

You exhale all the residual anxiety or stress out of your mouth.

So let's do it one more time.

Inhale.

Exhale.

That's right.

And I wonder if you can now imagine a future social situation.

Imagine yourself somewhere in a social setting.

And as you look at yourself in that situation,

You know that you're a bit different.

You're someone who has practiced and practices all the three techniques that we've talked about today.

And because of that,

You are now more aware of your thoughts,

Feelings and behavior.

Imagine the situation and notice how differently you behave in social settings.

Get the knowing of your body language,

Your tone,

Your behavior.

You are so much more confident.

You handle social situations with confidence and ease.

You deserve to feel calm and relaxed.

And you love you.

You are unstoppable.

That's right.

I'm going to count down from five down to zero with each count down.

These suggestions will go deeper in your subconscious mind.

Starting now.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

And zero.

I'm now going to count you up from one to five.

At five you will be fully awake.

Feeling great about yourself.

Confident.

Radiant and happy.

You start coming up with one.

Higher up with two.

Further up with three.

All your mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual bodies aligned at four.

At five eyes open wide awake.

When you are completely closed to new insights,

Dont keep still.

It'll keep you open.

You can do it.

It's students again guide you to new things and new thoughts that you enjoy doing.
