The lotus flower is a reminder of the beauty that comes from change,

The magic that a new beginning brings,

And the seed of potential that's buried in the most unlikely places.

Jennifer Williamson Welcome to this guided meditation Centered around the powerful mantra Nam-myoho-renge-kyo,

A chant that holds the potential to awaken miracles within you.

Prepare yourself to embark on a journey of self-discovery,

Transformation,

And inner peace as we dive into the depths of this ancient and sacred practice.

Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and take a deep cleansing breath,

Allowing the outside world to fade away as you bring your awareness to your breath,

Your anchor to the present moment.

While taking deep and cleansing breaths,

Take a few moments to set your intention for this meditation.

What miracles are you seeking in your life?

Is it healing,

Abundance,

Love,

Or personal growth?

Allow your intention to arise from the depths of your heart and infuse it with pure positive energy.

Feel the Earth beneath you,

Supporting your body.

Imagine roots extending from your body,

Connecting you to the Earth's core.

And with each breath,

Visualize tension leaving your body and being absorbed by the ground.

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

More at ease.

Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is a mantra that encompasses the essence of the Lotus Sutra,

A profound Buddhist scripture.

It translates to I devote myself to the mystic law of the Lotus Sutra or I honor the universal mystic law of cause and effect.

This chant is believed to have the power to transform negative karma,

Invite positive changes,

And open the door to miracles.

As we begin chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo,

There are three things I would like you to keep in mind and perform.

Please allow each syllable to resonate within you.

Picture the sound waves radiating outward,

Creating ripples of positive energy.

Inhale deeply and as you exhale,

Chant the mantra with sincerity.

While you chant with me,

I would like you to visualize a radiant lotus flower within your heart.

Imagine it unfolding petal by petal,

Representing your own spiritual growth and enlightenment.

With each petal that opens,

Feel your intention becoming clearer and your connection to the universe deepening.

After you go through visualizing the opening of the lotus flower,

Imagine a golden light descending from above,

Enveloping you in a warm,

Comforting glow.

As you chant,

See this light infusing every cell of your being.

Visualize your intention manifested as a reality,

Surrounded by this divine light.

Believe that miracles are not only possible but inevitable.

Now we will begin chanting the mantra 108 times.

Remember the three things you will be doing while chanting.

Feel the sound resonating within you.

Imagine the lotus flower blooming petal by petal in your heart and then the golden light washing over you and purifying all your being.

Let's begin.

While bringing to mind moments of gratitude for the miracles you've already experienced in your life,

Reflect on the synchronicities,

The unexpected blessings,

And the instances when things fell into place perfectly.

Also,

Sense the unity you have with all living beings around the world who are also practicing nam-myoho-ren-ge-kyo.

Feel the collective energy of hope,

Healing,

And transformation resonating across space and time.

Recognize that you are part of a vast interconnected web of existence.

Now,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling positive energy and exhaling any remaining tension.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying a sense of peace and possibility with you.

Remember that the power of nam-myoho-ren-ge-kyo resides within you.

Practice with this meditation at least 30 days in a row and see the miracles,

Growth,

And positivity bloom in your life.

As you move forward,

Stay attuned to the signs and opportunities that the universe may present to you and be open to receiving the miracles you deserve from my heart to yours with all my love and gratitude.

Namaste.

This chanting meditation is an absolutely must for those wanting to find their soul light. I have been using this practice and the shorter version ( without a break between chants ) for about 55 days consecutively and I feel so much more balanced, in tune and deeply heart centered. I truly feel a stronger, tangible connection with myself and the start of a wider connection with all...myself being a drop of water in of itself and being part of the ocean at the same time...hard to explain but it is something that feels I'm only at the start of understanding. Please give this practice time and consistency to truly reap the rewards, but also be kind and gentle with yourself if unable to at this moment in time 💜🫂💜 Thank you so much for such an amazing practice Ipek Love, light and hugs to you and all 💜🌟🫂🌟💜

I’ve only occasionally sone chanting on the Mala so it’s new for me really .Then tonight on my search , after finding some okay ones but just not “the one” ,your name and this mantra popped into my head. I remembered you had done a live with it in the past so here I amI’m so grateful Ipek. Thank you so much. This is the one! 🙏🏼
