This beautiful Chakra practice is led by Mohanji. He teaches us that, when we shift our consciousness to the spine and to 360 degrees; the impact, the wear and tear of the events that we are exposed to in daily life, will be less. Nothing will touch us deeply, affect us or overwhelm us. You will maintain perfect equanimity and deep gratitude. Nothing happens by accident. Everything has a perfect reason, although we often cannot understand the reason from our level of consciousness. Our inability should not be interpreted as cosmic deficiency. Cosmic perfection is infinite and incomparable. Being ‘spine-oriented’ is a big shift. This is why, 360 degrees awareness is important. We automatically reach that level, where the Shakti energy meets Shiva at our Sahasrara, the top of our head. Practicing to be on that level will help you to shift to that level easily and at will.

Sit in a comfortable position and keep your spine erect.

Gently close your eyes and keep your eyes closed till the end of the meditation.

Be aware of the vibrations of your body from your toes to the top of your head.

Take gentle deep breaths and silently let your awareness travel through your entire body.

Relax every muscle of your body from your head to your toes.

Be aware of the vibrations of your body from your toes to your toes.

Relax every vein of your body.

Be aware of every movement within your body.

Be with those movements.

Be aware of those movements.

Accept those movements and be completely relaxed and comfortable.

Be aware of your breathing.

Be with your breath.

Flow with your breath.

Feel the breath entering through your nostrils.

Be aware of the prana that flows through each breath,

Rejuvenating your whole system.

Enjoy the prana.

Enjoy your breath.

Concentrate on the tip of your nostrils and be aware of your breath entering and exiting your body.

Along with your inhalation,

Gently take your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

Your atna chakra,

Your third eye.

Be aware of your third eye located at the space between your eyebrows.

Feel the prana entering through your nostrils and flowing through your third eye,

Consistently,

Smoothly and effortlessly.

Feel the increasing vibrations in your third eye as each new breath enters through your nostrils and flows into your third eye.

Feel the expansion taking place as more and more prana rejuvenates your third eye,

Making it shine brighter and brighter.

Enjoy the expansion.

Feel the brightness spreading wider and wider.

Feel the brightness thickening and dissolving all the blockages in your third eye and your entire brain.

Keep inhaling.

Be with your breath.

Concentrate only on your third eye and flow with your breath.

When mind is wandering,

Just let it go.

Do not follow your mind or your thoughts.

Just watch them as if you are watching a movie,

Witnessing it while not participating in it.

Be completely detached from your mind and be with your breath always.

Enjoy the increased brightness of your third eye.

Feel all the nerves of your body getting charged up as your third eye is getting more and more powerful.

All the nadis of your system are in perfect condition without any blockages.

Be with your third eye.

Now,

Gently bring your attention to the back of your brain,

The spot called bindu,

Located at the back side of your brain.

At the opposite side of your third eye,

Feel the prana entering through your nostrils.

And through your third eye,

It is reaching this point at the back of your brain.

Concentrate on this spot as if you have eyes and eyebrows at the back of your head.

And you are concentrating on that third eye,

Located between those eyebrows.

Keep caressing that spot with each inhalation.

And now,

Gently bring your attention to the back of your brain,

The spot called bindu,

Located at the back of your brain.

And through your third eye,

It is reaching this point at the back of your brain.

And through your third eye,

It is reaching this point at the back of your brain.

Flow with your breath into that space.

Feel the expansion happening in that spot at the back of your brain,

Rejuvenating the entire cells of your brain,

Sharpening your memory.

Feel the brightness spreading and consolidating in your brain.

Enjoy the lightness.

Flow with the prana through your nostrils into your third eye and to the back of your brain.

Is their presence here to receive the face of this world?

When thoughts are affecting your concentration,

Come back to your breath.

Keep inhaling,

Keep flowing.

Gently,

Breath by breath,

Slowly start descending from the back of your brain to the top of your spine.

Feel the rejuvenation happening at the top of your spine as each new breath brings in fresh prana through your nostrils,

Purified again through your third eye,

Filtered and purified again through the back of your brain into the top of your spine.

Slowly descend through your spine to your throat center,

Be with the spine.

Feel the prana entering through your nostrils to your third eye,

To the back of your brain,

Through the top of the spine and through the spine to your throat center,

Your throat chakra or vishuddha chakra.

Keep inhaling and enjoying the expansion taking place in your throat chakra.

Feel the brightness as more and more prana rejuvenates all the organs of your throat region,

Removing all blockages,

All ailments.

Enjoy the freshness and brightness.

Be with your breath and be in your spine.

Music Music Music As your entire throat region is vibrating and pulsating with fresh energy,

Slowly start descending through your spine to your anahata chakra,

Your heart center.

Be with your spine,

Flow with your breath.

Prana is entering through your nostrils to your third eye,

To the back of your brain,

To the throat center and through your throat center it gently flows into the heart center.

Feel the rejuvenation happening in your anahata chakra as more and more prana is flowing into your anahata chakra.

Feel the expansion.

Feel the rejuvenation as more and more prana enters your anahata.

Love will start to overflow.

Your heart will be filled with kindness and compassion.

You will be floating in love.

Enjoy the sensation.

Enjoy the expansion.

Keep expanding as much as you can.

Keep growing in love.

Enjoy the stimulation happening at the root chakra.

This meditation is like full day at a retreat center. And the narrator speaks with such kindness! I tried it several times and never got till the end coz it was too long for me.
