Gratitude practice.
Gratitude is a powerful tool,
A healing energy,
A high vibration.
Feeling thankful of the deepest part of yourself.
All that you have been blessed with.
Gratitude can be a state of awareness.
Then everything changes.
It transforms you.
You can reach a higher state of gratitude through a new perspective.
To accept life as a whole.
To embrace life as it is,
With all its imperfections.
To give thanks to the essence.
To the essence of life.
This is a daily practice.
You can do this every morning or every evening.
Expressing your gratitude for the things that happened in your life.
For the last 24 hours or the last couple of days.
And in this exercise we are going to express gratitude for 1.
Your personal life.
2.
Your career.
3.
For yourself.
And then when you think about all the things you are grateful for,
Then it's important not only to name them on a list,
But to feel the feeling you receive when you feel grateful for that specific thing.
So when we go through the practice,
You stay with every thing that comes up for a while.
So that you can really feel it.
You can feel it as a sensation in your system.
You can feel the emotion.
You can feel the physical sensation.
Maybe even the sound,
The smell or the taste of it.
It's the feeling that makes gratitude powerful.
It creates an elevated state of happiness.
There we go.
Sit back and make yourself super comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Notice your breathing.
Then take a deep breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
A few times more like this.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
On every out breath you relax a little deeper.
Then tap in your personal life.
Where do you feel grateful for?
Express your gratitude.
Take your time and let all the things come up one by one.
And for each one you pause and you feel.
Let that feeling flow through your whole system.
Let it expand.
Keep on breathing deeply in and out.
And then let go.
Then start expressing gratitude for your career,
For your work.
Take your time.
Let everything arise where you feel grateful for.
One by one.
Pause and feel.
Let this feeling expand.
Let it flow.
Take your time.
And then we move on to the last part.
Express your gratitude for yourself.
What are the things you are grateful for about yourself?
Your qualities?
Your physical?
Let it come up.
All the things you feel grateful for,
For yourself.
Take your time.
Pause and feel.
Keep on breathing.
While taking your time to feel.
Expand this feeling.
Enjoy this feeling.
Gratitude for yourself.
And then you let go.
End this last round.
And you close this session with a sentence.
You can repeat a few times for yourself.
I am thankful for all I have.
