A meditation guided with care to allow you to connect to your womb in a safe space. If you are seeking a deeper connection to yourself, and womb wisdom is calling, take this time for yourself. You may wish to follow this practice by journaling. All wisdom resides within us. Hidden away n the shadows, but it is there. Connecting to the womb allows this wisdom to be released. After the practice, if there you have any questions or would like to talk about your experience, please feel free to reach out.

And just take a nice deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling yourself up.

And as you exhale,

Just let everything go,

Releasing the muscles,

The joints,

The bones.

And take another deep breath in.

And just pause at the top of the breath and see if you can take a little bit more breath in,

Breathing in a little bit more.

Pause.

And then a big sigh as you exhale,

Releasing.

Letting everything settle.

And if it feels right to take a couple more deep breaths,

Then give yourself this time.

Just let the body sink down to the earth,

Allow the feelings of heaviness come into the body.

Then come into the yujayi breath,

Connecting to that sound in the throat.

We're just going to breathe the yujayi breath as we lie here or sit.

Just allowing the natural rhythm to find itself,

Allowing the yujayi breath to slow the breath down.

But not so much that it affects the next part of the breath,

Just naturally,

Easefully.

Bring the focus 100% to that sound of the breath.

Finding your focus,

Tuning your mind into a single point of focus,

Being with every moment of the inhale as you walk to the top,

Into the pause at the top of the inhale.

Then walking hand in hand with your breath,

Keeping the focus all the way down to the bottom of the breath.

Again to stand in that pause of stillness.

And as that stillness releases,

The inhale begins,

Focus maintains as you walk back up with the inhale.

And as we breathe the four parts of the breath,

Just allow nature to work within the body.

Hand your trust over to the breath,

Let the body's control of the situation dissolve.

And simply breathe.

Now relax the focus on the breath and bring your focus to your heart.

Take the breath as it is with the yajayi,

With the four parts.

To change the focus from being with the breath to the heart center,

Feeling the heart expand with every moment of the inhale.

Feeling that fullness,

Like the lotus flower is fully open to the sun at the top of the inhale.

And on the exhale,

Feel the lotus flower close to that point at the bottom of the exhale,

That stillness,

That darkness.

See how the breath,

Like the cycle of the sun and the moon,

The inhale opens us up to receive the energy of the sun and the exhale guides us with our inner strength into the shadow of the moon.

And give yourself this time to really connect to the heart center.

Feeling it respond to the breath,

Keeping the body nice and relaxed,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the expression of your face,

Relaxing the eyebrows,

Releasing the jaw,

Any tension you may be holding in the neck.

Just feeling the heart center respond to the breath.

Now invite your own self into the heart using your name.

Form yourself into your heart and bring yourself into the center of your being.

You may wish to imagine yourself standing in the center of the flower that is your heart,

Being with the breath,

Expanding on the inhale,

Contracting on the exhale,

And allow your mini self residing in the heart to also move with the breath.

And we're going to tune your focus in even more,

Bring your awareness to the heart of your mini self inside of your heart.

Open that heart up and allow the light to pour out,

Shining into the lotus flower,

Into the heart space,

Allowing yourself to feel that love and compassion within.

Allow that love and compassion.

Ask it to continue to fill up until you feel safe,

Loved,

Joyful.

Give yourself permission to feel this love.

And now invite that mini self within the heart,

Maybe to have a little dance,

A little wiggle,

Then invite her to sit in the center of the flower,

In the center of your heart.

Allow her to take a moment to breathe in the sweet scent of your being.

As she sits in the center of the flower,

The sensation arises of the flower's stem,

Just like the lotus flower sitting on the surface of the water,

Knowing that beneath the surface there is a stem going all the way down to the root.

So connecting to that sensation of that stem running down from your heart,

All the way down your body,

Down into the root.

And visualize the center of the stem being hollow.

And as you breathe in,

Feeling that breath coming in,

Channeling down the body,

Invite the breath to clear space down the center stem of your lotus flower.

With each inhale,

Getting increasingly a little bit further down,

Allowing the exhale simply to release in its natural way,

But inviting the inhale to flow down the stem,

Coming down past the solar plexus,

Past the belly button,

All the way down to the root,

Until you are breathing deep into the pelvic bowl,

Deep into your pelvis.

And this is now where the focus of the mind sits,

Feeling that breath coming in,

Traveling all the way down the body,

Through the heart,

Down the stem,

And into your seat,

Where you are connected to the earth,

Your root,

The seat of the soul.

Just take a few breaths,

Just tuning in that focus into this part of the body,

Feeling the expansion and contraction,

Knowing that that channel,

The stem is open and free flowing from the heart all the way down.

Now within the field of awareness,

Find your womb sitting in the center of the pelvis,

Just resting in space,

Nestled in behind the bladder,

In front of the intestines.

And again,

Just breathe into that space,

Just building that connection,

And knowing that at any point you can always just come back here,

Come back to just breathing into this space.

You may wish to bring one hand to the womb,

Or both hands to the womb,

Just to help reaffirm the connection.

Otherwise,

Just allow the hands to be where they rest.

And now ask the body,

If you may explore the womb space,

If you may take steps to go deep within.

And at this point,

You may want to call upon your guides,

Your angels,

Your spirit guides,

Your ancestors as well,

Your teachers past,

Future and present.

Know that you are not alone,

And that the universe is supporting you in this journey.

And now with that support,

Take the steps inside of the womb space.

Take a moment here,

As you enter into the space,

Just feel into any sensations,

Allowing all to simply rise and fall.

And as you become familiar with the space,

Again,

Invite yourself using your name into the space,

As if you have sent the energetic body in.

Now it is time to connect to your true self,

And bring her with you,

Hand in hand,

Yourself and your energetic self,

With your spirits and guides and angels also with you.

Take the first steps beyond that line deep into the womb.

We're just observing,

Connecting,

Getting to know,

Just starting that relationship.

And then connect to the heart of your mini self and open your heart up wide,

Allowing the endless and limitless light to pour out of your heart into the womb space,

Filling it,

Filling it with love and compassion,

With warmth and amber light.

Simply observe,

Just be here,

Just be in this space,

Allowing for any sensations to rise or fall.

It may feel as if there's an awful lot going on down there.

There's a lot coming out from the shadows,

That it suddenly feels very full.

You notice that there is a trap door,

There's a trap door in the womb.

And you intuitively know that if you open that,

You're going to be able to release.

Naturally it will just flow out.

So if it feels right to do so,

Open the trap door and simply allow nature to release anything that no longer serves you.

Allow your light to sweep around all corners and into the depths of the space,

Sweeping the dust and allowing for all that needs to be released and to flow out down through the trap door,

Down to the root,

Down into the earth as you give back to nature.

And everything that flows out is being given back to nature to regenerate,

For the earth to use as compost,

To create new growth.

There is nothing toxic here.

Simply energies that need to be encouraged in a new path.

These energies know who they are and they're flowing out.

So allow yourself just to simply sit down,

Close the eyes,

Open up the heart and allow this process to happen around you.

Now bring the intention of gratitude into your heart,

Into yourself within this womb space and allow gratitude to shine out into the space for all that nature is allowing to be released.

Thanking it for serving you,

For being there,

For holding onto memories and now shining gratitude for its release.

And then close the trap door,

Pull it shut,

Knowing that all that can and has been released is all that can and has been released.

So pull that trap door shut,

Sealing the space once again and as you look around again,

Filling it up with gratitude for the wisdom that is within the walls of the womb,

Giving thanks to your ancestors for being with you here and let the womb know that you will come back again.

The work is not done.

You know that there is so much to explore,

But for now,

Thank you.

Thank you for this time,

For it is time to leave yourself to turn around and leave the space,

Bringing the awareness back into your breath,

Breathing into the whole of the pelvic floor,

The pelvic bowl,

Taking a few deep breaths into the lower part of the body,

Feeling the belly expand,

Bringing you out of the energetic world,

Back into the body,

Back into the physical,

Going from your mini self into the larger self.

And this time,

Bring the awareness to your exhale and as you exhale,

Feel that upward flow of energy traveling from the root up your center stem,

Coming up into the heart as the awareness rests in the heart space,

Bringing the intention and the sensation of unconditional love,

Compassion,

Of care for yourself,

For the mini self that has just been on this journey with you,

For your higher self for being with you and for all your guides,

The angels,

Spirit guides,

The ancestors as well that supported you through this time.

Let them know now that the practice is coming to a close,

That you no longer need them with you unless they wish to stay,

But all that you are asking of them in this moment is finished with gratitude and compassion.

Feel that in the heart and just allow it to flow out of you,

Filling the whole body right the way down to the little toes,

The big toes and all the toes in between,

Putting it down into the fingertips and the thumbs,

The tinglings in the palm.

And now bring the awareness to your breath.

And as the breath fills the body,

Allow each cell to be touched by the breath like a gift of love,

As you start to breathe that little bit deeper,

A little bit bigger,

Maybe a tingling sensation comes over the whole body.

And then start to wiggle the fingers and the toes,

Bring your physical movement back into the body and then bring the hands to the heart,

Feeling the physical warmth of the hands on your heart and your chest,

And just take a deep breath in through the nose,

Filling the heart and exhale out through the mouth.

Take a deep breath in,

Let it's om to close the practice.

Let it's om two more times,

Feeling that vibration resonate.

Namaste.

Just be gentle with yourself as you bring yourself back.

Now might be a lovely time for journaling or to simply continue to rest in contemplation.

Allow yourself time to ease back into the world.

Have a glass of water or a nice cup of tea.

All my love and blessings.

Namaste.

Thank for this healing meditation . I connected with my inner child Lilly and saw her in my womb space . This was so healing . Even though through menopause I felt I could hold loving space for her , who felt so unwanted even before birth. Namaste
