Melinda Quesenberry, creator of Inner Shift (previously Theta Thoughts), has been sharing the teachings of yoga and meditation for over a decade. Her education and expertise expand into the areas of mindfulness, positive psychology, human behavior and the law of attraction. She has a master’s degree in Psychology and a 500-hour certification in yoga. Melinda lives in Hawai'i. Inner Shift is a unique experience that combines affirmations with binaural beats. This dynamic duo is designed to penetrate the subconscious mind; removing negative thoughts and reprograming limiting beliefs, while creating new positive thought patterns thus bringing about positive changes and improving the quality of one’s life.
