Okay,

So first I want to just give some basic information about movement because in one of the apps where I'm putting my meditation,

Somebody asked about swinging of the body while we meditate.

So I don't know if you feel it as well.

I definitely feel it.

And then I just take an example of a pendulum.

You see?

It swings as well.

Why does it swing and why does our body swings?

It's just because we're connecting to the life force and the life force has this form of movement in a circles.

Okay,

Of course people use it for diagnosis etc because when the life force is imbalanced,

The pendulum will move in a different way.

Okay?

But see if I'm just connecting,

My body immediately starts to move.

Okay?

Now the reason I'm talking about it is because it's very important not to get attached to the movement because there is something very pleasant about this movement,

Yeah?

But when we meditate we're moving from physical to non-physical.

So this movement is quite physical experience in the realm of the meditation or in the trajectory of the meditation.

So if you feel it,

Just enjoy it but don't give it too much importance and really focus on it because it will stop you from going more subtle.

And then the aim of the meditation,

You can say,

Is unity.

And when we are focusing on the physicality,

It's more difficult to feel it.

Okay?

So just a few words about that.

And the other thing I want to mention is about beauty because if you saw the video I just shared before the meditation,

Just a few things that I experienced this week that I feel are very beautiful.

One was just a few hours ago in a Beodhansa encounter.

And beauty is available for us not only outside but especially inside.

And beauty always relates to how much space we have inside to feel the beauty,

To recognize the beauty.

And if the mind is very tense and dealing with negativity,

We cannot feel beauty,

Obviously.

But if we understand that in order to connect to beauty,

We actually have to do transformation,

Inner transformation,

And allow beauty to be present,

Then we can connect to beauty.

Okay?

So it's very important to understand,

You know,

That when we feel low,

We can transform it and then again beauty will be present in our life.

And of course,

You know,

All of us experiencing very negative things sometimes,

Or nations experiencing very difficult times,

Or humanity experience very difficult times.

But beauty or peace,

Not necessarily big happiness,

But beauty and peace,

A lot of it is up to us.

You know,

So it's more how we are perceiving and interacting with the situation,

How much power we give to it,

Versus doing like what we are now connecting into harmonizing the life force.

Once the life force is harmonized,

Then you can feel pretty good.

Okay?

Even outside is not great.

So let's start by checking inside ourself,

How are we doing?

Just check,

You know,

How is the connection with beauty within you?

Not as an idea,

Not if your face are beautiful or not beautiful.

It's really not about those things at all.

It's your feeling.

Does your heart feel beautiful,

Feel wide,

Feel open,

Feel available to observe beauty?

So basically we're checking if our heart is open now or not so open.

And this is not a judgment at all.

It's just,

You know,

Trying to see things as they are.

We can change it very fast,

It's no problem.

But we have to know what we're dealing with.

Okay?

So we're checking our heart and now let's check the breath and the relation between the breath and the heart chakra.

Normally when the heart chakra is a bit tight,

The breath will be tight as well.

So just check the relationship between the sensation you get in your chest and the sensation you get from the breathing.

And now comes the recognition that I know it's possible to shift.

And I'm going to shift it now.

Okay?

This is very important,

The recognition.

And then,

Okay,

So what are the tools I'm going to use to shift it?

There are many tools.

But let's use,

For example,

The tool of awareness.

So I'm recognizing where the tension is in my breathing and in the chest.

And I'm just being aware of it.

That's all for now.

As direct,

Precise as possible is better.

Now as you're doing it you can see very clearly that you're observing things like the heart and the breath.

But you are not that,

Obviously,

Because you're observing it.

You're looking at it.

You're aware of it.

Meaning that you are the space in which the tension manifests.

This is a very,

Very,

Very powerful and important revolutionary understanding.

Because it means that if you are the space where the tension manifests,

Space has no limit.

Space doesn't stop because there are walls.

Space is infinite.

Awareness is infinite.

So if you're aware about the fact that you're the space in which the blockage manifests,

Then you are infinite space.

And then within you as infinite space there is a blockage that now dissolving back to the source which is space.

Okay,

So what we're doing here is super deep because it means that we are coming from the truth of who we are which is infinite space,

Looking at a very tiny dense aspect of our existence which is right now maybe in a suffering mode or in a tension mode.

Stay as infinite space observing tension and together with awareness of what's happening in your chest continue to observe what's happening in the breathing but as infinite space.

What we're doing is completely mind-blowing because it blows the mind from thinking or acknowledging that it's all the time this little person but now we say no.

We are infinite being,

We are the whole creation,

Observing a little part within us.

Yes,

So this completely opposite of our natural identity that I am this person.

Okay,

So our awareness is infinite,

It's the whole creation and within that infinity which we are,

Which you are,

Which everything is actually,

We are aware of the breath and the heart chakra.

Now the breath when it's relaxing more and more should start to be directed and move into the pelvic floor.

So when we inhale there is a sensation of expansion of the breath into the whole body,

Into the pelvic floor but also into the legs,

Into the feet,

Into the toes,

As if the whole body balloons out and when we exhale we become even more radiant,

More infinite.

Now as I explained in the beginning,

Yeah,

That meditation has its physicality and then has its a very high vibration which is infinite vibration.

Okay,

So when the body moves or swings it's more physical,

When we're working with the breath it's a bit less physical but still physical.

So let's not now drop the breath,

The breathing awareness because we want to raise to higher vibration.

So see what happens when you're not aware of the breathing,

You're just aware that you are infinite being,

Infinite space.

So after the breathing which is a bit physical we're moving to high vibration which is vibration,

Sensation of vibration in the body.

Okay,

This is more subtle compared to the breath.

Now like space is infinite,

Vibration is also infinite.

So try to recognize vibration in the body and once you're aware of the vibration in the body try to acknowledge that this vibration actually is in the whole creation,

Of course it is,

As if your body is made out of pixels the same as the whole creation.

And as we're aware of the vibration try to include your mind because the mind normally expresses in thoughts but let it express only in vibration so it's become part of the vibrational experience.

When the mind is in more in vibrational experience it stops talking.

By the way the vibrations in the body are expressed through the meridians and if you feel part of the body in a strongest vibration compared to other parts it means that there is excess energy in that part and this will change as you're aware of the vibration and it will start to harmonize in the whole body until you feel there is no differences between one parts to another.

Okay,

Let's say raise vibration now to another level and after vibration of sensation we move into light vibration.

So some of you that are more visual might see the light.

If you don't see you can acknowledge or say or imagine that your body is full of light and the whole creation is full of light and now we're focusing on light.

And again here we want to invite a transformational process where the whole body harmonize in light within,

Around and with the whole creation.

Light am I.

I am light.

Light am I.

Let's raise vibration now more and now we are in sound vibration.

They say in the yoga teaching that sound is the most pure vibration,

Meaning OM,

That after that is no thing.

We'll get there later.

So now we are in OM vibration.

You don't need to do anything just say I'm in sound vibration.

My whole body vibrates OM,

Harmonize within,

Around and in the whole creation.

OM am I.

You don't need to do OM.

You are that already.

So all these levels of vibration they are in the creation realm.

Now we move beyond creation,

Before creation,

Before vibration.

For that we have to drop the mind.

Because when the mind is born,

Creation is born.

Before creation,

Mind must be dropped.

So we allow the mind now to disappear.

I mean there's different ways to do it.

Let's say the way that I am experiencing it is when the area of the third eye is sinking down and I'm not interested in anything now.

There's no need to control,

To say,

To hold.

It's a pure being,

No mind being.

This is very unusual state,

So don't be afraid to be in confusion,

Because the mind doesn't like this kind of place where it doesn't control anything,

When it's nobody,

When it's nothing.

Yeah,

When it's nowhere.

Just allow the mind to stop and then see what happens.

You're still here,

You're still you,

It's no problem,

But you're connected to the essence of all there is.

It's not negating your existence,

But it is allowing you to be aware of all the trajectory of your existence from nothing to something.

You're everything,

You're nothing and you're something.

You're nobody and you're somebody.

You are nowhere and you're somewhere.

Wonderful.

Now maybe some parts of your system didn't catch up with the other parts.

Yeah,

Maybe you feel amazing,

Completely,

You know,

In very,

Very high vibration,

But maybe your chest is still not completely released or relaxed.

Or maybe other parts of your body.

So just invite different parts that you still feel,

Still maybe a bit agitated,

To synchronize with this infinite high vibration which you are,

Which all is.

And then for this beautiful,

Beautiful space,

We can invite loved ones,

Friends,

Family that maybe are finding it difficult at this moment for different reasons.

Just invite them to enter to this space which we are experiencing,

So then they as well can feel the benefit and harmonize.

And let's invite political leaders,

Economical leaders,

Social leaders,

Financial leaders,

Those who holds a lot of power on this planet,

To as well enter into this infinite field of pure consciousness.

So their minds,

Their heart can touch the souls and will support them to make good decisions from that place.

Peace is possible on this planet.

It depends on each one of us.

As much as we hold in high vibration,

We support in transformation.

So it's a joy and a duty to hold this space as space.

We all know it.

But that's what we have to do now.
