
Your Vibrational Self

Every moment, we are surrounded by and made of vibration. Yet, we often overlook this subtle but powerful reality as we move through daily life. In this meditation, we will shift our attention to the vibrational field within and around us, reconnecting with the energy that underlies our existence. Inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s insights, this practice serves as a reminder that we are not just thoughts and emotions—we are pure, living vibration. By becoming aware of our vibrational self, we learn how to stay present and attuned to the flow of life, even in the busiest moments. This awareness allows us to navigate the day with greater clarity, ease, and connection. Let’s tune into our vibrations, experience their depth, and carry this awareness with us beyond the meditation.

OK,
So what I'd like to focus today is on something that I read in the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle,
That he suggests to us to focus on vibration during the day.
So,
Normally when we finish the meditation,
I talk about different tools that would help us to maintain our connection with Source on the go.
We talk about gratitude,
We talk about paying attention to what we do,
Different things.
So,
Another,
Of course,
Amazing tool is to pay as much possible attention to vibration.
So,
I'd like to emphasize the meditation today on vibration.
So,
After that,
It will be clear for everybody how to connect to that vibration and how to use it on the go.
So,
Obviously,
Vibration is more subtle than our daily life,
So it's not so straightforward,
It's not so easy.
When we,
I don't know,
Do other things that are more in the movement,
To pay attention to vibration.
But if we train,
So at least when we're sitting and we're more quiet,
We can pay attention to it.
Now,
A few words about vibration before we start,
Just to understand why it's so important that we will pay attention to it.
So,
When we pay attention to vibration,
It is very subtle and it helps us to connect our inside body with the outside body.
Because normally we live with the attitude of separation,
That there is me and there is the world outside.
But this is not really the truth.
The truth is that there is only one.
That one is vibration,
Is the life force coming in many levels of purity,
But really it's one energy.
So,
When we pay attention to the vibration inside the body,
Actually we're paying attention to the vibration also in the whole creation.
Because it's one energy,
One vibration.
So,
That's why it's so important and so useful to pay attention to vibration.
So,
Let's connect.
And let's first of all pay attention to the breath,
Because it's easier always to start this way.
So,
I'm just observing the breath,
How it moves in and out.
And then we pay attention to the observer who observes the breathing.
This observer who observes the breathing,
Normally we call it me.
But this is really not true at all.
The one who observes your breath is actually the whole creation.
Because this is who you are really,
Everything.
It means that when you're observing the breath,
What you call your breath,
The awareness of the one who is observing is infinite.
So,
You allow your mind to expand and to become as wide as the whole creation.
And from that perspective you can say,
Or way of being,
You're observing the breath,
The breathing.
For some of you it's very familiar what I'm talking about.
Maybe for some it's a bit weird and strange and you don't understand.
But maybe don't try to understand.
Just follow and try to follow the directions and see how it works for you.
And in any case,

So,
As infinity I'm observing how the breath moves in and out.
Now the breath or the breathing is quite physical.
But actually it's the first bridge between physical and non-physical.
Because the breath itself or the air itself is non-physical or less physical.
But the body or the movement which allows the breath to take place is physical.
So,
One level above observing the breath is observing vibration.
Again,
Some of you are very familiar with that sensation,
Maybe some are not.
So,
Let's start in the very basic of observing vibration.
Normally,
The easiest place to observe vibration is in the fingers or even the fingertips.
So,
Let's just bring our awareness to our fingers.
Just try to be aware of vibration in the fingers.
And even if you don't feel or recognize the vibration very clearly,
Try to ask yourself,
How do I know my fingers are alive?
And the answer to that,
If you don't move it or if you don't say,
Oh,
I remember they are there.
So,
The answer is,
I feel them.
And that feeling is normally vibration or maybe temperature.
Or anything that allows you to feel the presence of your fingers.
And then from the fingers,
Let's slowly,
Slowly expand our awareness to other parts of the body.
So,
We move into the hands,
Slowly into the arms.
So,
Take time for yourself and try to slowly become aware that your whole body is actually completely alive.
It's vibrating,
Very clear vibrating.
It's alive.
Anywhere you're placing awareness on,
You're going to feel movement,
Vibration.
Now,
Once we are aware that the body is vibrating,
Then let's widen our awareness a little bit outside the body.
Let's say to the skin,
Just outside the skin.
And try to connect with your awareness outside the body and inside the body.
And try to see if you can recognize that the body has a layer around it that as well is vibrating.
And then let's start to,
Let's try to expand further away from the body.
As if we're expanding into the aura,
The energy field surrounding the body.
And all the time we want to feel in and out at the same time.
Now,
Let's continue this direction.
And let's acknowledge that actually the vibration is a field.
And the whole creation is a vibrational field that I'm part of it completely.
So,
Slowly,
Slowly that imagining or imaginary border that we're accustomed to think that we're finishing or we're ending in the body is kind of a little bit become less clear.
And there's a sense that there's only vibration and I am vibration or vibration am I.
Therefore,
When we are aware of the vibration in the body,
Immediately we can connect with the vibration of creation.
Because really it's one field.
So,
Because vibration has a certain amplitude,
Wave amplitude.
Let's try to synchronize all parts of our human being with the infinite vibration of creation.
Meaning that maybe in the level of my heart I feel a good synchronization of vibration with all there is.
But maybe my mind is heavy or maybe physically I feel some discomfort that I feel it's not really in harmony with the vibration of creation.
So,
Just invite your whole being to synchronize and to harmonize.
So,
There will not be any difference between one place to another.
I'm inviting my whole being to synchronize completely with all there is,
With the whole creation.
So,
Everything will transform into one field of vibration.
If you still have any part of yourself,
Of your human being,
A little bit in a discomfort or a disharmony with the vibration of creation,
Just specifically invite that part to synchronize.
So,
If I feel that still there is tension in my head,
I'm inviting synchronization between my head and creation.
Okay,
Very good.
Now,
With all respect to vibration,
Actually vibration is a bit lower form of energy compared to other forms of energy that are much lighter.
So,
We start in vibration,
But then we raise vibration.
So,
We go straight to the highest form of vibration,
Which is presence,
Just presence.
Because as long as we are observing something,
Like I observe vibration,
The I that observe is the ego,
Is the mind.
So,
Still it's a low vibration because there is duality,
Me and the object.
So,
We want to completely unite with all there is,
So we're raising to the highest vibration called pure being.
Now,
Maybe it sounds fancy,
But really what it means is that we allow the mind to completely dissolve in infinity.
So,
Again,
Maybe this is also a bit fancy,
Just drop any activity of the mind basically,
Any activity.
So,
The mind is encouraged to be completely soft.
This is the highest vibration because it's just pure presence.
And it's not I am present of something,
It's more presence am I.
So,
In that state we don't look at an object and we don't wait for anything,
We just stop any mental activity and then we wait to see what happens,
That's all.
So,
We have to be a bit brave,
Because here we're renouncing the mind completely.
And that might be scary sometimes,
But the results are unbelievable.
So,
Try to completely soften the mind.
So,
It's normal that in the beginning the mind wants to think,
But this is not really the problem.
But don't do anything with the mind,
Like watch breathing or expand or contract or anything.
If it thinks,
Just bring it back to no thinking.
And that's it.
So,
As you can see,
Although the mind is not active,
You're fully here,
100%,
Fully present,
No problem.
And actually it feels amazing.
When the mind is not active,
Immediately there is a sense of I am home.
I am exactly where I am supposed to be,
Because I am everything.
Now,
Even here,
Maybe some parts of our human being is not in harmony,
That's okay.
So,
Like we did with the vibration,
We can invite those parts as well to synchronize with pure consciousness.
Number one to invite is the heart chakra,
The center of the chest.
I'm inviting my heart chakra to synchronize with pure consciousness.
Now,
You don't need to do,
Because just by saying it,
Everything is already sorted.
Just be quiet and allow that to manifest.
I'm inviting my nervous system to synchronize with pure consciousness.
Your nervous system or any part of your human being functions the best in the environment of pure consciousness,
Of no thinking.
It has so much space to function beautifully.
So,
When you invite a certain part of your human being to synchronize,
You're just giving it permission to liberate itself completely.
So,
Allow your nervous system to be liberated,
The brain,
The spinal cord,
And the whole nervous system of the body.
Again,
Nothing to do,
You just say,
Like in AI,
You give the prompt,
And then you just sit and wait,
See what happens.
Also here,
You just say the affirmation,
And you just wait to see what's the result.
So,
This is beautiful and magical.
So,
Because we start this meditation talking about vibration and practicing vibration,
Let's go back to vibration.
So,
In a way,
We're lowering a bit the vibration to feel vibration,
Because pure consciousness is no vibration.
It's just pure being.
It's not conditioned to anything in between that.
But now we're going a bit lower to vibration.
And again,
Feel your body vibrating very clearly,
Everywhere.
And feel again,
Like we did earlier,
The connection between the vibration inside the body and outside.
And that's what we want to try to be in touch with on the go.
It takes training,
And it takes awareness and development of habits.
So,
My suggestion is to stack it on another habit.
So,
If you have already a habit that when you sit,
For example,
To eat,
You give gratitude for the food.
So,
Take a minute and feel the vibration,
For example.
Or in the morning,
When you just open your eyes and you give gratitude and blessings,
For being alive,
For breathing,
For the new day,
Add to it vibration awareness.
Try to add it to something else that you're already doing.
Okay.
So,
