
Womb Clearing Meditation
Clearing womb attachments can be very helpful in your healing journey. Wou wombs hold on to energies from past lovers, experiences, and past lives, so it is important to keep checking in and have a cleanse. Just like you wash your body, this is like washing the womb. We'll just take a few moments just to breathe into this space.
So just taking nice breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Just relaxing the body,
Relaxing the mind.
Just making any adjustments so there's nothing that could possibly annoy you.
And then take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now we're going to take two short inhales through the nose and exhale out through the mouth.
So in through the nose and then out through the mouth.
So when you're ready,
Taking those first two inhales to begin.
Last time,
Hold at the end of the exhale and just hold the breath for as long as you can.
Relax the body,
Relax the eyelids,
The jaw.
And then whenever you need to breathe again,
Just take a breath.
Slow and steady with the yujayi sound in the throat if you can.
Surrender the body to the environment created.
Relax the body and allow the breath to flow freely.
And we're going to do that one more time,
But this time we're going to be breathing in through the nose and out through the nose as well.
Just clearing the cobwebs,
Preparing the internal energetic environment.
So when you're ready,
Taking those first two inhales to begin.
Last time,
Exhaling all the air out through the nose and then just holding the breath at the end of the exhale,
Relaxing the body completely,
Softening to all the sensations.
And then whenever you need to breathe again,
Just come back into the yujayi breath,
Slow and steady.
Just give yourself a little time to allow for the natural rhythm of breath to settle.
And bring your awareness to your heart and just breathe into the heart space.
Each breath shining a little bit more light as it expands and opens up to the sun.
And the exhales just washing away anything that no longer serves very gently with grace.
And as we breathe into the heart space here,
Let's bring in the intention and the promise to ourselves to be kind,
To be curious,
And to be gentle with ourselves within this practice,
Within this life.
So as you breathe into the heart,
Breathe in with kindness,
Like a warm glow.
And the exhale is just like a waterfall cleansing the edges.
And as the breath cleanses the heart,
It starts to reveal the opening at the bottom of our hearts that leads all the way down to the womb.
It's a channel between the heart and the womb.
With each breath,
Start to flow down that center line,
Allowing the warmth and the kindness of our breath to clear the pathway,
Allowing for an open and curious connection between the heart and the womb until eventually that breath is flowing all the way down into the pelvis.
Breathing into the womb space in the same way as we breathe into our hearts at the beginning,
Allowing the inhale to fill the womb space with a warm glow,
The feeling of kindness.
And the exhale,
That sensation of being in water.
Now bring your full awareness into the womb space.
Visualize yourself sitting as you are,
Lying down as you are,
Sitting in amongst or inside of your womb cave.
And as you breathe,
Grounding yourself down through your seat,
Inviting yourself to be comfortable within the womb space.
And then as you breathe out,
Allowing yourself to be comfortable within the womb space.
And then from this space,
Close the eyes within,
Connect to that inner heart.
And from this place,
We call in all the people and the relationships that our womb is connected to.
And we ask for them to make themselves known at the appropriate time from within the inner eye.
Open your sight to the space in front of you.
And feel into whose energy is in front of you.
Let's make a little mental known,
And then come back to the center.
Now we're going to lean into the dark space behind us and ask for the energies held within the womb space behind us to make themselves known.
And then bring yourself back to center.
And open up the awareness to the right side of you,
Asking for those energies held in the right side of your womb to make themselves known.
And then bring yourself back to center.
Now lean into the energy on the left side of yourself.
Again,
Calling in the energies of those held in the left side of the womb.
Make yourself known.
And then bring yourself back to center again.
And just take a moment to feel,
Feel into those energies that you've discovered that are held in the womb.
And with kindness,
Thank them for making themselves known.
And again,
Bring yourself back to center.
This time,
We're going to open ourselves up to the depths,
Almost as if we're looking out into the horizon of the womb space and ask for the energies held deep within the hidden spaces of the womb to make themselves known and allow these energies to come forward from that space in front of you.
And again,
Come back to center and then lean into the horizon of the space behind us,
Calling out to those energies held deep within the hidden spaces of the womb to come forward to make themselves known.
Bring yourself back to center.
Bring yourself back to center.
Lean into the horizon on the right side of you,
Calling the energies held deep within the hidden spaces of the right side of the womb.
Make yourself known.
Come back to center.
Now lean into the horizon on the left side,
Asking for those energies held deep within the hidden spaces of the left side of the womb to come forward,
Make themselves known and bring yourself back to center.
And then take a moment once again to just observe the energies that have made themselves known to you.
And with kindness and gratitude for this information that has been brought forward to you,
Allow the womb to speak to you,
Asking the question,
Do we need to hold on to these energies anymore?
Or is now the time for these energies to be released?
And if any of the energies that came forward,
If it feels right to release these energies from your womb,
Hold that intention.
Take a few deep breaths,
Breathing into the womb space with the intention of the breath,
Taking hold of that energy and then releasing it on an exhale and command that this energy leave your womb for it is time to leave.
This is your womb,
Not theirs.
This is your home,
Not theirs.
They no longer need to take up space within the womb.
So with this intention,
Charge the womb on the inhale and release the energy on the exhale and do this as many times as you feel fit.
And now come back to that central space within your womb,
Your seated or lying posture within your cave of creation.
And take a look around and ask for any attachments that you may have to people,
To past experiences,
And ask for them to make themselves known by showing little stars.
Maybe it be a past lover,
Multiple past lovers,
Attachment to a loved one who has passed,
Maybe a grandparent or parent.
Maybe it's an attachment to an idea of what life should be like.
Maybe it's an idea of what you feel you deserve.
The idea of something that you do not feel that you deserve.
Maybe there is a belief that you have a very strong attachment to that no longer serves you.
Just allow each little attachment that we have could be to our cell phones.
Allow these little stars to just appear in the darkness of the womb space.
Now take a look around and find the brightest star,
The strongest attachment.
Maybe this be to a past lover.
Maybe this be to an idea of how life should be.
And ask for the strength of that attachment to be made clear by a cord going from that star into yourself,
Like a golden thread being revealed.
And as the cord makes itself known,
Again,
Sit there with kindness towards yourself,
Again,
Sit there with kindness towards yourself,
Curiosity towards what is being revealed.
Just sitting in open awareness of what is being shown to you.
Now look at the attachment itself and visualize that person.
Visualize them as clear as day as if they were standing in front of you.
And then allow your awareness to go beyond the facade,
To go deep and to see the space in between all of the atoms that create this person,
So they become a whirling,
Swirling mass of color and light.
Nothing more than stardust.
And this stardust starts to get bigger.
You may start to feel the connection that you have with this person and allow for pictures,
Sensations,
Memories to arrive.
Again,
Greeting them with kindness,
With curiosity,
Almost as if you are just watching a movie,
And then make the decision to release yourself from this attachment,
To release yourself from this person,
To set yourself free and to set them free.
And then with all your might and with your breath,
Raise your hands and cut the cord with a mighty exhale of breath.
And do this three times.
And then notice the feeling once it is done.
Allow yourself to relax into this new space that has been created and watch the stars dissolve into space around you.
Watch the cord disappear into space.
Ask yourself the question,
What did I learn from this situation in a positive way?
Did it teach me compassion,
Discernment,
Wisdom,
Or love?
And make a decision now to change the dialogue,
To change the internal dialogue towards this past experience so that we are able to maintain this energetic disconnection.
And dropping back into the womb space,
Taking another look around,
Noticing if there are any other attachments to people,
To past experiences that you wish to release,
Its hold on you.
And repeat the process.
Visualize the person or the memory.
See beyond the memory,
Inviting it to dissolve into space.
Become a whirling dervish of light,
Color,
Sound.
Ask the attachment to make itself known by the cord going from your center to them.
And then making the choice to release yourself from the memory,
The person,
With your breath and with all your might.
Taking a breath in with that intention and releasing on the exhale.
And I hold this space open for the next few moments,
Minutes,
For you to repeat this process as many times as you need.
You are in safe space.
And repeat the process until you feel that there is no more that needs to be done today.
Maybe you repeat the process for the same memory,
The same person.
This is okay.
But with strong determination,
With strong intention,
Decide that today is the day that the attachment is released.
Set them free.
Set yourself free.
You start to feel that that particular practice has come to an end.
Allow yourself to relax and allow the womb space to open up to the earth beneath you.
And invite that flow of energy from the crown of the head down into the heart,
Down into the womb,
Down into the earth.
As if there is a cascade of water flowing through you,
Soothing you,
Cooling you,
And clearing anything that might be left behind.
And surrender to this process.
So open yourself up like a flower.
Allow the water to flow.
If you notice any resistance in the body,
Imagine that resistance be like a rough stone on a riverbed.
And allow that rough stone to be moved by the flow of water until it's smooth and flowing freely.
Now invite that water to calm itself,
To become gentle and slow.
And invite yourself to bathe as if you are floating in the gentle stream of a river or a lake.
And just as we opened up our wombs to the earth,
Here we are going to close,
Sealing the bond.
But before we do,
Just checking,
Give the womb these last moments to release anything that no longer serves.
And then when you are ready,
Energetically sealing the womb back up,
Hold that beautiful creative energy that is now as clear as diamonds,
To allow that energy to flourish within yourself.
With the womb sealed and cleansed,
And the diamond sparkling light is now shining in the womb,
We're going to bring that light up into the heart.
And we're going to clear out the arc line running across the heart,
Which runs from one nipple to the other.
And this arc of light is like a web where past lovers,
Their energy gets held so that ourselves can keep their energy close to our hearts.
So what this also does is that it stops our hearts from being able to be fully open.
So as you lie,
Just bring finger and thumb together on both hands,
And start to visualize this white light flowing in an arc from one nipple to another.
And then look deeper into the white light and notice it like a fishing net.
And then open yourself up to receive the information of past friendships or past lovers,
Whose energies are being held close by your heart.
And as you notice them,
Take your finger and thumb and almost pluck them off the net and flick them away.
And you can work yourself from the present moment.
You can work yourself,
Work your way back through the past.
Anyone that you feel still holds a place in your heart.
Unnecessarily,
We want our hearts to be clear and open with no attachments so that we are able to love unconditionally.
And the clearer our heart space,
The more open we can be,
The more receptive we can be to love,
The more open we can be to receive love.
So even that of our parents,
Our current lovers,
Clear the heart arc,
Clear that space so that you are able to love more deeply.
Some of these energies might be of past moments in time with the same person,
Multiple memories of the same person.
We are different people at different times of our lives.
And just keep flowing with this until you feel that you are at a place where you can stop.
Use the breath to enhance the release.
Inhaling as you comb through the arc of light.
Exhale as you pull from the line out beyond your chest.
Continue doing this until you feel like there is nothing left.
And then maybe what's being felt cannot be specified as a person or a memory,
But it just feels like there's a little bit of energy that needs to be cleared as the energies start to subside,
As the need lessens to clear.
Ask yourself if there's any more.
And then allow yourself to bask in the light of this heart arc as if you are lying on the grass of a meadow,
Looking up to the sky,
Basking in the beautiful sight of a rainbow,
Seeing the clarity,
The different shades of light,
Seeing how birds can fly through the rainbow without getting caught up in the net.
And let this be the intention as we move forward from this practice,
For our heart to be open,
For the energy to be receptive,
For us to be clear,
So that we are able to receive and give freely and unconditionally,
So that energies can flow in like birds through a rainbow,
As opposed to like fish in a fishing net.
And now bring your hands to your chest and feel the warmth of your hands on your heart.
Just breathe deeply into the heart space,
Allowing the energy from your hands to nurture your heart,
Bringing warmth and comfort into this vulnerable space of unconditional love.
And if it feels right,
Maybe even bringing one hand down to the womb,
One hand to the heart,
Breathing into both spaces at the same time,
Allowing that connection to be felt between your body,
Your hands,
Your caring,
Nurturing hands that are with you every day in life,
Allowing yourself to feel held by your own womb.
And just say to yourself,
I am safe.
I am safe within this new space.
I am safe within this open space.
I am free to love.
I am safe to love.
And I deserve to be loved.
And then welcome yourself into this space using your name.
Welcome yourself into this space of pure,
Unconditional love.
And give yourself permission to receive it.
Like that.
Surrender.
And as you sit with the warmth,
The nourishment,
And the love of your true being,
I'm going to chant White Tara.
White Tara.
She is Mother Earth.
She is healing,
Loving energy.
So I invite her to flow through all of us within this web of connection.
And if you feel to chant,

From my womb to your womb,
From my spirit to your spirit.
May the love of White Tara be with you.
May the healing energies of the Earth be with you.
May the unconditional love of life hold you.
