Welcome to this breathwork meditation for energy clearing.

Let's start by giving yourself a moment to arrive right here,

Right now.

You decide if you want to do this meditation seated or laying down.

Just make sure that your body feels comfortable,

That your mind is somewhat comfortable to the idea of relaxation.

You can place your hands on your body if that feels supportive to you and help you stay present.

And whenever you're ready,

I invite you to close your eyes so that we trade the external for this internal journey.

And let's find our breath in our body.

You don't need to fix or change anything right now.

Just notice the breath in your body.

And notice any sensations that follow as you turn your focus to your breath.

Soften any parts of your body that you feel holds tension right now.

Maybe that is your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Or maybe even your belly.

Before we do anything,

Before we change how we breathe,

It's important to notice where we are right now and how it feels when we focus on our breath intentionally.

So keep scanning your body.

Keep softening whenever you notice tension.

Good.

I'll now demonstrate the breath that we will be using for this meditation.

We are going to take a long,

Deep inhale through the nose and a short,

Relaxed exhale out the mouth.

One part inhale,

One part exhale.

So it will sound something like this.

So it's a long inhale through the nose and a relaxed,

Shorter exhale out the mouth.

And we will do this three rounds with a breath retention,

A breath hole in between those rounds.

I will help you count.

So you can count with me or just follow my rhythm.

You decide the pace as well,

Even though I encourage you to go nice and deep.

So whenever you are ready,

Our first round is 20 breaths.

Deep inhale through the nose,

Short exhale out the mouth.

Keep those going.

Final inhale,

Exhale.

You know what to do and let's hold it here.

And this time you decide how long you hold it.

Or correction,

Listen to your body.

Try to soften your jaw,

Your shoulders.

The body will tell you when it's time to inhale.

And for some of you that might be now.

So just find the inhale and exhale.

Let it go.

Good.

Just let your breath return back to normal.

Remain your posture,

Whether that is seated or laying down.

Take any deep sighs or make any sounds if that feels good.

And just pay attention to any sensations that you feel in your body now.

Feeling deep into your being,

Deep into your heart centered,

Totally cleared out,

Shifted and changed it.

Well done.

Make a mental note of how your body feels.

Notice how your emotions are now compared to just a few minutes ago.

This is how we remember to come back to what feels good for us.

So this practice is here for whenever you need to clear and shift your energy.

Have a great day.
