So good morning everybody.

Is everybody ready to meditate?

Feel the love today?

So today I wanted to talk about something that's.

.

.

You know I always keep it personal.

I try to always keep it as personal as I can because I want you all to feel like that we're engaged,

That we are together,

Right?

That we are a community.

So have you ever noticed about yourself,

And maybe you haven't,

And that's fine too,

That you work hard at getting somebody to like you,

Right?

You work really hard at getting somebody to just to love you,

Right?

So I'm taking this course with Krishna Das who is really amazing.

He studied so so much.

If you're not familiar with him,

He's a singer and he's a chanter and he's actually very popular.

Like really really really popular in the United States,

But all around the world actually.

I'm taking this course with him about his experiences and his journey,

Right?

And so he went over to India and he studied with the Maharishi and his experience is all about love.

Just like this unconditional amazing love that is just there,

Right?

And so one of the things he was talking about last night on this on this in this course was that he said,

You know,

We work so hard to get love from out there,

Right?

From other people,

From just everywhere out there,

But what we really need to do is we need to find it in here.

And I just burst into tears of course because that's so significant,

Right?

I mean we need to find the the unconditional love for ourselves in here and not out there.

And you know one of the things he said was was that we need to get rid of the longing that we have for all of that and surrender to love.

Wow.

And then he said,

This is like a kicker too,

Surrender is the recognition of realizing that we are not who we think we are.

I know that's rather deep for a Thursday morning,

Right?

That's that's really deep.

However,

If you think about it,

Who are we?

I mean when we are trying so hard to get the love from the outside world and the outside places,

Who are we?

Who are we being?

And then whenever we go inward and we look for the love there,

Who are we being there?

Isn't that amazing?

What a great thought.

Just such a beautiful thought.

Beautiful,

Beautiful.

And then he started talking about the mantras because you know the the course is about his journey but it's also about chanting and stuff which I just love.

And we're not gonna chant today so don't worry about that.

But he was talking about this really powerful mantra that we have used before and it kind of because of this whole entire conversation,

Obviously I'm just giving you a snippet of it,

But because of this whole conversation,

This particular mantra,

Kriya is so much more powerful.

And he's like this is one of the most powerful mantras and it's Sat,

Chit,

Ananda,

Right?

And what those words mean are truth,

Conscious.

Sat is truth.

Chit is consciousness.

Like consciousness.

Like I consciously think things,

Right?

And then Ananda is bliss,

Right?

So when we have those three things together,

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda,

Truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss,

It creates the unconditional love,

Right?

It creates the unconditional love that we are seeking so badly for,

So much.

Wow.

So,

You can guess what our mantra is going to be today.

Truth,

Consciousness,

And bliss.

I mean,

What is bliss?

Bliss is everything.

Bliss is joy.

Like that un- everything joy,

Right?

Just complete joy.

So let's get ourselves comfortable today.

Let's get ourselves comfy with either a blankie or,

You know I've been wearing these like scarves lately and they're like,

They're young,

They feel like comfy for,

You know,

For this kind of thing.

And so I don't have my blanket.

I should bring my blanket back.

So,

Um,

Okay.

So let's get ourselves comfy.

Let's let our eyes gently flick closed.

Put our hands on our laps with our palms up.

Let's take a really beautiful,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

So breathe in through your nose and hold it.

Let that beautiful air get to every cell in your body and let it out.

How did that feel?

Let's do that again.

Breathe in.

Really slow and deep and let it out.

Great job.

Good job.

Today I'd like us to start with relaxing our body a bit.

Starting with our heads and our necks.

Let's just put our attention on each one of these muscles and then relax them.

Our head and our neck and our shoulders,

Which hold so,

So much stress.

Our arms,

Our torso,

Relax all of those muscles.

Our abdomen,

Our legs and thighs,

Ankles and feet.

Let's relax our whole body.

As we get ready to sit in the silence,

Let's think about our mantra for the day.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Truth,

Consciousness,

Bliss.

And what does that mean to us?

The truth of love in our hearts,

Consciousness,

Knowing,

And bliss.

One of the highest emotions that we can understand.

Bliss.

Pure,

Absolute joy.

As we set to begin our meditation today,

Let's concentrate on one question.

Who am I going to be today to the world?

Who will I be today in the world?

Will you be joy?

Will you be bliss?

Will you be truth?

Will you be love?

So our mantra today is Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

I will keep the time.

If you feel yourself drifting,

It's all okay.

Just bring yourself back and know that everything is okay.

I will keep the time and let's begin.

Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Bliss.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Feel the chair where you're sitting.

And let's take a nice deep breath in.

And release.

And when you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

Thank you for joining me today.

I hope you all enjoy these.

I could have kept going.

I think I'm going to go back to meditation.

I could keep going for quite a while actually.

That felt really good today.

So,

I wish you all the best of love today.

Unconditional love.

And find that love in here.

Find that love in your heart.

And not out there.

Don't look for it.

Surrender to it here.

Surrender to the love in your heart.

Beautiful.

So,

Thank you for joining.

I love you all.

Namaste.

Thank you for being with me on every day for these meditations.

I appreciate you all.

Have a great day.

Bye.
