I invite you to take a comfortable seat,
Sitting or lying down.
You can close your eyes or keep them open,
Doing whatever feels right for you within this moment.
I now invite you to turn your focus to your breath.
Do not judge it or try to control it.
Just be aware of it.
At this time,
Allow any thoughts to now be cleared,
Keeping your attention on your breath as your anchor.
I invite you to place your hands on your heart as you listen to me say some gentle reminders.
This is a gentle reminder that it is okay to not be okay.
This is a gentle reminder that this too shall pass.
This is a gentle reminder that everything is temporary.
This is a gentle reminder that you can get through anything.
This is a gentle reminder that you have survived your hardest days so far.
This is a gentle reminder that you are brave.
This is a gentle reminder that you are loved.
This is a gentle reminder that you are supported.
This is a gentle reminder that you do not have to live in discomfort.
This is a gentle reminder that you have choices.
This is a gentle reminder that all you seek is seeking you.
This is a gentle reminder that you are a survivor.
This is a gentle reminder to keep going.
This is a gentle reminder that the best is yet to come.
This is a gentle reminder to believe and keep your faith.
Let these gentle reminders sink in as you come back into your space.
To release any negative energy,
Let's do three cleansing breaths.
Breath one in through our nose and out through your mouth.
Breath two in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And breath three in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Release all that no longer serves you.
