Today I'd like to focus on the connection between pain and meditation,

Or physical pain we can say.

How can we not eliminate but reduce or control or help with physical pain?

To deal with physical pain,

Actually like with any other pain or any other disturbance,

The most important is to create space.

The way our system works is that it works on all levels.

It works on a physical level,

On an emotional level,

On a psychological level,

On the spirit level and the infinite level.

Normally obviously when we have emotional pain or when we have physical pain,

It's more related to our ego,

To our physical form,

To our emotional form,

To our identity with the body and with me as an ego personality.

But when we start to expand away from the physical form,

From the ego form,

From the identity of me as me,

Then everything starts to feel more comfortable.

So if I have an emotional pain,

Let's say I have sadness or anger,

Obviously I feel that way because I'm identified with something that happened to me and I'm identifying as me.

And if the pain is physical,

It's exactly the same.

The pain is physical and I have pain in my body and I feel the pain in my body.

Because most of our life,

Probably if we're not aware,

It's almost 100%,

Besides when we have a very deep sleep,

We're completely identifying with our body,

With our mind,

With our emotion as who we are.

I'm those thoughts,

I'm those emotions,

I'm those physical sensations,

This is me.

So when something happened to me in all those aspects,

Then I am suffering.

But the truth is that we are a multidimensional being,

We're not only physical,

We're as well physical,

We're not only emotional,

We're as well emotional,

We're not only spirit,

We're as well spirit,

We're everything.

And as long as we live only as a human being,

Identity and attitude,

Then we are pulling ourselves all the time into suffering,

All the time.

Because we don't have any space,

Any space between the identity as ego and the infinite being which we are as well.

Therefore,

It's essential to deal with any type of discomfort,

It can be emotional,

Psychological,

Physical,

Any type,

We must recognize first of all who we truly are.

And who we truly are is not a man or a woman or a doctor or a mother or anything that we say I am this and that,

We're not that.

Who we are is everything.

Meaning we are the stars,

We are dolphins,

We are the space,

We are the whole creation,

We are each other,

We are everything.

But that everythingness which we are is not who we think we are,

Meaning it's not I'm Yair and I'm everything.

No,

It's not like this.

I'm everything and as well I'm that person that now is called Yair.

So first we are everything and everything is not Yair,

Everything is not a person,

Everything is everything.

It has no identity.

Everything is everything.

So when the mind is in everythingness state,

Then first we feel unbelievable,

But second we don't feel so much pain.

Actually we don't feel any pain or if we do feel pain,

We can look at it more than identifying with it.

We can have space from it or with it,

But we are not that what we feel.

So nice saying,

But how we do it?

Sounds good,

But how do we do that?

How do we do that?

Because especially when we have any type of pain,

Can be physical or emotional,

We are so pulled into the ego,

So pulled that it's very difficult to pull out.

But that's pulling out,

It's really what's going to give us the remedy from the suffering.

Another thing to explain is that when we have pain,

Any form of pain,

We are attracted into the physical body and normally we are in the physical body.

We are identifying with the physical body,

With the emotion like I said.

That's normally how we live.

Now as we move further and further into the energy body,

Then the sensation in the physical body is not so pronounced,

Not so strong.

So if I have let's say shoulder pain and I'm focusing on the shoulder,

Normally the pain will be stronger than if I am managing to focus on the energy that's flowing in the body and then on the aura that is around the body or even further out as I mentioned to the whole creation,

To infinity.

So you'll see and maybe you have your personal experience that as you're moving from the physical body to the energy body,

Always any symptom will reduce and the only thing that will get better is bliss,

Is well-being,

Is a beautiful sense of existence,

Of presence,

Which we all actually want.

That's what moves economy.

Everybody wants to feel good,

So we go and buy.

We go and get or we need something.

But really what we're looking for is peace,

Is tranquility,

Is bliss.

And that's really we get with no side effect as we're moving away from the physical form into the energy form and then into infinity.

What we need to practice today is how to do this shift between physical to energy to infinite.

If you've been following the meditation I'm guiding,

We did it many times so it's nothing new.

So just enjoy it and maybe emphasize it even more when you feel unwell.

Now just to add something more before we start to meditate is that that's why when we fall asleep we don't feel pain because we're moving from the physical to a non-physical to the point that some of the period we're sleeping,

We don't know and we don't have dream.

It's a dreamless state that is completely not related to the physical form.

That's why we feel relieved.

So very,

Very similar but even much more profound effect we can get in meditation because we stay completely conscious but we move from the physical form to the non-physical form.

This is magical.

It happens all the time in meditation.

All the time I sit,

I meditate,

I feel pain,

I feel maybe emotional discomfort,

Psychological discomfort and then as I expand and everything comes into harmony,

It's gone.

Then I get up refreshed,

Feel good,

Feel happy.

So let's practice together.

Okay,

So let's focus inwards.

Let's focus on the breath first of all because it's the easiest to bring us home,

To bring us inwards.

Just pay attention how the breath moves in and moves out.

You can already pay attention.

As whom are you paying attention?

This is really the trick here.

As whom am I paying attention?

Am I paying attention as me?

Meaning I have an identity,

I am in my body,

I am this body,

This is my breathing and I'm observing the breath in my body.

This is the most common,

Probably that's how you're doing it.

And that's okay,

Let's stay like this.

Be aware,

Be aware that as you're aware of the breath,

In the same time you're also in a way subconsciously identifying yourself as you.

You're not aware of my breathing or somebody else,

You're aware of your breathing which you call your body.

If you practice energy reading,

You know how to read energy,

It will be very clear for you that as you're aware of your breathing,

You can be aware of somebody else's breathing,

Exactly the same.

Okay.

We pay attention how the breath moves in the body and we know as whom we are paying attention.

That I defined the edges of my body,

I'm visualizing actually my body as I'm breathing into it.

That's quite crazy to understand.

I'm actually creating my body as I'm breathing into that creation because I'm saying subconsciously without even giving it another thought,

I'm this body,

I'm breathing into this body,

My body.

That's a thought,

It's not necessarily true.

But that's how we are trained to breathe and to be.

Good.

Now let's start to break this assumption.

So let's expand a bit out of the body into the aura,

The energy field that surrounds the body.

So just widen your awareness a bit further out from the skin,

From the physical edges of what you called you.

And as you're doing so,

Pay attention again to the breath.

And you feel immediately that as you widen your awareness and the identity of your physicality into the energy,

You feel better in the breathing.

There's more space,

Obviously more space.

Because you created more space,

You feel more spacious.

It's very simple.

Okay,

So we're breathing into a wider spacious space which is the aura around the body.

Just take a bit more time for that,

Just to shift nervous system from a hyper to soft,

From sympathetic to parasympathetic.

These are big words,

But actually it's feeling anxious to feeling soft and comfortable.

And as you're breathing,

While being aware of the aura,

Try to pay attention to the distribution of the breathing,

Of the breath in your body.

Is it everywhere?

Is it going somewhere yes and somewhere no?

And just by being aware,

It'll start to harmonize and be more even all over the body.

Now again,

Let's take like parentheses of the observation,

Of the meditation,

Stay in meditation mode.

But try to also pay attention to the place of awareness.

From where are you observing everything?

From where are you acknowledging the breath?

Acknowledging the dimension of your aura?

From where?

How?

So,

When I ask this question,

Myself and most people say it's related somehow to the third eye area,

To the front of the brain,

Of the head.

And also,

There's some connection with the heart chakra.

It's some combination of both.

From where,

From there we perceive,

From this combination,

We know,

We know,

Know many things.

Okay?

So,

From that place or those places,

Two places,

We are aware right now of the breath,

Of how it moves in a wider space of our aura.

Okay?

So,

Now I'm going to ask you to expand even more.

And do it very,

Very,

Very,

Very slowly.

What are you doing to expand more?

What are you doing?

Do it extremely slowly.

Don't just expand.

Ask yourself,

What are the stages I'm applying right now to expand?

And you'll see that actually you're creating the expansion by deciding how far you would like to expand.

So,

Again,

Like you created your body in the beginning,

Now you created,

In a way,

A new body,

Because you,

With your mind,

With your visualization,

Decided how far this expansion will take place from the previous aura expansion.

Okay?

So,

All the time it's the same.

We're creating reality and then we're leaving this reality.

All the time the same.

It doesn't matter if we need to go to the toilet,

We need to make a cup of tea,

Or we're meditating with the aura.

It's all the same.

We always first create reality and then we're leaving it.

So,

Expand further out from the aura,

Create the new space you want to observe or experience,

And then let the breath move in that wider space which you've been aware of,

You are aware of.

Okay.

So,

It's obvious that if I can create 10 centimeters aura outside the body,

Because that's what I visualize,

And I create 10 meters out of the body,

I can also create the whole creation as space around my body.

Of course,

Why not?

It's the same mechanism.

So,

Allow your consciousness,

What we call the mind consciousness,

To expand now and fill up the whole creation.

The whole creation is your consciousness,

Is your body.

And now breathe into the whole creation.

Good.

Now,

The whole creation being,

Because you are now the whole creation,

Is now your body.

But also your physical body is part of that body,

Of course.

Now,

Let's say you experience,

In this case,

Physical pain,

But it can be emotional pain,

Or it can be psychological pain.

So,

What we do,

The next step,

Is we're inviting synchronization between the physical pain and the whole creation.

Or,

For this purpose,

But if you have another pain,

You can use the same mechanism,

It's the same.

Expand,

Expand,

And invite synchronization between the infinite space,

Which you are,

To the physical form that experiences pain.

This can only work well if you don't collapse into the story.

And the story of the mind,

The sensation of the emotion,

The physical discomfort.

If you don't collapse,

If you don't fall back and completely identify with it,

If you stay infinite,

Then it will work very well.

Try.

Stay infinite and invite synchronization.

I'm inviting the discomfort in my shoulder.

Synchronize with the infinite space,

Which is me as well.

I'm a multidimensional being.

I'm infinite as finite.

Exactly the same.

In that infinite space,

Which am I,

The energies,

The life force of creation,

Travels free,

With no hindrances.

Tension can transform to softness and no thing can move into something.

I'm everything.

Just observe,

In that infinite space now,

Which includes everything,

Including your physical form,

And including if you're suffering from any pain,

Including pain,

You are the space now.

In that space,

Energies are moving and transforming and equilibrating,

Synchronizing,

So peace finds its place.

Stay infinite.

It's time to break the spell.

It is a spell.

It is a spell that you think that you are only this form.

It's not true.

We have all to wake up.

It's not true.

The truth and only truth is that you are everything,

Including that person,

The ego person.

And this truth is not religion.

It's just direct experience,

Direct experience.

It doesn't matter which religion you're following.

It's against any religion.

It just is.

It's is.

It's beyond anything,

Before anything.

It is everything.

Pure consciousness.

This can only be realized without thinking.

The thought will stop it,

Will block it.

That's the main reason why we get ill,

And what we get,

We get pain,

Because we're blocking the truth.

We're blocking the direct interaction between all life,

All manifestation.

So expand your consciousness to infinity and let life move free.

Keep the mind infinite.

And now,

Just be present.

We don't need to work now with the breathing.

We're just observing.

Observing the flow,

Observing the movement,

Sensations,

But not only in the body,

In the whole creation.

Once you allow life to flow like this,

Even if you have pain,

It will,

I don't know if it will diminish,

But it will not be so pronounced.

And even if it will not change,

You'll have much,

Much wider perspective about what's going on.

Much wider.

Yeah,

It's about it.

If you feel less and less your physical form,

It means that you're more and more moved into your energy form.

So slowly,

As if the physical form is getting erased,

Like with a rubber erasing the lines of the physical form,

Just because the energy form or the energy infinite being become much more pronounced than the physical.

We feel who we think we are,

Yeah?

So as you're acknowledging infinity,

The physical part of your existence become less pronounced,

Obviously,

Because now you have more energy than form.

And if you feel that as a result of this synchronization emotion start to dissolve,

Pain start to dissolve,

The mind relaxes and you feel much more spacious,

Means it's working wonderful.

Just continue to allow it to take place exactly in that direction.

Okay,

So because we are sharing this unbelievable sacred place or sacred space and doesn't matter where we are on this planet or even if we are not on this planet,

This space is beyond time and space,

So it can be also people that are not here and maybe they're about to be here or maybe they left this place already or maybe they come from other planets or other realms,

Yeah,

Because the now holds everything in it.

So for this exact moment can be many,

Many forms of being including us in a physical form,

Because the now is beyond time and space.

So all of us who are sharing this now space,

Let's invite those that we know are suffering at this moment,

Can be family and friends,

Loved ones or anyone that we know that needs support,

That their mind,

Their body is not in a condition that they can enter into this and spacious and quiet place,

Because there's too much stress around and within them,

Too much.

So those people we want to dearly invite to this beautiful space we are sharing and this space is beyond,

Again,

Beyond any race or religion or sect or anything,

It has nothing to do with that.

It's a space that is completely unified beyond any separation.

We invite all those who suffer into this space so they can relax and harmonize.

So just to summarize,

Because this work is 24x7 should be a work,

It's not like,

Oh,

I sit and meditate a little bit and then it's okay,

You know.

This must be constantly,

Constantly practiced,

Because the pull to the separation is so intense that if we don't do really a very,

Very powerful effort,

We'll stay pulled in.

For that,

For that,

We need,

First of all,

To acknowledge the truth that I am infinite as well as finite being.

We need to practice that expansion,

Consciousness expansion,

So we can do it whenever we want,

As fast as we want.

As well,

We need to develop awareness to what we are doing every moment,

To everything we do.

And like this,

We don't get dragged and pulled into the illusion of separation so easy.

And if we find ourselves dragged in,

We know we have a way out.

Okay.

Obviously,

This is not straightforward for everybody,

Because maybe there are people that this is all new.
