Welcome to this guided meditation practice.

May you settle yourself into a nice and comfortable position.

Finding a space that is right for your body today.

Keeping the back and body straight.

Lengthening the spine.

Tuck in the chin just a little and roll your shoulders back.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Come to the breath.

Notice the breath coming in and the breath going out.

Follow the breath with gentle awareness.

Following the breath coming in and following the breath going out.

Without trying to change anything.

Staying present in the moment.

Relaxing the body.

Soothing the body.

Quieting the mind.

Imagine you are going on a walk through a beautiful meadow.

Notice all the details about this beautiful place you are in.

The pathway.

The pebbles and the stones.

The tall grass rustling softly in the breeze.

Hear the bees buzzing.

See the flowers sprinkled all around you.

You feel very observant in this moment.

Notice how it feels to be so attentive to your surroundings.

Every aspect of this meadow seems alive to you.

It feels so refreshing walking along this path.

You feel very joyful and peaceful.

You decide to watch the sky as you place a blanket down on the soft grass to lay on.

The sun is shining down warmly upon your skin and a cool breeze brushes past your cheeks.

You are very comfortable.

You look up at the sky above.

It is very vibrant and blue.

Just a few clouds drifting by.

And after a few moments of enjoying the view,

You notice that the sky begins to clear.

Open up your heart center now.

On every inhale,

Invite compassion and love.

Grace and gratitude towards yourself.

Towards this moment.

Allowing positive ideas,

Thoughts,

And emotions to gently come to the surface.

And on your exhale,

Release any doubt,

Worry,

Or concerns you may have.

This time is for you to relax.

To let go.

To create a complete state of relaxation.

Ask yourself this question now.

If I could have anything in the world,

What would it be?

Your dreams and desires begin to slowly appear in the sky above you.

You watch in amazement.

They are slowly beginning to present themselves to you now.

Embrace your dreams with open arms now.

Feeling very relaxed and delighted to watch your dreams come to you in this moment.

Bring to mind what your heart truly yearns for.

It could be absolutely anything.

Whether it's landing your dream job.

Finding your soulmate.

Buying a new house.

Financial success.

See your dreams become crisp clear in the sky.

Imagine that you have already achieved your goals.

They are yours.

Waiting for you.

Take some time to embrace this moment.

Knowing there is no fear.

Nothing to worry about.

As your ideal life lives in your reality.

It is right in front of you.

Allow pure positive thoughts to flow to you now.

Positive intentions.

Positive outcomes.

You are becoming the person you wish to be.

You are on the path of your ideal life.

Everything is working out.

Your goals fit perfectly with all areas of your life as you watch them float effortlessly in the sky.

Acknowledge that all your desires are fueled by your unlimited belief in yourself.

Notice the great strength that lies within you at all times.

Enjoy this peaceful moment now.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

As this practice draws to an end.

Gently begin to return to your surroundings.

Notice how you feel.

Stretching lightly.

Moving with ease.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
