And while you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,
Bring your focus to your heart.
And notice how you can feel the space around your heart.
Maybe you can feel your heart beating.
And perhaps you like to put one hand over your heart.
And while you keep this focus with the heart,
You imagine that you're breathing through the heart.
So when you breathe in,
You breathe through the heart.
And when you breathe out,
Breathe out through the heart.
And do this in a way that works for you,
How you can imagine this.
And continue to breathe slowly and deeply through the heart.
And while you continue to do this,
Bring to mind a happy,
Positive memory.
Something that brings you joy,
Awakens a feeling of gratitude.
And this can be anything,
Something recent or from a bit more long ago.
And it can be big or small.
One moment or scene that brings up positive feelings.
You continue to breathe through the heart.
Bring up this memory.
And bring up the feeling.
Taking in the good.
Feel it in your body and every cell of your body.
You can even imagine that there's a dial.
You bring the dial up to intensify the feeling.
To whatever level that feels good to you.
And you can continue with this breathing and the memory and the feeling for as long as you like.
