One big misunderstanding I see when clients ask me for healing is that they see healing in a dualistic way of sickness and health or unhappy and happy or from bad to good.
They believe a relationship healing will make sure they stay happy with their partners forever or that a body healing will make their diagnosed disease disappear.
And of course this might happen if that is in a alignment with what their soul path means.
But a relationship healing can as well mean that your soul asks you to let go of controlling pictures that you are still holding,
Trying to make a relationship work that won't mean fulfillment for the path you chose.
A relationship healing can support you to let go and accept the fact that you are meant to move into a different direction.
It can mean the missing spark into you being able to release your partner into unconditional freedom.
So healing for me is actually allowing freedom.
A healing can release physical tensions,
Symptoms and make you feel more healthy or better within your body because you wanted to release energies that were stuck in your body that didn't serve your growth anymore.
And it can as well mean intensifying the headache,
The physical pressure,
That emotional pain as your soul asks you to first feel what you have been trying to avoid and to suppress for a long time or what generations have been trying to avoid for a long time and your soul knows that you are the one ready to feel and transform it.
The healing asks you to face what lies underneath the symptom,
The pain,
A stagnant pattern and it will only disappear when your learning is through,
When you found compassion and love with what is moving through you.
So healing to me means transforming,
Healing means growth.
A fevering body is pure healing as it decides to let go and fight an energy that is not of you,
Whether that's a virus or toxic energy.
An exhausted body wants to release tension and emotions in order to own its natural flows again.
So the uncontrolled outbreak of emotions might mean the symptom and the healing at the same time.
Your body warns you,
Speaks to you,
Reminds you,
Gets louder and at some point screams to you.
You can calm it down for a moment,
You can push it to new limits with alcohol,
Work,
Pills or other substances and you can agree with it to stay strong for some time but you won't be able to ignore your body's voice forever.
And some learnings,
Some healings we won't complete in this lifetime.
We might be hurt by the same relationship patterns as we are not ready to transform and heal a certain space within us that would bring us more freedom.
Your body is a constant invitation for healing.
Self-healing powers are inscribed in every cell of your physical and thus your emotional being.
Your body is healing in constant transformation,
Trusting the flows of letting go and receiving and trying to control those flows,
Trying to control your truth,
Your nature,
Your purpose.
Your body will react.
This healing I talk about doesn't feed your ego.
It feeds your soul and the more you understand how to be in alignment with your soul,
The more it will feed your entire being.
What teachings does your healings hold for you?
How does your body react when you lose yourself and you abandon yourself from time to time?
When you do something because other people want it but it's not really something you are longing for?
When you are with people that don't honor you?
Healing on intuitive level doesn't mean to get rid of something bad.
It means to accept and integrate the learnings on your way to live in alignment with your truth.
So how free and loving are you in connection with your healing path and how does your body communicate them to you?
I'm warmly inviting you to my visualizations and live sessions that open up spaces and tools for you to strengthen your relationship with the intuitive voice of your body and soul.
Remember you are whole,
You are complete and I can't wait to see you on your healing path.
