Welcome to this meditation for inner transformation.
Go ahead and sink into the place where you are sitting and close your eyes.
Breathe in fresh air and let it lift you to the top of your head.
As you sit up tall,
Feel a sense of dignity.
Open your heart and allow yourself to settle into this meditation.
Just tune your awareness to the breath and set any concerns aside.
Be here in the present moment and take a deep breath in and exhale out.
Ease into the natural flow of your breath.
No forcing or concentration is needed here.
Just turn your awareness to your heart center.
As we focus on the heart here,
Think of the values and intentions you want to set for today's meditation.
What do you hope to create for your higher self and for your greater good?
Now we'll move this scan from our heart to our body.
As you take a deep breath in and exhale out,
Become aware of any emotions or feelings that are present in your body.
What do these things represent and how can your intention help you with breakthroughs?
From the level of the body,
We'll move to the head.
What thoughts are present?
And what thoughts do you want to choose to create more serenity and healing in your life?
From this place of your mind,
Let go of any thoughts or sensations.
There's nothing to do and nowhere for you to be.
Just sink even further into this present moment.
Visualize a place that brings you a lot of happiness and joy.
I call this the place of your inner heights.
It can be a place or a memory,
Something that helps ignite your soul.
From this place where you connect with your higher self,
We'll ask four soul questions.
As I ask the questions,
Connect with the deepest part of your soul to listen to the answers as they arrive without judging.
Sometimes there are answers and other days might be a blank slate.
So be gentle with what comes up today and with your self-inquiry.
Know that there are no wrong answers.
The first soul question is,
Who am I?
The very core of your being,
Who am I?
The next soul question is,
What do I want?
What do I really,
Really want?
Nothing is too big or small here.
So just make note of your deepest desires.
The next soul question is,
What is my purpose?
What is my purpose?
How can you serve yourself and others with your unique point of life in this lifetime?
The last soul question for today is,
What am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
Listen for the serene whispers of your soul that reveal these answers.
These two can be even the smallest things that you're grateful for.
Now we'll take all these questions,
Soul answers,
And then send out into the universe to take care of how it manifests for us in the coming days and weeks ahead,
Oftentimes in even greater ways than we can imagine.
Now we'll shift into the I am sequence and silently repeat to yourself,
I am,
And then your first and last name.
Silently repeat a few times,
I am,
And your first and last name.
Now drop the last name and move into the childlike innocence of just your first name.
Silently repeat,
I am and your first name.
Now release the first name and silently repeat,
I am,
I am,
I am,
And then a few times silently to yourself.
Now gently shift into the Sanskrit vibration of I am,
Aham,
Aham,
Aham.
From here we'll move into our primordial sound mantra.
If you have a mantra you like to use,
You can do so at this time.
I'll also give a mantra for inspiration today,
And that is Om Eem Harem This translates into I embrace and trust in inner transformation.
I have the power of growth and healing inside me.
Om Eem Harem As we meditate,
We align ourselves to the source of transformation and pure awareness,
Regenerating and enlivening every dimension of life.
Om Eem Harem Silently repeat this to yourself and just enjoy the vibration throughout your consciousness.
Make the repetition easy and effortless.
Om Eem Harem Your mantra may change.
It might become louder or softer,
Fainter or distorted.
As you repeat it silently,
Listen to it rather than forcing it throughout your consciousness.
Let it flow,
And when awareness drifts away,
Notice the thought and just come back gently and kindly to your mantra.
It's normal to have a gentle back and forth of mantra and thought.
So just enjoy the mantra as the backdrop to your meditation.
Keep coming back to it.
Anytime you notice,
You slip away.
Om Eem Harem Enjoy your meditation journey,
And I will watch the time for you.
We'll go into silence for the next few minutes,
Just silently repeating our mantra.
Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Om Eem Harem Now you can let go of the mantra and just rest in existence.
Rest in awareness.
Rest in being.
Sat-Chit-Ananda This is where you reach the pure bliss of your consciousness and existence,
Awareness,
And being.
Resting in I.
In the space of awareness that you have cultivated is the field of infinite possibilities.
Let's plant the seeds of intention for health and happiness as I say each intention.
Silently think this intention and let it root throughout your existence.
Our first intention is joyful,
Energetic body.
Repeat it silently to yourself a few times.
Joyful,
Energetic body.
Now move to the space of the heart and repeat loving,
Compassionate heart.
Loving,
Compassionate heart.
We'll move from the heart to the mind and give it an intention of reflective,
Alert mind.
Reflective,
Alert mind.
Repeat it silently to yourself a few times.
And we'll seal this practice with the last intention of lightness of being.
Lightness of being.
With all of our intentions,
We plant the seeds to observe and awaken to our higher self.
We have all the answers inside us to nurture,
To create greater healing,
And to be more present.
To know and enjoy your whole self.
We can feel energy getting restored,
Healing energy expanding,
And being more receptive and creating more space in your life is present.
Take a few deeper breaths here and bring awareness back into the room.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Stretch and take a moment.
Thank yourself for making time for self-care today.
Each time you do this,
You help to upgrade yourself and renew yourself.
We can close this practice by putting our hands in front of our chest in this Namaste prayer stance,
Bowing to your higher self and your greater good and ending with Namaste.
The divine in me honors and sees the divine in you.
Namaste from Inner Heights Meditation.
