Alright,
So just finding that comfortable place.
Giving yourself a wriggle.
And just take a few nice deep breaths.
In through the nose,
Filling yourself up.
And exhale through the mouth.
And take three or four big breaths in this way.
Really filling yourself up,
Breathing in through the nose.
Exhale with sound.
On the exhale,
Feel that ha sound vibrate in the heart.
Just allow the breath when it's ready to take its natural rhythm again.
Maybe on the exhale,
Making the internal sound.
Ah.
And then just take a few breaths in through the mouth.
Maybe on the exhale,
Making the internal sound.
Ah.
Holding that sound in the heart space.
Embracing the vibration,
The internal vibration.
Inviting it to go from the grills to the subtle.
Just loosening up.
And that's it.
With every exhale,
Just relax the body.
Surrender it down to the earth beneath you.
Like you're leaning into the support.
Leaning into the lover's arms.
As you lean into the earth.
Leaning into the support of Gaia.
As if you're being cradled in her hands.
As you lie in the hands of Gaia,
She places you.
And as you breathe in,
You feel the air.
You feel the air.

She places you.
Places you in a garden.
You feel the air.
Lacing you softly on the earth.
In a garden full of flowers,
Lush green grass.
Butterflies of all colours of the rainbow.
She places you there in your sanctuary.
A place where your body knows it is safe.
Now the body knows that it is safe.
Bring your attention to the senses.
To the ears.
And open yourself up to hear all the sounds around you.
Like a radar scanning the world around you.
Hearing sounds from afar.
And as your radar scans and finds,
It continues.
Doesn't attach to the sound,
Just recognises that it's there and then carries on scanning.
Allowing yourself to be open to the distant sounds.
Now bring your awareness to the sounds closer to you,
In the room that you are in.
Scanning like a radar.
Just noticing and moving on.
And then bring your awareness to that space in between your ears.
Space in your mind.
Come to that space where you are lying in the garden.
Near the internal sounds of that internal space of sanctuary.
Then relax the senses.
Relax the ears.
Just come into yourself lying in the garden.
Feel into your heart space and ask what is your sankalpa?
Ask for the deep intention of the soul to rise like a bubble to the surface.
Ask what is your deep intention for today's practice.
And just allow the bubble to rise from beneath you.
Letting the mind know that it does not need to create the intention.
The soul will gift it when it is ready.
So if a sankalpa did arise,
Just hold that in your heart.
If a sankalpa did not arise,
Hold that space in your heart.
Just let it be.
Dissolving down through the body,
Into the grass,
Into the earth beneath you.
Let it go.
Now bring your awareness to the aakash,
To that space in front of the eyes.
To the mind's eye,
To the cinema screen of the third eye.
And visualize a clear blue sky,
A clear blue sky with a bright sun.
A clear blue sky with a bright sun and fluffy clouds along the horizon.
Green clouds,
Pink clouds,
Purple clouds.
And on the horizon,
See a river,
A river flowing,
Winding,
Winding its way down to the ocean.
And then come to stand on the bank of that river and see canoes floating down.
A yellow canoe,
A green canoe,
And a blue canoe,
Flowing down the river.
And on the other side of the river you see a house,
A house with a garden full of roses.
White roses,
Yellow roses,
Lavender roses.
And then look further down the river and see a massive bonfire,
Flames raging high up into the sky.
People dancing all around,
You can hear the sound of the crackled fire,
The roar of the flames going up into the sky.
The bright colors,
The bright colors bouncing off the people dancing around.
You can hear the drums playing,
You can hear their feet pounding on the ground.
You can feel their pulse of life.
And then bring yourself to the top of a mountain,
Looking out across the horizon.
Beneath you is a thick forest,
Thick impenetrable forest.
And right in the middle there is a clearing.
You know that you're going to go there.
First of all you're just going to lie on top of the mountain,
Embracing the sun.
And by lighting the body you're going to go into a deep,
Deep state of relaxation.
Allowing the head to be heavy,
The shoulders,
The arms,
The fingers.
The chest,
The back,
The spine.
The tummy,
The hips,
The thighs,
The knees,
The ankles.
The feet.
Now the whole of the body to be heavy,
Sinking deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
We want the subconscious to take us on a journey through the forest.
Let the conscious mind rest here,
Basking in the sun with birds around.
Letting go,
Allowing yourself to go deeper and deeper.
Until you find yourself standing at the entrance of the forest.
Let your subconscious walk with you as you walk upon the path.
Hearing the leaves crunch underfoot.
Seeing the tree trunks all around you.
The vines,
The flowers,
The plants.
The colours,
The insects.
We're going to invite one of your guides to come with you also.
Let your subconscious mind guide you towards your spirit animal.
Let that animal walk beside you also.
Keep walking along the path.
With every step allowing the subconscious to release,
To reveal,
To support.
Until you get to the edge of the clearing.
A beautiful meadow with lush green grass,
Colourful flowers,
Beautiful butterflies.
All colours of the rainbow.
It's the meadow that the mother laid you to rest.
You see yourself lying there on the grass,
Beautifully at peace.
Knowing that you are fully supported by Mother Earth,
By your spirit guides.
Knowing that your subconscious is free to explore and be.
You walk across the clearing to the golden temple,
Your temple,
The temple of your inner sanctuary.
A place of all knowledge,
All wisdom.
A place of unconditional love.
Pure acceptance.
Absolute forgiveness.
Your subconscious walks there hand in hand with your guides.
You go to the temple.
Walk the steps,
Hand on the door.
The door is still locked.
So all parts of your being that remain,
Just take a seat.
Take a seat,
Cross your legs,
Close the eyes.
Just allow them to rest.
For what is beyond the door is only for the eyes of your soul and your subconscious.
As you release and totally surrender all fragments of control.
What is needed walks through the door,
Into the universe,
Into darkness.
Suddenly you find your space,
Infinite darkness surrounded by stars.
Your space of infinite possibility,
Infinite knowledge and infinite wisdom.
A space where your soul and subconscious mind can speak to one another,
Can be kind to one another and open with each other.
For in this space there is no duality,
Your subconscious and your soul are one.
Both will come all known.
Just allow the knowledge that is needed to be received.
Just enjoy this time.
Take your time here.
We will let you know when it is time to go back through the temple doors,
To go back to the meadow.
For now enjoy your mercy.

Feeling the ground beneath you.
Feeling the breath flow in and out.
Start to make your breath a little bit deeper.
Bringing yourself back into your body.
Feeling the bed beneath you.
Bringing yourself back into your room.
In the mind's eye,
Just visualise the ceiling,
The walls,
The furniture,
The floor.
Visualise the bed you're lying on.
Visualise yourself lying on the bed.
Come into that body and wiggle the fingers and the toes.
And then just bring the hands to your heart,
Staying lying and restful.
