What if freedom isn’t something you earn, but something you remember? In this gentle yet powerful meditation, Ipek guides you on an inner journey beyond the layers of identity, thought, and performance… into the spacious truth of who you already are. Inspired by the Eastern wisdom of Moksha (liberation from illusion and ego-clinging), this practice invites you to soften into stillness, expand beyond the mind, and reconnect with the awareness that was never bound to begin with. Through breath, visualization, and embodied presence, you’ll begin to taste a deeper kind of freedom. One not dependent on external change, but rooted in your true nature. This is not about escaping life… but seeing it clearly. Perfect for those seeking clarity, release, or reconnection with their essence. Let go of the noise. Come home to yourself.

You are not a drop in the ocean,

You are the entire ocean in a drop,

Rumi.

Let those words settle in your body.

You are not limited by the roles you play,

The thoughts you think,

Or the stories you've inherited.

You are vast beyond what the mind can measure.

So now,

Find your seat or lie down.

Let your body be supported by the earth.

Let the spine lengthen and remember you were born with dignity.

Close your eyes and we begin.

Allow the outer world to soften,

Not vanish but just recede,

Letting the breath become your anchor.

Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Feel the breath move you inward,

Towards something ancient,

Already waiting.

Let the edges blur,

Let the doing dissolve.

Now picture yourself standing in front of a wall.

On this wall,

You see images.

Your name,

Your face,

Your job,

Your story,

Everything you've been told you are.

And then,

Watch as these images begin to fade,

Gently,

Kindly,

Like mist burning off in the morning sun.

One by one,

They dissolve.

You don't need those images.

You are not your profession.

You are not your trauma.

You are not your achievements.

Beneath it all,

You.

The essence of you.

Remain aware,

Spacious,

Free.

Now,

Imagine yourself at the edge of a vast open field.

No walls,

No mirrors,

No performance.

You're walking barefoot,

Slowly,

Nothing to prove,

Nowhere specific to go.

Feeling the wind,

Hearing the birds.

In this space,

You are not thinking.

You are simply being.

The mind rests,

The ego softens.

And the self,

The deeper self,

Expands.

Let yourself rest here,

Because this is the taste of moksha.

Not dramatic,

Not loud,

But clear,

Quiet,

Undeniable.

Let these truths echo through your being.

Feel them.

Don't force them.

Say them inwardly,

Or whisper them aloud.

I am not my thoughts,

I am the one who sees.

I am free from the illusion of lack.

I release the stories that no longer serve me.

My worth is not in what I do,

But in who I am.

Moksha lives within me,

And I remember.

Breathe.

Let it settle.

Let these words become vibrations in your body.

Now begin to come back gently.

Feel your breath again.

Feel your body again.

Feel the world around you.

Still here.

But quieter now.

You haven't left anything behind.

You've only let go of what you are not.

The spaciousness is not out there.

It's within.

It always has been.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

But let your inner eyes stay open too.

Because Moksha isn't just a moment on the cushion.

It's the freedom to live with clarity,

Compassion,

And depth.

In every moment.

Thank you for showing up with your heart,

Your presence,

And your willingness to explore.

From my heart to yours,

With all my love and gratitude.

Namaste.
