Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls.
The most massive characters are seared with scars.
Hadil Gibran.
Find a comfortable position where you feel supported,
Preferably reclining in a way that eases pressure on your abdomen.
Allow your eyes to close gently and take a deep,
Slow breath.
As you exhale,
Let any tension begin to melt away from your body as much as you can.
Inhale deeply and slowly fill your lungs.
And as you exhale,
Imagine a wave of relaxation gently sweeping through your body.
With each breath,
Visualize this wave washing over you,
Bringing calm and comfort to all areas of tension,
Especially your abdomen.
Picture yourself in a serene place where you feel completely at ease.
This could be a peaceful beach,
A cozy nook in the forest,
Or a warm sunlit space.
In this place,
You are surrounded by a comforting warmth that soothes and heals.
Feel this warmth like a gentle hand,
Easing any discomfort in your abdomen,
Softening the cramps and calming inflammation.
Imagine a soft,
Healing light glowing above your lower abdomen.
With each breath,
This light grows brighter,
Radiating warmth and relief.
Visualize this light as a healing force going deep into your muscles,
Easing pain,
Cramps and reducing discomfort.
This light is nurturing,
Filled with understanding,
Love and compassion for what you are experiencing.
As you continue to breathe and relax in your safe space,
Repeat these following affirmations silently or aloud,
Letting them sink deep into your consciousness.
I am surrounded by comfort and healing.
With each breath,
I allow myself to relax and release discomfort.
My body is capable of incredible healing.
I embrace my body's rhythms with kindness and patience.
I am stronger than my pain.
I move through discomfort with grace.
Now picture the pain and discomfort as dark particles within the warm light.
As you breathe out,
Visualize these particles being carried away from you,
Like the tide taking away debris from the shore,
Leaving behind only clean,
Warm sand.
With each breath,
Your body feels lighter and the discomfort diminishes,
Carried away by the healing tide.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a moment to feel gratitude for your body and for its strength.
And when you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present,
Feeling more at peace and comfortable.
Remember this space of healing is always available to you.
I am always here for you whenever you need comfort or relief from menstrual cramps or endometriosis,
From my heart to yours with all my love and gratitude.
Namaste.
