Before we begin,

Let's make sure that you are in a comfortable position,

Whether that is sitting upright in a chair with your feet planted firmly on the ground,

Or if that is standing up with your feet planted firmly on the ground,

Or if you are laying down.

Just take whatever position feels most comfortable for you,

But make sure it is one where you can really focus,

Where you feel safe to tune out and tune into yourself.

So when you know that you are in a space to just release and focus on yourself,

We will begin our daily practice,

Our breath work practice.

So just from the start here,

I invite you to close your eyes.

This is to help ease the focus and bring our attention back to ourself.

Often times we can get so caught up in what's moving around us that it will be challenging to focus on anything else.

So if you are in a space where this feels safe,

I invite you to close your eyes,

But of course you can also practice this with your eyes open.

Let's begin with taking a nice deep breath in through our nose and exhale,

Open the mouth.

Two more times.

Nice deep breath in and exhale.

Relax your body a bit more.

Last time.

A nice deep breath in.

Hold at the top.

Hold,

Hold,

Hold.

Then open the mouth.

Exhale.

Good.

Shake those shoulders.

Maybe shake those fingers and those legs.

Just move your body.

Notice how the energy now is flowing more freely throughout your entire body.

We are going to breathe in through our nose and exhale through our mouth.

So we take a nice deep breath in for the count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Nice exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Take a nice deep breath in.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Just keep going,

Breathing in for the count of four through the nose and exhale for the count of four through your mouth.

Just find your own rhythm.

Breathing in and exhaling and see if you can,

With every exhale,

Relax your body a bit more.

Imagine that with every inhale you take,

You are gathering up all that stress,

That tension,

That worry that has been built up from your day,

From your interactions with others,

From your own work,

From your own moments of spending more time in your mind and your body in this present moment.

And imagine with every exhale you're just letting that go more and more and more.

So breathing in for the count of four through your nose.

Open the mouth,

Exhale for the count of four.

Deep breath in.

Exhale.

Just a few more rounds,

Just like that.

You're doing so well.

Now whenever you've reached your last exhale,

Let go of the breathing pattern completely and just come back to your normal breath.

And notice how do you feel.

How do your body feel?

What's going on inside you now?

Can you feel and witness yourself from the inside out?

Can you notice how much more relaxed you are?

How much more clarity you have now?

How much more confident do you feel in your own abilities to heal and support yourself?

Now just finish off with a nice deep breath in through the nose.

Open the mouth,

Exhale.

When you're ready,

Wiggle your toes,

Your fingers,

Slowly move your body inch by inch,

Bigger and bigger.

Take up more and more space.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and bring your new sense of connection,

Clarity,

Confidence and calm into the world.
