Heart Coherence
When your heart is in coherence, it is easier to deal with challenges while staying calm, the coherence from the heartbeat activates the heart/brain connection. Breathe deeply and slowly. Breathe through the heart. Activate a positive feeling (peace, joy, happiness, gratitude) as a tool you can use focusing on a positive memory and a positive feeling while continuing to focus on the heart.
