Alright so just finding that comfortable place and just get comfortable,

Give the body a bit of a wriggle,

Maybe take a little stretch.

Take a few nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just take a couple of breaths like this in through the nose and out with a sound.

And just feel that sound resonate in the heart.

Releasing,

Inviting the body to relax,

Sinking down into the sitting bones or into the ground beneath you.

And then bring that sound of the Haa to the inside.

Coming into the Jai breath.

And in the mind just exhale with that sound.

Feeling it resonate in the heart.

Loosening everything up.

Just invite that feeling in the heart to spread into the body as it dissolves down into the earth.

Releasing the toes,

The soles of the feet and the top of the feet.

Just allowing the feet to relax.

Relaxing the ankles,

The legs,

The knees,

Allowing the whole of the legs to be comfortable and supported as they relax down into the earth.

Then coming into the hips,

Relaxing and releasing all the little muscles in the pelvis.

Releasing the organs.

Just take a couple of breaths into the hips,

Into the pelvis,

Into the womb.

Breathing into that space like you're blowing up a balloon.

Feeling it gently release on the exhale.

Feel that space being created on the inhale.

Inviting that sense of love into the womb.

And down through the tailbone into the earth.

Allowing the whole of the lower body to sink deeper.

Feeling the roots form as they go down into the earth.

Visualising or feeling the roots coming down from the tailbone.

On every exhale,

Encouraging that growth of support to expand beneath you.

In the inhale,

It's like it's gathering nourishment up from the earth directly into the womb.

Just be with that flow of energy for a few moments.

Exhaling down into the earth,

Feeling your strength and support.

Feeling your connection with the ground and the earth.

And receiving the nourishment on the inhale.

And just relax all intention.

Relaxing the legs,

Relaxing the whole of the lower body as it just dissolves deeper and deeper.

Feeling heavier and heavier.

Bring your awareness of breath into the tummy.

Breathing into the belly as it expands on the inhale and relaxes on the inhale.

Just relax all the muscles in the tummy,

The waist,

The lower back.

Feeling the vertebrae,

The spine.

Relaxing the ribs.

Relaxing the heart,

The lungs.

Relaxing the shoulders,

The collarbones,

The shoulder blades.

And just allowing any tension to flow out through the arms and release out through the fingertips into the ether.

Just take a moment to observe your breath.

Feeling it coming in from above,

Direct from source through the crown,

Down into the heart.

Feel that exhale come in from below,

Coming into your centre.

Now in the whole of the body to feel safe,

And relax the neck,

The back of the head,

Crown of the head.

Just relax the eyebrows,

The cheekbones,

The jaw.

Relax the ears and the expression of your face,

Allowing any tensions on the surface to just dissolve off the skin and into the ether.

Then bring a little smile to your face.

A little smile just to represent the little flame of joy that's always within you.

And at any time if any thoughts or feelings come into the mind or the body,

Just greet them with that smile.

Say to yourself,

Thinking,

Thinking,

Thinking,

Or feeling,

Feeling,

Feeling.

And then come back to the breath,

Come back to the sound of my voice.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Just breathe into that space with an open mind and open soul,

Allowing the breath to open your heart with every inhale.

It's almost as if you're giving it a hug on the exhale.

Just notice how you're feeling.

Just name whatever,

Whatever it is.

Name it three times in the mind's eye.

Release it and then come back to the heart.

Ask the heart what it would like to feel.

How does your heart want to feel right now?

Open yourself up to receive that feeling directly from source,

Coming into the crown,

Coming down to the heart on the inhale.

And the exhale is giving it strength so it's able to get bigger.

So as every breath,

This feeling that our heart wants to feel is given space to grow.

Just take a few moments to really feel it,

Allow it to expand beyond the heart,

The body,

Through the skin,

Out into the world around you.

Know that this feeling is within you always.

Take the knowledge of this feeling.

Bring that feeling to any area of your life that you would like to bring this feeling towards,

Whether it be something within your health,

A part of the body,

Maybe it's an emotional wound,

Past experience,

Maybe it's a loved one.

Bring those two together.

Bring that feeling and join it with that part of you that would like to receive it.

Know that you can.

Let's bring them together like two people meeting on a path that haven't seen each other for a long time and give each other a long embrace.

We invite this feeling into our wounds.

Know that you are safe.

The wounds want love,

They need love.

This love is creating so much space and vibration.

Just be with whatever arises from this.

Just name it.

Maybe it's fear,

Resistance,

Cautiousness,

Maybe it's joy,

Release,

Relief.

Whatever arises from this meeting,

Just name it in your mind,

Name it with a smile and then let it go on by just like the clouds in the sky.

Then come back to that feeling.

It's almost as if the wounds in that feeling are becoming one as the wound absorbs the feeling deep down into the root.

Maybe there's an area of your body that would like the warm touch of your hands to encourage this feeling to move and join.

I invite you just to place the hands on the body.

It's feeling the warmth of the hands coming back into that feeling and allowing the two to meet.

Allow them the wound to meet the heart,

The open space.

Allow anything to arise.

As it does,

Just name it.

Maybe it's sadness,

Tears,

Joy.

Just name it in the mind.

Three times and then let it be like a cloud in the sky.

Come back to the feeling.

Feeling of warmth,

Love,

Compassion.

And ask yourself,

Are you fully open to receive this?

Maybe there's a little bit of resistance somewhere,

A little bit of tension,

A little bit of fear.

Let that part of you know you can surrender.

It is safe.

See if you can relax.

Open yourself up to receive this love even more.

Let the warmth channel through the body,

Through the x iT V depression.

Then when it feels right,

When it feels complete,

Just relax the intention.

Just come back to the breath,

Breathing into the body.

Breathing in balance and harmony with every breath.

Check in with how you feel.

See if you can notice the feeling.

Repeat it with a smile and then let it drift on by like the clouds in the sky.

Then come back to your breath,

Back to the heart.

The first cell of life.

And either through visualization or through feeling,

Just feel into the energy in your heart.

Maybe it appears to you like a ball of light.

Maybe it's like fireworks,

Maybe it's a candle flame,

Maybe it's a feeling of warmth.

Maybe it's simply awareness.

Invite that awareness to go beyond the heart,

Flowing through the whole body.

Down the arms,

Down through the fingertips,

Up the back of the neck,

Around the head,

The eyes.

Invite it into the shoulders,

The armpits,

The chest,

The ribs.

Invite it into all of the organs.

Invite it into the pelvis and into the womb.

Invite it into the legs,

Into the knees,

The ankles,

Into the toes.

Give permission for every single cell in your body to open up and receive this love.

With trust and faith that everything is exactly as it should be.

With our bodies alive and vibrating with this love,

Bring in a sense of acceptance.

Even if it's only 5%,

10%.

Maybe it's an imaginary feeling,

But just invite it in.

Total surrender,

Total acceptance.

It's not an act of giving up,

It's an act of strength.

When we fully surrender and fully accept,

We open ourselves up to the infinite possibilities.

You may start to feel yourself melting even more into the ground,

You feel the heart opening even more.

You start to feel expansion,

You may feel nothing at all.

Just for a moment longer,

Be with that feeling of acceptance.

Feel yourself empty of all the pain.

Before we share this love that we have inside of us with others,

Just for a moment visualize standing underneath a waterfall.

Allow the water to cleanse you.

Pouring from the crown of the head all the way down through the body,

Over the skin,

Washing away all of our pain,

All of our attachment to the pain.

Allowing us to accept and surrender that little bit more as we become an open vessel.

Feel the inside your central column,

Central channel,

From the crown of the head down to the base of the spine open up as the water turns to white light.

This white light is pure love,

Pure love pouring in into your vessel.

As you bring your awareness to your heart,

Like you're opening the windows,

Open the windows of your heart and allow that light to shine out.

Shining out to each of us present today.

Now that light to reach the other side of the world.

Expanding in all directions.

As the light pours in from the crown and out through the heart.

You may wish to directly send this light to someone in particular.

You may wish to for it to be open to all,

Maybe both.

Just for a few moments,

We'll just sit in silence and be with this energy,

Allowing the love to pour through us and out,

Connecting each and every one of us.

Each and every one that also needs a little bit of something.

Now gently when you're ready.

Just close the windows,

Close the windows,

Still allowing light to go through the windows and be received.

Just lessening the intensity,

Bringing the awareness to the heart.

Our gratitude is waiting for us.

Feeling gratitude for all that we have received today.

For all that has brought us together and brought you to this moment.

All the unseen that will be unveiled in time.

Allow that gratitude to swirl in the heart.

Maybe you wish to give it a bit more energy,

Creating movement in the heart.

Maybe it's a stillness sensation.

However it feels for you,

Invite the whole body to receive it.

Each cell in the body to be grateful to be alive.

Aloha.

Just take a moment to remember this feeling,

Allow the mind to absorb it,

To feel it,

Take a picture of it,

And allow it to be stored.

It's always there for you.

Know that it is always here in your heart,

Always here just behind the eyelids,

It's here in every breath,

Every step on the earth.

Now it's time to come back,

Come back into the bodies,

Coming back into our breath.

Just make the breath a little bit deeper.

And just wiggle the fingers and the toes,

Bringing full connection back into this moment.

Just inhale,

Raising the arms up above the head,

Bringing the palms together,

Taking a nice little stretch,

Little embrace of fullness at the top of the inhale.

And on the exhale just lower the arms down,

Bringing the hands to the heart,

Either in prayer or just resting on the heart.
