In today's short guided meditation,
My great hope is to take you deep into a descent into your subconscious mind.
To meet and release subconscious fear programs.
To allow you to show up in this world with your great power and awareness.
So let's begin.
We'll start by finding a comfortable seat.
Bringing the heels,
Folded inward towards your reproductive area and knees splaying out as best as possible.
Bringing the hands to rest above the kneecaps.
And start to settle your shoulders down towards the hip,
Closing the eyes.
Taking a full belly breath in.
And a full belly breath out the mouth.
As you close the eyes,
You begin to take a journey from the external world to the internal world.
Taking another full belly breath in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
Taking another full belly breath in for a count of three,
Two,
One.
Hold the breath.
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
One more round.
Inhale,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale,
Three,
Two,
One.
Getting back into a neutral and natural breath.
Finding a breath that feels easy and comfortable for you.
Your next exhale,
Bringing the index finger and middle finger of the right hand to the center of the chest.
Signaling to the mind,
To the body that this is where we would like to place our intention and attention.
And to see,
Feel,
Sense or know a white light below and beneath your two fingers.
A spark,
An awakening of light in the heart space.
Allow this light to grow bigger in radiance.
Allow the light to spread down towards the tips of your toes.
Allow this light to move towards the fingertips.
Allow this light to move upwards towards the tip of the head.
Allow this light to move through the central nervous system,
Through the nerves,
Blood vessels,
Like messengers.
And arriving within each and every single cell within the body.
Swelling each cell with light.
Becoming balls of white light.
Noticing that your entire physical body and energetic body is white light.
Taking another full belly breath in.
And belly breath out,
The nose slow and controlled.
With your body filled with this white light,
I'd like you to bring your attention to your mind's eye and using your wonderful imagination,
Bring to mind a white screen.
I invite you to bring forth an image,
An experience,
A memory that brings you great discomfort,
Stress,
Or anxiety.
Allow the image to arrive on the screen noticing its details and allowing the great discomfort to bubble within,
Knowing you are very safe in this white light.
As you notice the details of this uncomfortable,
Stressful,
Anxiety-ridden thought,
Experience,
Or memory,
I'd like you to ask yourself,
What is the dominant fear here?
Like a pulse,
It arrives to you without any effort and you know.
Once identified,
I'd like you to rate this dominant fear from 1 to 10.
10 being a great discomfort,
Anxiety,
And stress.
Taking another full belly breath.
And exhale out the mouth as you exhale,
Releasing this image off the white screen.
Now,
On the white screen appears an image or a plethora of images of a person,
Place,
And experience that evokes deep gratitude,
Appreciation,
And love.
Allow yourself to see the details of this image or images.
Allow yourself to rejoice in all the gratitude,
Appreciation,
And love that it evokes within you.
Maintaining your breath here and your focused attention and intention on this image or images.
We're going to be here for a few moments,
Rejoicing in this deep,
High vibrational state of gratitude,
Appreciation,
And love.
I'll call you back in just a few moments.
And as you rejoice in this deep,
High vibrational state of gratitude,
Appreciation,
And love,
Notice the details.
Notice the gratitude and appreciation and love that is being evoked in this image and when you're ready,
Exhaling out the mouth.
And as you exhale,
The image slowly removes itself from the screen and you release this wonderful sense of imagination.
And if possible,
Begin to search for the anxiety,
Stressful,
Uncomfortable thought you rated at the beginning of our time here.
And I'd like you to reach this dominant fear now from 1 to 10.
You may have altogether forgotten it.
If the number is above 2,
I invite you to come back to this for a few minutes longer,
Restarting the meditation.
If it is below 2,
You have rewired this fear program.
Take another full belly breath and then exhale out the mouth.
And as you exhale,
Releasing the right hand back onto the right thigh,
Warning cap.
And just settling here for a few moments,
Inhaling and exhaling.
There's nothing left to do.
The work has been done.
