Welcome.

Thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.

Sit down in a comfortable position and begin to relax.

Start closing your eyes,

Focusing your attention on your breathing.

Start feeling your whole body get relaxed,

Feeling tension spots being softened.

Focus on your breathing movement,

How the air gets in and out from your nose.

You begin watching yourself inhaling light and in each exhale you're re-putting out stress,

Anxiety and depression along with the air.

You're maintaining your focus while keeping your consciousness aware.

You're awakening yourself meanwhile connecting to the source of all things.

Breathe,

Connecting yourself to your breathing that is always present.

Feeling the alignment of your spine,

Feeling as if it is now soft and bright.

Imagine a thread that gently pulls you raising your crown towards the sky.

Open your chest but don't enter a state of reverie.

Stay here while breathing.

You direct these words for you.

Self-care,

Self-love and self-compassion.

And now you begin feeling as if your energies run up and down inside your spine structure.

Nothing to do but relax.

There's nothing else left to do except for relaxing.

Nothing else left to do except for relaxing.

Release all tensions at each exhale.

There is no longer something to which the mind can be attached to.

Breathe,

Letting go of all thoughts.

There's nothing to be attached to for longer.

There is nothing to be attached to.

Now allow your mind to bring you back to those situations in which you felt incredibly happy,

In peace.

Feeling the liveliness,

Life's force and energy.

In those moments when you were in a state of well-being and self-love,

You were completely yourself in your whole splendor.

Visualize this place,

The exact place.

Where are you?

What's surrounding you?

What is there?

What is this place?

In this moment where you felt plain happiness,

Connected with your soul.

In this very special moment,

Was there any sound you could hear?

Could you hear anything?

Was it a sound coming from nature?

Someone's voice?

Was anyone else there?

Get to this place once more.

And now,

I want you to dive into these sensations.

How did you feel?

How was it like being yourself in this state of happiness and well-being?

And when you feel like this is the moment where you hit your highest vibrational point.

This being on your chest,

Your abdomen.

Focus your attention to know on which part of your body you feel this beautiful feeling of happiness at its highest.

And while spotting it,

You lay your hand on this area.

Breathing these emotions while connecting yourself to the center.

Enjoy this very moment.

In this visualization,

This very moment where you felt a sensation of wellness and excellence.

Breathe it in,

Taking some minutes to connect and anchor it.

Stay there with your own.

In this wonderful place that is within you,

Your home.

You know you're safe.

You might let it go,

But it will never let go of you.

You know that at any time,

You can go back to your place,

To your center.

So,

Whenever you want to relive these sensations,

You will let your center be touched so they can be released.
