In order to let go of anger we first need to understand what it is. We then have to accept that it is something we create within ourselves, and therefore it is totally within our power to remove it. Raja Yogi Yogesh Sharda empowers us to identify our unmet needs and, how when we address them, anger no longer has to be either felt or expressed.

First of all,

Allow yourself to sit comfortably.

Try to have the back straight.

It's important to be both physically comfortable and also physically alert when we do meditation and withdraw your thoughts,

Withdraw your attention away from the outside to the inside to yourself.

As we explore the third eye,

It helps to use visual images.

And so bring your attention very gently up to the center of the forehead.

And here at the center of the forehead,

Just become aware of the existence of the eternal self,

The true self,

The non-physical energy that I am,

That is I,

The eternal soul.

Being aware of myself as this being of peaceful light begins the process of opening the eye of my awareness,

Opening the third eye,

The intellect,

And awakening my divine wisdom.

As my mind becomes quiet,

It stops disturbing my intellect.

A quiet mind,

A serene mind allows the intellect to be free from pressure,

From burden.

And in this stillness,

In this silence of the mind,

I am able to understand and know myself.

My intellect is able to see,

Which is non-physical.

My intellect is able to see,

Feel,

And experience the peace which lies at the very core of my being.

It is this peace which the soul has been seeking,

Has been longing for.

As I allow this peace from deep within myself to slowly emerge,

I feel myself coming full,

Thumbs full,

Heart is full.

Very naturally,

The mind feels quiet and content.

As I look through my third eye,

I see that behind all actions,

All behaviors of my own self,

There is the desire to experience peace,

To experience joy,

Love,

And strength.

Now I realize all of these wonderful treasures have always been within myself.

I choose to honor and respect these inner treasures.

I remind myself,

First,

I am peace.

I am joy.

I am love.

I am strength.

And from this point,

I then choose to come into action and interaction.

I maintain my true self-respect.
