If you have been feeling disconnected lately, this sound bath is perfect for aligning the mind, body, and spirit. With a short body scan you will be guided into a sacred space. You will then be showered with a sound bath that is focused on the Root, Heart, and Crown chakra. This will promote connection within, while also giving you a sense of rest and recharge. **Headphones are recommended**

My name is Seleni and I welcome you to this guided meditation with crystal singing bowls.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat now either sitting upright in a chair or lying down.

I invite you to close your eyes now and as you close your eyes really allow your eyelids to soften and to feel heavy now.

As you settle more into your body now I invite you to unclench your jaw and allow it to soften.

As you work your way down now to your shoulders I want you to roll them down and away from you and really now allow them to soften and to melt to the surface below you.

I now invite you to allow your arms and your hands to really melt to the surface below you and as you make your way down to your chest and your belly area really allow yourself to soften now really start to relax yourself now.

As we work our way down to the hips I invite you to rock them back and forth for additional comfort.

Now as we work our way down to our legs and to our feet I invite you to really soften and melt to the surface below you.

If you have tension within the body I want you to give your body permission to let any tension dissolve away at this time.

I also want you to give yourself permission to relax.

You are deserving and worthy of this time.

Nothing is expected of you right now.

We are going to do three cleansing breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth with an audible exhale and let's begin with breath one in through our nose and out through your mouth allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

Now breath two in through your nose and out through your mouth allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Now breath three in through your nose and out through your mouth allowing yourself to sink deeper deeper deeper to relaxation.

Now allow normal breathing to return.

You are now in a sacred space.

In this sacred space it is safe for you to relax.

It is safe for you to release.

It is safe for you to receive and it is safe for you to heal and so it is.

Before you open your eyes let's do three cleansing breaths in through our nose with an audible exhale and let's begin with breath one.

Breathe in and let it out and breath two deep inhale in let it all out and your last breath deep breath in really let that energy out.

You can now wiggle your fingers and your toes and readjust yourself back into your space and back into your day now.
