Imagine this support knows exactly how to hold your body in just the right way,

Surrender your body to the support.

As you do so,

Let go of the stuff of the day.

Let it flow out on your breath.

Allow your body to become heavy as you breathe out and let go of the day.

With each out-breath,

Allow your body to become heavier and come back down to rest.

Let your mind do the same.

As you breathe out,

Allow your mind to soften.

Let the stuff of the day flow out on your breath.

With each out-breath,

Let yourself do the same.

The self that spin in the driver seat of your body and your mind.

Breathe out the stuff of the day.

Let it flow out.

As you breathe out,

Let yourself soften.

Soften within you.

With each out-breath,

Allow yourself to soften and come back down to rest.

Rest and just be.

Just be with the softening and coming down to rest on the ebb and flow of your breath.

Every level of your being softening and spreading a little.

Having room for inner space,

Lighter space.

Just being space.

The softness of just being.

As your body,

Your mind and yourself soften into resting.

Taking their rest.

In the soft velvet space of just being.

Breathe with the velvet softness.

Let it spread through you.

Considering i have slight insomnia lately and my brain feels wired, i almostttt fell asleep. Closest I have been to falling asleep during a meditation. I think if it went for a bit longer I would have fallen asleep 😴
